Consumption has generally become more fragmented, hedonic and individual specific, satisfying not only functional but also emotional needs. In parallel, customer satisfaction is now thought to be both a cognitive and affective response, and the closely related concept of job satisfaction is commonly seen as an emotional reaction. The reasoning within quality management does, however, still lean heavily toward cognitive judgements (i.e. performance ratings), the emotional component clearly being under explored. Further, performance variables have shown not to be significant in predicting satisfaction for certain 'experience products', the effect fully mediated by emotions. As a consequence a cognitive judgement based quality concept has lost its ability to predict satisfaction, which clearly contradicts with the modem quality definition, stressing quality as the ability to satisfy the customer. Emotions have however entered the quality discourse and it has been proposed that having customers that are merely feeling satisfied will not suffice. Instead, there has been a plethora of executive exhortations in the trade press calling on business to 'delight the customer'. Strategies for doing so have however usually been imprecise and unclear, and the different drivers of delight and satisfaction are not well explored. This paper aims to complement the previous cognitive dominance by exploring the multiple emotional responses involved in customer satisfaction. A conclusion being that we currently are measuring something, in terms of satisfied, that is more or less independent of what we aim for, in terms of delight. It is also most likely that - depending on the situation, product, and person - other positive and negative emotions are more important outcomes of purchase and usage than merely satisfaction. It is questioned whether a single, summary response such as satisfaction is feasible or even desirable.
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the awareness and needs of English learning in allied health science college students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 600 health science college students in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon province. The questionnaire consisted of purpose of English learning, attitude and motivation. Data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 program. Results: Most of the students took English classes(96%) and the English class was mainly done by instruction-centered learning (43.6%). Many students felt the needs of English and they thought English was the most important tool for getting a job(70.7%). Nonetheless most of the students lacked in confidence and interest in English learning due to the surrounding pressure(51.2%). Too much surrounding pressure can cause students lose their zest in English learning. Conclusions: It is need to seek for a curriculum consisting of practical purposes to meet the needs of health science college students about English learning.

Cost control is an exceedingly fundamental and important construction business function. Even though enormous research efforts have been exerted in this area, there has been no comprehensive and quantitative study exploring detailed cost control practice of construction companies in terms of practical patterns and trends. This paper identified the variables for practical cost control process first. A survey questionnaire was developed and used in order to collect data from Korean general contractors. Survey results analyzing responses from 45 companies show that engineering aspects of cost management has recently been strongly stressed in the construction industry. Applying various types of progress measurement method are getting popular, and the level of details in collecting job site cost data are prevalent. Cost forecasting are performed more frequently. These trends indicates the recent efforts by Korean general contractors to achieve competitive advantages in the globalized market.
Background : This study aims to examine actual conditions of college students' life, behaviors to prepare for employment, and employment performance, thereby providing basic materials to create efficient measures for college students' employment strategies. Method : The subjects of this study were 207 graduates from the Department of Physical Therapy employed in medical and health institutions in Gyeongsangnam-do and Busan. Aquestionnaire devised by Yu Yeon-wha and Lim Gyeong-ae(2012, 2011) was revised and complemented into a self-reporting questionnaire composed of 29 questions. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS Win 18.00 program. Results : 1) The biggest reason for the respondents' selecting physical therapy as a major was bright prospect for employment, and the largest percent of the respondents answered that they started to prepare for employment in the second semester of junior year. 2)Regarding behaviors to prepare for employment, those who largely provided information on employment were the respondents' seniors and friends. 62.3% of the respondents owned certificates and diplomas. 59.9% took part in programs related to employment in order to prepare for employment. Their weakest area was English and what they wanted to know most was annual salaries provided by companies. They put self-development and growth potential before everything as what should be considered in priority when getting a job. 3)The most frequently asked question in their interviews for employment was the motive for application. The biggest reason for their employment at their current institution was their good personality and manner. 4)As for employment performance, they were unsatisfied with their current average annual salary. Conclusion : School should provide consciousness education and employment coaching so that students can early prepare for employment with an active attitude. In particular, educational environment where many students can gain easy access to information about employment in diverse areas should be provided and student coaching should be actively conducted.
