DACUM 기법에 의한 1급 응급구조사의 직무분석 (Task Analysis of Paramedics of Korea Based on DACUM Method)

  • Objective : This study grasps specific task on paramedics who plays a great role in the emergency scene, thereby eliciting definition of job called paramedics and analyzing occupation by DACUM method. Thus, the aim is to suggest working-level guidelines on the task of paramedics. Methods : It targeted paramedics who are working at hospitals, fire stations, and industries in Seoul and Gyeonggi area from Oct. 11, 2010 to Nov. 30. A total of 608 copies of questionnaire were analyzed by DACUM method. A research tool on occupational analysis consisted of 8 pieces for duty, 43 pieces for task, and 149 pieces for task elements. In order to survey performance frequency, importance, and difficulty by element, each task was developed by this research team, and each task was analyzed and finally elicited through workshop of DACUM method. Results : The occupational definition of paramedics, which was defined through this DACUM, was elicited as 'professional job of performing emergency medical care on the scene, during transferring, or within medical institution in order to maintain life and prevent wound deterioration, targeting a person who is put in emergency situation.' Task element, whose performance frequency was indicated to be the highest, was in order of checking mental status($2.76{\pm}0.497$), checking vital signs($2.70{\pm}0.578$), and airway/c-spine immobilization($2.69{\pm}.546$). Especially, defibrillation stood at $2.23{\pm}.655$ points. Task element, whose performance frequency was low, was in order of caring sexual abuse victims($1.32{\pm}0.563$), performing cricothyrotomy($1.36{\pm}0.618$), and caring cardiac arrest victims($1.40{\pm}0.636$). Importance of task was in order of airway/c-spine immobilization ($2.88{\pm}0.338$), maintenance of respiration($2.88{\pm}0.351$), caring cardiac arrest victims($2.87{\pm}0.349$), and performing CPR($2.87{\pm}0.361$). Task element, whose importance is low, was indicated to be in order of enema($2.29{\pm}0.736$), urinary catheterization($2.35{\pm}0.664$), and nasogastric intubation($2.35{\pm}0.667$). Task element, whose difficulty was shown to be the highest, was indicated to be in order of caring cardiac arrest victims during pregnancy ($2.60{\pm}0.559$), caring cardiovascular injury($2.59{\pm}0.546$), and labor management($2.53{\pm}0.533$). Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, the job performance work table(Dacom chart) of paramedics is suggested to be used, thereby being applied to development in education and curriculum of paramedics. It is necessary to evaluate usefulness of the job performance work table by estimating effect of education for paramedics based on the job performance work table of paramedics.

  • 과거에는 주로 기업차원에서 이루어지던 사회적 책임활동에서 더 나아가 최근에는 기업의 조직구성원 개개인의 사회적 책임활동의 참여를 이끌어내려는 노력이 이루어지고 있다. 이를 통해 내부구성원의 자긍심과 소속감을 높여 임직원들의 조직만족과 조직몰입을 향상시킬 수 있다는 이점이 있음에도 불구하고, 사회적 책임활동을 다루고 있는 기존의 대다수 연구들은 기업차원에서의 사회적 책임활동을 주로 다루고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 조직구성원 개인의 사회적 책임활동을 활성화시키는 요인을 밝히고, 이러한 개인적 차원에서의 사회적 책임활동이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 중국에 진출해 있는 한국기업의 현지 중국인종업원들의 사회적 책임활동과 관련한 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과 개인차원의 사회적 책임활동을 활성화시키는 요인은 혁신적 조직문화, 최고경영자의 윤리적 가치관, 직원 개개인의 윤리적 가치관 등이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 조직구성원 개개인의 사회적 책임활동은 직무만족과 조직몰입을 높이는 역할을 수행한다는 점이 밝혀졌다.

영업관리자 코칭이 동기부여와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향: 성취욕구의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Sales Manager Coaching on the Motivation and Organizational Effectiveness Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Achievement Needs)

  • 최근 들어 코칭 리더십은 조직구성원의 역량 강화뿐만 아니라 조직유효성 제고를 위한 중요한 인적자원관리 전략으로 주목 받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 영업관리자의 코칭이 동기부여 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향과 성취욕구의 조절적 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 영업관리자 코칭은 영업사원의 동기부여와 조직유효성(직무만족, 조직몰입 및 직무성과)에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 동기부여는 조직 유효성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성취욕구는 영업관리자 코칭과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 조절적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 따르면 영업관리자의 코칭은 영업사원의 성과 향상뿐만 아니라, 동기부여, 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 유용한 접근방식이 될 수 있으며, 또한 영업사원의 성취욕구 수준에 따라 영업 코칭의 목적과 접근 방식을 달리 해야 한다는 점을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 영업관리자의 코칭이 조직 유효성에 미치는 영향과 이를 효과적으로 발휘 될 수 있는 상황적 요인을 확인함으로써, 코칭리더십에 대한 이론적 실무적 발전에 공헌하였다는 점을 본 연구의 의의라 할 수 있다.

