정보기술산업의 R&D 문화와 직무몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between R&D Culture and Job Involvement in Information Technology Industries)

  • This paper aims to examine the main factors of the organizational climate and analyze their effects on job involvement. To accomplish these purposes, the nam factors of the organizational climate such as diversity, autonomy, redundancy, connectivity and flexibility were found from the previous studies. The questionaries of 350 were distributed to the employees working at the Gumi Industrial Complex. The questionaries of 298 were obtained and 267 were analyzed through frequencies, correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study are as followings; First, we conducted exploratory factor analysis for five constructs(diversity, autonomy, redundancy, connectivity and flexibility) using oblique rotation method that did not assume independence among the factors and main factors of knowledge management were grouped together by five factors. Second, it is shown that four main factors of organizational climate have a positive influence on the job involvement(p<0.05). This study, however, have limitations of number of sample and survey area. The future study should consider these limitations in improving model applicability in practice.

  • 스타형의 분산 컴퓨터 시스템에서는 중앙노드의 처리능력이 주변노드들의 처리 능 력에 비해 클 수가 있고 또 각 노드의 작업도착률은 서로 다를 수 있다. 따라서 작업 전송을 위한 송신자 기준과 수신자 기준의 선택에 따라 부하분산의 성능은 크게 달라 진다. 하지만 이종의 분산 컴퓨터 시스템에서 최적 송신자 및 수신자 기준의 설정은 매우 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 동적부하분산을 위하여 고정 임계값 대신에 노드의 평균 응답시간이나 작업의 기대응답시간과 같은 동적 기준을 사용하는 효율적인 위치 결정 부하 분산 정책을 제안한다.

근골격계질환 관련 유해요인조사자의 직무교육에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Training for Risk Factors Analysts of Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders)

  • This study conducted two surveys to establish an educational system to prevent work-related musculoskeletal disorders. The first survey investigates the factors influencing the recognition of job specifications for risk factor analysts of work-related musculoskeletal disorders. The respondents of the first survey were selected from 173 different small-sized manufacturing enterprises having less than 300 workers and had experienced the inspection of risk factors. The results of the first survey shows that better recognition of job specifications are followed by the increase of education time, but regardless of the positions and periods of job experience. Among the respondents with a high level recognition, the second survey was conducted. According to the results, it is presented that 2, 8, 16 hours are the most suitable for educating workers, superintendents, and risk factors analysts. Based on the results of the second survey, educational contents have also been suggested. This research will provide the basic information when forming education systems to prevent musculoskeletal disorders.

A Study of Resource Utilization Improvement on Cloud Testing Platform

  • This paper developed the software testing factory-cloud testing platform (STF-CTP) to address the software compatible issues in various smart devices. Software developers who only require uploading the application under test (AUT) and test script can test plenty of smart devices in STF-CTP. The challenge for the cloud test platform is how to optimize the resource and increase the performance in the limited resource. This paper proposed a new scheduling mechanism and a new process of the system operation which is based on the OpenStack platform. We decrease about 40% memory usage of OpenStack server, increase 3% to 10% Android device usage of STF-CTP, enhance about 80% test job throughput and reduces about 40% test job average waiting time.

  • 초 중등학교에서는 교육활동 과정에서 생성된 성적 자료, 관찰 상담 자료, 심리검사 자료 등의 다양한 정보를 여러 형태로 축적하여 관리하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 학생들을 다차원적으로 진단하고 파악하는 데 필요한 분석정보를 제공하는 교육용 정보시스템은 존재하지 않는다. 이것은 마치 환자에 대한 각종 검사 결과가 있음에도 불구하고, 의사가 임상 경험에만 의존하여 환자를 진료하는 상황을 연상시킨다. 교육부가 '제5차 교육정보화 기본계획(2014~2018)'의 '교육 빅데이터 활용 활성화 대책'에서 지적하였듯이, 교육용 정보시스템이 존재하지 않는 이유는 아직 이 분야에 대한 기초 연구뿐만 아니라 종합적이고 체계적인 연구가 부족하기 때문이다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있는 분석정보시스템의 개념을 교육 분야에 도입하여 맞춤형 학생지도를 가능하게 하는 교육용 정보시스템을 설계하고 프로토타입을 구현하는 것이다. 이를 위해 직무분석과 표적집단면접조사를 통해 교육용 정보시스템의 핵심 기능과 내용을 정의하였으며, 네이버 프로토나우를 사용하여 프로토타입을 구현하였다.

A Study on Special Education Teachers' Recognition of Free Learning Semester

  • The results showed that the male teachers' have higher expectations of the free learning semester compared to the female teachers'. Furthermore, the teachers who had experienced the free learning semester felt less job burdens than the teachers who did not. In addition, the subject teachers showed higher expectations of the free learning semester than the general teachers or the homeroom teachers. Therefore, in order to establish a stable system of free learning semester, it should be preceded by development of differentiated program of special education, free learning semester, strengthening of advance training, establishment of the system for participating in the whole school and the simplification of administration.