Conventional engineering education models have fallen to give satisfactory results to enterprises. So this paper deals with the new engineering education system, Engineering House, to overcome it. EH is made of three spaces and three concepts. Concept means system. Three concepts are things about a education program, a research cooperation, a open-door policy of EH facilities. First of all, Education system for undergraduates is most important of all. We intend to give them chances for real engineering experiences. Specialist from companies are participated in the education. The second is a research network. EH is managed by two or three professors together and their researches are carry out with companies's researcher. Key-point is doing all together. The third is service system for regional enterprises. EH's facilities are opened. Our students and professors are supporting directly. Mainly high price measuring machine is used. Like these, networks with companies are very helpable for undergraduate's educations and job connections. These are the work based learning system. Engineering House system look forward to getting to good program for undergraduate, based on the co-operation between university and enterprises.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the recognition of and the preference for a fashion specialist among students from 4-year and 2-year colleges in Taegu, in order to provide basic data for the effective management methods for the students. The objects of the survey were students in Taegu and Kyungbuk province; 287 students from 4-year colleges and 430 students from 2-year colleges, making the total of 717 students. The survey tool was a questionnaire, which consists of 7 general questions, 7 major curriculum related questions, and 6 questions regarding the information about a fashion specialist, and students career plan. It also contains 3-level Licurt type questionnaire on the recognition of and the preference for a fashion specialist from 20 professional fields. SPSS is used for frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, $x^2$-test and ANOVA. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The students' motivation in choosing their major as clothing and fashion design was out of independent career plan (86.7%). They were quite content with their major but were unsatisfactory with the current curriculum. 2. The subjects students thought necessary in preparing to be a fashion specialist were pattern, clothing construction (40.1%), clothing design (33.7%), and fashion marketing (18.9%). The answer to the question about the most important subject in the future was fashion marketing (57.2%). 3. What students consider most in choosing a job was aptitude and ability (70.8%). The most preferable clothing types that students want to work with after graduation were womens clothing (52.1%) and wedding dress (18.1%). 4. The means of getting information on a fashion specialist were magazines or broadcasting (72%) and school lectures (20.6%), and there was a significant deference among colleges. 5. Fashion coordinator was the highest recognized specialist (2.64) and the lowest was fashion converter (1.23) among other fashion specialists. 4-year college students had higher recognition in all areas (20 areas) than 2-year college students, and there was a significant deference among colleges in 20 areas.
This study was done to find a way to resolve a problem in a periodical situation. Recently, the youth unemployment problem became a major factor in social issues. Regarding this issue and employment with high involvement, a new employee's OJT fee acts as a burden. This research will focus on concrete solutions needed to resolve this problem. In terms of content for research, we will firstly analyze representative institutions(NCS) which is responsible for qualifications needed to collect information required to extract major license that carry an easy access to business matters. With a base on this, we will use AHP analysis technique and proposal of research format and extract major license that carry an easy access to business matters. This is considered to be a significant regulation for reducing OJT fee and selecting licenses necessary for getting a job; therefore, the objective of this research is providing a basic structure for sorting licenses with easy access to business matters out and proving grounds for decision in acquiring certifications.
Depending on the smart device user growth and development of communication technology, the area about working environment was extended without constraints of time and places. It is introducing to work using user's devices and this environment is called 'BYOD(Bring Your On Device)'. But it is vulnerable to security threat that happened in existing wireless environment and its security threat issue which is caused by inside information leak by an inside job and lost or stolen terminal which is caused by careless user is getting heated. So we studied about access control protocol by user rights under the BYOD situation make a session key based on the user information. We make a session key based on the user information and user device information, after that we design an access control protocol. The protocol we suggest can protect from attack under the BYOD situation and wireless communication situation and also safety and security requirement from inside information leak because it controls user rights.
The current study uses photovoice, a participatory and quantitative method of research, to understand the stress in the youth through the experiences of university students. The study was conducted in the order of education, data collection, data analysis for six session college students in J city. The results was largely categorized into three themes as follows. Firstly, as sub-themes of meaning of stress, there were 'Spider web that clogs the head', 'Seemingly endless passage', 'Anxiety that keeps hands fidgeting', Secondly, factors of stress, there were 'Life does not depend on the class rank', Financial hardships,' Frustrated with getting a job', 'Difficulty in time management', Thirdly, how to cope with stress, there were 'A friend you can freely talk to and laugh with', 'Grab some food and release some stress', 'Get away from daily life', Positive thinking relaxes body and spirit'. Based 0n the analyzed results, we can understand the causes and coping strategies of college students in depth, suggested the practical suggestions and limitation of college society about stress and the educational implication of utilizing photovoice.

In the international businesses human resource elements acquired in different countries might have different values in varied industries due to the different quality of education and experiences in the original countries. Using selection models to evaluate expected values in earnings equation of human resource elements such as education and experiences etc. acquired in sending countries, system equations are expanded to examine also the values of science and engineering degrees in technology jobs with selectivity bias correction. This paper used the US census survey data of 2015 on earnings, academic degrees, occupations etc. The US has long maintained the policy of accepting more STEM workers than any other countries and helped maintaining own technological leadership. Assuming per capita GDP gap between the sending country and the US downgrades immigrant human resource quality, it rarely affects occupational selection but depresses earnings on average by two or more years' worth of education. Immigrant quality index in the sense of GDP gap appears to be a valid tool to assess the expected earnings of the worker with. Engineering degrees increase significantly the probability of selecting not only engineering jobs but also general management jobs, as well as increasing the expected earning additionally over nine years'worth of education. Getting a technology job is additionally worth about four years of education. Economics and business degrees are worth additionally almost six years of education but humanities degrees depress expected earnings.