조리교육과정에 요구되는 직업기초능력과 역량에 관한 연구 (A Study on Basic Vocational Competencies and Capabilities required for Culinary Arts Curriculum)

  • Vocational education has been constantly blamed for training skills that are not suitable for the field. This study was sought for finding out the necessary skills for the hotel entry-level cooks by conducting in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and case studies in terms of NCS's basic competencies and competencies required at work environment. The results of this study are as follows: First, in the field, job performance ability is more important than skills and knowledge. Second, among the NCS's basic competencies, communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-development skills, information skills, and professional ethics are prioritized competencies for hotel-entry level cooks. Third, in terms of competency factors at work, it is necessary to learn the adaptability of the field. Fourth, in case of overseas culinary institutes, the core of their culinary education was the system to learn how to operate the site rather than the education about cooking skills or knowledge. Fifth, in holistic approach, the result showed that four elements which are skills, knowledge, field practice, and simulation training are required for Culinary Arts curriculum.

보건관리자와 임상간호사의 직무특성, 지식공유 및 조직문화가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Relationships among Job Characteristics, Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Commitment in Occupational Health Nurses and Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the relationships among job characteristics, knowledge sharing, organizational culture, and organizational commitment in occupational health nurses (OHN) and clinical nurses (CN) to identify factors that might influence organizational commitment. It aimed to contribute to the improvement of knowledge management in health care organizations, including industrial workplaces and hospitals. Methods: A convenience sample of 188 nurses, specifically 100 OHN and 88 CN, was selected. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-tests, correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: OHNs had a significantly higher education level and current work experience; higher proportion of participants with contract employment status, day work shift, less turnover experience, good lifestyle; and higher scores on organizational culture ($3.3{\pm}0.61$) and organizational commitment ($3.1{\pm}0.60$). Additionally, the correlations among organizational commitment, job characteristics, knowledge sharing, and organizational culture ware higher (r=.38~.57) among OHNs as compared to those among CNs. Further, the organizational commitment of OHNs was significantly influenced by knowledge sharing, organizational culture, working hours, and salary ($R^2=.32$), while that of CNs was influenced by organizational culture and life event stress ($R^2=.11$). Conclusion: There is a need to develop measures to enable nurses to contribute to the improvement of knowledge management in health care organizations as major human resources, by including interventions for the major factors leading to between-group differences in organizational performance.

다목적 시뮬레이션 통합 하이브리드 유전자 알고리즘을 사용한 수동 조립라인의 동기 작업 모델 (A Synchronized Job Assignment Model for Manual Assembly Lines Using Multi-Objective Simulation Integrated Hybrid Genetic Algorithm (MO-SHGA))

  • The application of the theoretical model to real assembly lines has been one of the biggest challenges for researchers and industrial engineers. There should be some realistic approach to achieve the conflicting objectives on real systems. Therefore, in this paper, a model is developed to synchronize a real system (A discrete event simulation model) with a theoretical model (An optimization model). This synchronization will enable the realistic optimization of systems. A job assignment model of the assembly line is formulated for the evaluation of proposed realistic optimization to achieve multiple conflicting objectives. The objectives, fluctuation in cycle time, throughput, labor cost, energy cost, teamwork and deviation in the skill level of operators have been modeled mathematically. To solve the formulated mathematical model, a multi-objective simulation integrated hybrid genetic algorithm (MO-SHGA) is proposed. In MO-SHGA each individual in each population acts as an input scenario of simulation. Also, it is very difficult to assign weights to the objective function in the traditional multi-objective GA because of pareto fronts. Therefore, we have proposed a probabilistic based linearization and multi-objective to single objective conversion method at population evolution phase. The performance of MO-SHGA is evaluated with the standard multi-objective genetic algorithm (MO-GA) with both deterministic and stochastic data settings. A case study of the goalkeeping gloves assembly line is also presented as a numerical example which is solved using MO-SHGA and MO-GA. The proposed research is useful for the development of synchronized human based assembly lines for real time monitoring, optimization, and control.