  • In this paper, we propose an election protocol based on mobile ad-hoc network. In distributed systems, a group of computer should continue to do cooperation in order to finish some jobs. In such a system, an election protocol is especially practical and important elements to provide processes in a group with a consistent common knowledge about the membership of the group. Whenever a membership change occurs, processes should agree on which of them should do to accomplish an unfinished job or begins a new job. The problem of electing a leader is very same with the agreeing common predicate in a distributed system such as the consensus problem. Based on the termination detection protocol that is traditional one in asynchronous distributed systems, we present the new election protocol in distributed systems that are based on MANET, i.e. mobile ad hoc network.

  • 본 연구는 TPN (Time Petri Nets) unfolding을 이용하여 가공 machine과 세정 machine으로 구성된 FMC (Flexible Manufacturing Cell)의 WIP (Work In Process)를 분석하는 방법을 제시한다. 여기서, PN의 unfolding은 상태공간폭발이 발생하지 않는 concurrent system의 검증에 사용되는 순서기반 방법이다. 본 연구는 일반적으로 발생하는 순환상태 스케쥴 문제에서 가장 그 작업과정 시간을 최적화하기 위하여 원래의 net을 동일한 비순환 net으로 바꾸어 줄 수 있는 unfolding 개념을 기반으로 한 것이다.

  • 컴퓨터와 네트워크 기술의 향상은 예전에는 슈퍼컴퓨터에서나 가능한 일을 분산 처리할 수 있는 환경적 기반을 제공한다. 분산 컴퓨팅 환경을 제공하기 위해서는 우선 분산 런타임 시스템이 구축되어야 하는데 기존의 전통적인 분산 런타임 시스템들은 대부분이 정적인 마스터 노드와 작업 노드들로 구성되는 구조를 갖기 때문에 분산처리 작업량의 변동에 따라 시스템을 유연하게 동적으로 재구성할 수 없다는 단점을 갖는다. 이에 본 논문에서는 P2P 환경에서의 분산 런타임 시스템인 작업 할당 관리자의 모델을 제시하고 구현하여 유연하고 동적인 시스템 구축이 가능하도록 하였다. 즉, P2P 표준 프로토콜인 JXTA 플랫폼 상에서 협업 환경을 위해 개발자들 간에 작업 프로그램의 전달과 관리, 그리고 원격 컴파일과 실행 작업들을 수행할 수 있도록 하였다 이 방식은 유연하고 동적인 시스템 구축이 가능하기 때문에 작업의 분산처리를 위해 필요한 유휴 자원들을 필요한 시점에 즉시 확보하여 활용할 수 있다는 장점을 가진다. 이와 더불어 인터넷 정보검색을 위해 방대한 데이터를 수집하는 크롤러를 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템을 이용하여 분산 처리시킴으로써 본 시스템의 유용성과 분산처리 성능을 보여 줄 수 있도록 하였다.

전문약사 자격 보유여부에 따른 전문성 및 직무만족도 영향 분석 (Analysis of the Influence of Holding Pharmacist Specialization for Professionalism and Job Satisfaction)

  • Background : The prevalence of the chronic metabolic disease is increasing due to the aging society. Therefore, Korean Society of Health-system Pharmacists (KSHP) has a specialty pharmacist system to improve the professionalism of pharmacists. The purpose of this study is to suggest the difference between specialty pharmacist and non-specialty pharmacist with regards to their knowledge, delivery of information on medication, service provision, and job satisfaction. Methods : An online survey research was conducted for hospital pharmacists. The reliability of the questionnaire items was presented using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ test. The t-test or ANOVA analysis was used for evaluating differences in continuous variables. Results : A total of 171 pharmacists responded to the questionnaire, and 87.7% of the respondents were aged less than 30 years (76.6%) and four-year graduates (86.0%). Typically, 108 (63.2%) were candidates for the pharmacist's specialty certificate, and the remaining 63 (36.8%) were not enrolled. Considering the field of specialty with overlapping, the total number of certificated patients was 140 (26.3% of the total of 532 in 2016). The results of the reliability analysis of the specific questionnaire showed that the Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value was over 0.78. There was no significant difference in customer directionality between the two groups. However, there was a significant difference (p<0.05) with respect to overall knowledge about the treatment process, drug efficacy, and side effects, information about medicines and adverse drug reactions, and in providing appropriate information to medical staff including patients and physicians. Conclusions : The pharmacist with specialization showed a positive result of self-evaluation of items such as knowledge about drugs, communication of information on medications, and service provision, compared to other pharmacists, and the result was in correlation with the numbers of specialization. There was no difference in job satisfaction related to working environment. Henceforth, it is hypothesized that there is a necessity for continuous improvement in the working environment to suit the purpose of the pharmacy specialist system.
