Value Engineering(VE) Workshop executes many tasks with VE team members from various experts of construction field on the basis of VE Job Plan for a short period of time. However, the VE team members are not useful with using VE information until now because it is not systematic in the accumulation and application of VE information. Especially, these problems constitute the obstacles to communication, reliability and quickness of VE information. It also causes an increase of time and cost at VE Workshop. Therefore, the results of this study suggests the conceptual model of Web-Based Information System for VE(WISE) in order to improve the effectiveness of VE Workshop and solve the problem as is stated above.

In this paper, we propose fuzzy closed BCMP queueing network model for the performance evaluation of distributed processing system. Which has the ambiguous service requirements of job to servers and service rates of server according to network environments. This model can derive the measures for system Performances using fuzzy mean value analysis which can process the fuzzy factors. Computer simulation has been performed for verifying the effectiveness of derived equations of performance evaluation according to service requirements of job and the numbers of clients.
The speed of change on information technology is very fast, so it demands a continuous competency development in IT human resource management. If the competency development for IT personnel can not keep up with the change of Technology, IT personnel cannot accomplish their IT job under new IT environment. For this reason, many companies have tried to manage IT organization separately and IT job system on the technology basis. Although the training of IT is different from that of other field in feature, few studies about IT human resources system have been conduced. Therefore this study focuses on the training system of IT personnel and suggests the framework for institutionalizing the operation policy and the individual process through a case study methodology. This paper chose one company as a case study which implemented the training system of IT personnel recently, and the proposed framework based on the literature review from this study applied to a company. The study shows that IT job system needs to be reasonably established, job descriptions should be appropriate to IT job, and there exist two training paths according to two career path - Specialist and Generalist. For the purpose of high performance in IT division, the training manager should understand IT job system, the people who need training, and keep an eye on the IT trends and new IT skills.
This study was conducted to investigate the effect of job stress on oral subjective symptoms observed in office workers. A survey of office workers in the Gyeonggi-do area was conducted and data collected was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program. This study aimed to investigate the period-specific changes (Library 1.0, Library 2.0, Library 3.0 Period) of job factors and performance features in academic libraries. For this, the study categorized an academic library's job into five dimensions: 1) library administration 2) collection development and management 3) information organization 4) information services and 5) information system development and management, After the categorized library's job was defined in detail, the Delphi survey was conducted twice on librarians and professors of library and information science. The result showed that there were many changes in job factors and performance features in academic libraries towards the period of library 2.0 characterized by user participation, sharing and openness and into library 3.0 characterized by social network and semantic web. Library 3.0 is likely to bring about a significant change in user services with ever changing technological advances stemming from library 2.0, such as mobile services, RFID and NFC etc. The finding of the study suggest that library systems need to be continually upgraded in the period of library 3.0.

While the importance of the service industry has increased at the national economy level, the service rate and job satisfaction of the flight attendants in the aviation service industry are not high. In this regard, this study aims to recognize what factors can reduce their job stress in the emotional work environment, and how job stress affects their attitude and job performance. More specifically, the current study tries to investigate how flight attendants' positive psychological status affect their job stress, organizational commitment, and knowledge sharing in the aspect of job performance. The main five constructs in these interrelationships include the flight attendants' positive psychological capital, leader-member exchange(LMX), job stress, organizational commitment, and knowledge sharing. This study conducted a quantitative research with 390 questionnaire for flight attendants, and analyzed the data using SPSS/PC version 20.0 and structural equation modeling program of AMOS 20.0. The findings show that the favorable leader-member exchange relationship between flight attendants plays a significant role in lowering job stress, while high job stress has a negative effect on organizational commitment and knowledge sharing. The result also shows that personal positive psychological capital acts as a trigger to influence other factors. Therefore, this study suggests that it is essential for airlines not only to promote an organizational system to support the flight attendants' emotional work but also to maintain a positive psychological state for securing competitive human resources.
As ubiquitous technology develops, there are many studies to provide various contents proper to users through a mobile device. However, there is a limit of information provision due to a small user interface of a mobile device. This study proposes a system that can solve a problem and provide an intelligent agent model appropriate to a mobile environment and job information positively that an individual user is interested. It is composed of a personalization engine to monitor users' behavior patterns and a learning algorithm to provide information to a mobile device. Analysis shows that preferred job items are different by sex, age and education, while a region affects job searching significantly.