  • 공유메모리 다중프로세서 시스템은 전체적인 시스템 이용률을 높이기 위하여 병렬 작업시 시분할(time-sharing), 공간분할(space-sharing), 갱스케줄링과 같은 프로세서 자원 공유 기법을 사용한다. 최근에는 주어진 작업의 병렬 코드 부분의 실행을 위해서 시스템 작업부하를 기준으로 프로세서의 수를 동적으로 조절하는 루프단계 프로세스 제어(LLPC)할당 기법이 제안되었다. 이 기법은 작업에 가능한 많은 프로세서를 할당하기 때문에, 나중에 도착하는 작업의 병렬부분을 수행해야 할 프로세서를 남겨 두지 않는다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 작업부하량, 작업수행예상시간, 프로세스의 수를 퍼지화하여 시스템의 부하량에 따른 퍼지규칙으로 새로운 프로세서 할당 기법인 FPA(Fuzzy-based Processor Allocation)를 제안한다. 또한, 시스템의 과부하 없이 각 작업에 대한 최대한의 병렬 가능성을 제공함으로써 기존의 할당 기법에 비해 우수한 성능을 보인다.

호텔 부서장의 리더십이 신뢰 및 조직 성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of Leadership of the Section Leader on Trust and Business Achievement in Hotels)

  • The most important factor in hotel business is the management system of human resources, and focuses on the role of a manager who successfully achieves the business objective. This study is based on a survey conducted on staff members from five-star hotels in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. It aims to look into the influence of leadership and confidence on a Department Chief in terms of overall business achievement. As a result of the verified analysis of this study is as follows: First, the influence of the Department Chief's leadership on confidence(Estimate=1.083, C.R.=12.977) was the highest. Second, the influence of the Department Chief's leadership on business achievement(Estimate=0.651, C.R.=5.864) was relevantly high. Third, the influence of confidence of the Department Chief on business achievement(Estimate=0.217, C.R.=2.054) was relevantly low, but still beneficial. As a result of this study concludes that in order to enhance business achievement, both leadership and confidence of the Department Chief were crucial. Especially, the Department Chief's leadership had an effect on the level of staff members' satisfaction, devotion and intention to change one's occupation in the form of having trust on the Department Chief. Such a result indicates that the Department Chief's leadership plays an active role in elevating the staff members' satisfaction on their job. An elevated satisfaction level will further enhance trust, business performance, devotion to company, cohesion, and productivity.

스마트워크 환경에서의 지식경영 활성화에 관한 연구 (A Study of Revitalizing Knowledge Management in Smartwork Environment)

  • 스마트워크의 적용업무는 점차 단순반복 업무 중심에서 지식기반의 업무로 변화될 것이다. 그래서 개인의 지식활동과 조직에서 지식경영을 스마트워크 환경에 적합하도록 지원하는 것은 조직의 성과에 매우 중요한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 맥락에서 스마트워크를 실시하고자 하는 조직에 있어서 필요로 하는 지식경영 활성화 전략을 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다. 먼저 기존의 텔레워킹, 재택근무, 이동근무, 가상조직 등에서 연구된 지식경영 활동과 관련된 문헌들을 중심으로 스마트워크에 있어서 지식경영의 특성들을 파악한다. 다음으로 기존의 지식경영 방법에 스마트워크 환경에서 추가되어야 할 지식경영 전략 및 활성화 방안을 개발하여 제시한다. 본 연구는 학문적으로는 스마트워크 환경에서의 지식경영에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제시하고, 실무적으로는 최근 스마트워크를 계획하고 있는 정부와 기업의 기획자들에게 지식경영 전략의 개략적인 방향을 가이드 했다는데 의미가 있다.

Development of a Competency-Based Master Gardener Coordinator Curriculum: Focusing on Public Service Rural Extension Workers

  • The purpose of this study was to establish the role of master gardener coordinators and develop an education program to enhance their job competencies. To analyze and develop the new job of master gardener coordinator, we used the CBC method for curriculum development. The research findings can be summarized as follows. The analysis result of need and importance of education based on the performance level and demand level revealed 20 core competencies, which were classified into organizational education, learning by experience, individual learning, low-priority competencies for program development, with focus on the importance and need for education. The 17 courses are comprised of Eastern and Western Garden History, Understanding of Community Garden, Garden Aesthetics and Environmental Design, Master Gardener's Mission & Management, Garden Plants, and Garden Design and Practice etc. and the curriculum is 33 hours in total. The master gardener coordinator education program was conducted on 73 rural extension workers and the curriculum was evaluated by those who completed the program. The overall satisfaction was 4.29 and 97.1% of the trainees decided that the program would help them perform their duties. The analysis result discovered that all 20 core competencies increased after the program. As a result of conducting contingent valuation to determine the value of the program, willingness to pay (WTP) per hour was KRW 33,223 and the total WTP was KRW 1.096 million, which, when multiplied by 73 participants, is approximately KRW 80.008 million. This is relatively higher than the budget used (KRW 22.943 million), indicating that the program is worth it.
