This study is about implementing an job matching web service system based on the Job seeker's company assessment model proposed by the researchers. Basically, the Job seekers' company assessment model is based on the concept that each job seeker can evaluate the recruitment company candidates using job seekers's own major consideration factors. Using the implemented information system, each job seeker's main considerations in job searching process are evaluated and stored and compared to those of other job seekers' or groups' characterized by sex, job experience residential area and etc. by finding out and listing up the companies in the order of the preference of job seeker own or belonging groups, job seekers can be helped to find suitable companies which fit well to themselves.

Purpose To meet changing social demands and fulfill the needs of the information and communications technology industry, the curriculum of MIS related department should develop and implement new conceptual frameworks. In response, the purpose of this study was to develop curriculum for students in the Department of e-Business at Kyungnam University. Design/methodology/approach We conducted a demands analysis of educational demanders, NCS(National Competency Standards) based curricular analysis, and benchmarking from other management information systems related departments. The expert panel committee consisting of e-Business department faculty members was held to examine and discuss the student-oriented curriculum developed during this study. Findings Results show that the contents and types of curriculum should be organized so that students can maximize their professional job competency to apply to their core professional tasks. Given these findings, we reconstructed the curriculum with both basic and advanced courses, all systematically organized according to the job requirements they offer toward meeting the industry's needs. We also implemented the web-based JSSS(Job Searching Support System) with which educational demanders can search among 13 job types, estimate their performances, and obtain the information about course registration. In all this study presents specific, practical evidence of the job-related curriculum for students in the Department of e-Business at Kyungnam University.

It is not easy job to find a underwater target using sonar system in the ASW operations. Many researchers have tried to solve anti-submarine search problem aiming to maximize the probability of detection under limited searching conditions. The classical 'Search Theory' deals with search allocation problem and search path problem. In both problems, the main issue is to prioritize the searching cells in a searching area. The number of possible searching path that is combination of the consecutive searching cells increases rapidly by exponential function in the case that the number of searching cells or searchers increases. The more searching path we consider, the longer time we calculate. In this study, an effective algorithm that can maximize the probability of detection in shorter computation time is presented. We show the presented algorithm is quicker method than previous algorithms to solve search problem through the comparison of the CPU computation time.

본 연구의 목적은 BK21사업에 실질적으로 참여하는 대학원생들을 중심으로 교육과정지원, 취업지원, 학술활동지원, 교육 국제화지원 지원, 교육환경지원 측면 등에 대한 만족도 여부를 조사하여 대학원생들의 안정적인 연구여건 마련과 우수한 인력양성 촉진을 위한 방안들을 모색하는데 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 인문사회계열 BK21사업에 참여하는 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 설문문항은 교육과정지원, 취업지원, 안정적 학술지원, 대외 활동지원, 교육 국제화지원, 영어 강의지원, 교육환경지원의 7가지 영역으로 구성되었으며 대체적으로 영역별로 긍정적인 반응이 나타났다. 그 중에서 높은 만족도를 나타낸 영역은 안정적 학술지원과 교육 국제화지원 지원에 관한 것이었으며 취업지원의 경우 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 향후 발전적인 BK21사업을 위해 사업내용에 대한 인지도 확대, 취업준비 교육 및 관련 정보제공, 연구비 지원 영역 확대, 장단기 해외 연수프로그램 제고, 영어강의 지원체제 마련, 연구공간 확보방안 마련 등의 제언이 도출되었다.

The Internet has become an increasingly important source for finding the right employees, so more and more companies post their job openings on the Web. The large amount and dynamic nature of career recruiting information causes information overload problems for job seekers. To assist Internet users in searching for the right job, a range of research and commercial systems were developed over the past 10 years. Surprisingly, the majority of existing job search systems support just one, rarely two ways of information access. In contrast, our work focused on exploring a value of comprehensive access to job information in a single system (i.e., a system which supports multiple ways). We designed Proactive, a recommendation system providing comprehensive and personalized information access. To assist the varied needs of users, Proactive has four information retrieval methods - a navigable list of jobs, keyword-based search, implicit preference-based recommendations, and explicit preference-based recommendations. This paper introduces the Proactive and reports the results of a study focusing on the experimental evaluation of these methods. The goal of the study was to assess whether all of the methods are necessary for users to find relevant jobs and to what extent different methods can meet different users' information requirements.

현대 기업들은 효율성과 생산성을 향상시킬 뿐 아니라 시장 진출을 위해 새로운 기술들을 채택하고 있다. 광고 업계도 전통적인 채널 (라디오, TV 및 인쇄 매체)에서 인터넷, 소셜 미디어, 모바일 기반광고와 같은 새로운 매체로 지속적인 파괴적 혁신을 경험하고 있다. 본 연구는 서울 지하철에 지능형 광고 비즈니스 모델을 제안한 사례이다. 서울은 세계에서 가장 분주 한 지하철 중 하나로서 메트로 네트워크를 통해 마케팅 담당자가 다양한 고객과 잠재 고객 모두와 교류하고 상호 작용할 수 있는 플랫폼이 될 수 있다. 현재의 광고 매체의 대부분은 공간, 조명 등 국부적 한계를 가지고 있으나 본 사례의 지능형 디지털 광고 플랫폼은 데이터로 구동되는 광고를 통해 위치기반 모바일 전자상거래를 제공할 수 있다. 등록된 지하철 카드를 통해 고객 데이터를 분석하고 특정 고객 그룹을 타겟팅하고, 대상 소비자 그룹을 기반으로 광고 사용자를 정의하고, 동영상, 애니메이션, 쿠폰, 문자 등 다양한 광고 형식을 제공 할 수 있다. 위치 정보를 통해 다음역을 탐지하여 지하철 안의 스크린이 다음 정차 할 역의 광고에 우선 순위를 부여하고, 사용자 모바일에서 알림을 수신하도록 선택한 고객은 광고주의 사업장 근처에 접근 할 때 알림을 받게 된다. 또한, 내비게이션 서비스를 통해 지하 쇼핑몰의 고객이 상점, 제품, 시설, 이벤트 등을 검색하고 광고나 추천서비스를 받을 수 있게 한다. 이러한 광고는 고객이 광고를 클릭하면 제품 설명 페이지로 연결되어 전자 상거래로 이어지도록 한다. 이 모델을 통해 개선된 고객 경험뿐만 아니라 지하상가의 중소기업 지원, 새로운 직업 기회, 비즈니스 모델 운영자에 대한 추가 매출 및 광고 유연성 등 새로운 가치 창출이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

오늘의 글로벌 네트워크 비즈니스 환경에서 비서직 종사자들에게 신속 정확한 정보수집 능력과 올바른 판단력은 그 어느 때보다 필요한 역량으로 중시되고 있다. 비서직 업무 수행에 필요한 대부분의 지식은 체험지 혹은 경험지이기 때문에 비서가 주어진 문제를 해결하기 위해서 과거의 비슷한 사례를 참고하는 방법은 매우 타당한 것이며, 경험이나 선례를 적용함으로서 실패할 요인을 줄이고 문제 해결의 질을 높이는 동시에 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 비서 업무 수행 시 특정 문제 해결에 필요한 정보를 사례기반 추론에 근거하여 현재 문제와 가장 유사한 과거의 사례를 추천하는 시스템(COKRS : Case-based reasoning Office Knowledge Recommender System, 이하 COKRS)을 설계하고 프로토타입을 구축함을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구 결과인 COKRS는 비서직에서 뿐만 아니라 일반 사무영역에서의 지식관리 목적으로도 확대 이용 될 수 있을 것이다.
