With the development of information technology, the cybersecurity threat continues as digital-related technologies are applied to the instrumentation and control system of nuclear power plants. The malfunction of the instrumentation and control system can cause economic damage due to shutdown, and furthermore, it can lead to national disasters such as radioactive emissions, so countering cybersecurity threats is an important issue. In general, the study of cybersecurity in instrumentation and control systems is concentrated on safety systems, and diverse protection systems perform protection and reactor shutdown functions, leading to reactor shutdown or, in the worst case, non-stop situations. To accurately analyze cyber threats in the diverse protection system, its linked facilities should be analyzed together. Risk analysis should be conducted by analyzing the potential impact of inter-facility cyberattacks on related facilities and the impact of cybersecurity on each configuration module of the diverse protection system. In this paper, we analyze the linkage of the diverse protection system and discuss the cybersecurity linkage threat by analyzing the availability of equipment, the cyber threat impact of the linked equipment, and the configuration module's cybersecurity vulnerability.

As exchanges between countries become more active, new threats such as drugs, illegal imports of food and medicines, and terrorism are present all over the world. From this, increased border security that protects people's safety is becoming a new issue. The activities of special purpose dogs that detect these threats in advance are becoming very important. One of the obstacles in securing superior individuals is musculoskeletal disorders which interfere with the work of special purpose dogs. In order to search for genes associated with these genetic disorders, we conducted genomic analysis using linkage disequilibrium information and investigated genetic characteristics to know heterozygosity and inbreeding status in the population. In this study, two breeds (Malinois, Shepherd) of army dogs and three breeds (Malinois, Shepherd, Retriever) from public databases were used for comparison. The 170K SNP marker panel was used for this study. In the principal component analysis, it was confirmed that clusters were formed for each breed. The number of effective populations differed for each cultivar, but this was due to the difference in numbers of individuals for each breed used for the analysis. The results of heterozygosity decay analysis showed that heterozygous alleles decreased with each generation. In the army dog group, if the population number is maintained properly, the frequency of allele genotype will not decrease significantly.

The Ministerial Declaration of the 4th WTO Ministerial Meeting at Doha in November 2001 announced the launch of the New Round and a completion date of January 1st, 2005. It agreed to eventually negotiate trade and environment linkage issues, such as the relationship between the WTO rules and Multilateral Environment Agreements and the reduction or elimination of tariff and non-tariff barriers to environmental goods and services. The Committee on Trade and Environment was instructed to pursue work on all items on its agenda within the current terms of reference and to give particular attention to the effects of environmental measures on market access, relevant provisions of the TRTPS Agreement, and labelling requirements for environmental purposes. This means that far the first time, the members of the WTO will discuss and negotiate trade and environment linkage in the framework of multilateral trade negotiation. Korea, from the standpoint of a smaller open economy heavily dependent on international trade, is obliged to overcome the challenges imposed by the environment agenda in the Doha declaration. This study examined the linkage among environment, economic growth and international trade in order to review the possible trade and environment policy implications in Korea. Mutual supportiveness of trade and environment depends much on the effectiveness of trade and environment policy coordination. In this regard, we conclude that the Korean government should provide an appropriate institutional framework to promote closer cooperation among policy makers engaged in negotiations. Trade and environment policy review and environmental impact assessment of trade negotiation should be considered as a work programme of this institutional policy coordination framework.

본 연구는 교과 간 연계·융합 수업자료 개발의 필요성이 높아지고 있음에도 고등학교에서 관련 수업 자료 개발 빈도가 적다는 선행연구의 연구 결과에 근거하여 수학과 정보 과목의 연계·융합 수업자료 개발 과정 및 결과물을 제시한 연구이다. 특히 본 연구는 동일한 교원학습공동체 프로그램에 참여한 6명의 교사들이 수학과 정보 교과 간 연계·융합 수업자료로서의 적합성과 현장 수업 적용 가능성이 높은 자료 개발을 목표로 논의한 과정들에 대한 정보를 담고 있다. 자료 개발 절차에 따라 주제기반 설계 모형을 적용하여 자료를 개발하였으며, 선행연구와 교원학습공동체 구성원의 합의 결과를 반영하여 100분 블록 수업 시간 동안 수학과 정보 과목의 교사가 함께 수업을 진행할 수 있는 수업 자료를 개발하였다. 개발한 자료는 사회적으로 이슈가 되었던 문제상황을 두 과목의 연결고리로 삼아 학생들이 수학적 모델링과 코딩을 통한 문제해결을 경험할 수 있는 자료이다. 개발된 자료는 '개발 자료를 현장에 적용하기에 타당한 자료인지 살펴보고 적용 실천성을 높이기 위하여' 현장 교사를 대상으로 CVR 검증을 통하여 검증을 하였으며, 그 결과를 반영하여 최종 개발된 수업 자료를 지도안 형태로 제시하였다. 또한 자료 개발 과정에서 개발자들의 경험한 시행착오와 고민도 함께 기술하여 현장 연구자들의 관련 연구 수행에 기초가 될 수 있는 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 수업자료 개발 모형이 실제 수업에 적용가능한지 탐색할 수 있는 실증적인 자료로서의 가치를 가지며, 이들 자료의 축적은 이론적인 수업 모형과 실제적인 현장 수업 사이의 선순환적인 관계 구축에 도움이 될 것으로 보인다.

The significance and means of parks and green space planning have been changed dramatically in this century in Japan. The first priority must be given to define the means and purposes of planning., especially the role of ecological, social and economical management with the increasing trend of environmental concern, and the method to estimate values of park and green space from the point of view of regenerative society development. The role of planning parks and green space is reviewed in the following three aspects; as tools for land use control (master plan), as tools for finding appropriate lands for purchasing land (development plan) and tools for application of individual development technique of green space and landscapes(site plan and design). It is a serious issue that the existence of parks in urban setting which used to be considered as a top priority, is now being challenged in terms of economical, social and environmental benefits. In such processes, the most important issue is to define what makes parks and green spaces attractive and ecological to obtain social support to be developed.

Purpose: Retail workers have a role in attending to customers better, not only making sales to them. In this regard, this research focuses on having a clear understanding of the effects of emotional factors and job stress on mental health for retail sales workers. Research design, data and methodology: The present research conducted both a qualitative textual analysis and interview. This research method is quite useful because it relates the information collected with the research gap. Qualitative data is time-consuming type of data to analyze since it involves interpreting words rather than numbers. Results: The findings showed that emotional labor and stress may not only cause mental harm to the employees but can result in adverse reaction to the customers. Retail employees need to express their true emotions and avoid pretending to be helped with a clear understanding of their needs. Conclusion: This study conclude that motional labor and stress to the retail workers is a real issue that has affected many people around the globe and there is a need to conduct more research on the issue to help employees serve customers much better. Stress among sales workers results to poor working morale and thus affects the entire organization at large.

This research reviews the current state of the environmental problems in Northeastern Asia and emphasizes the necessity of building a sustainable regime of multilateral environmental cooperation. The Process and problems of multilateral environmental cooperation system are briefly discussed. This research stresses the importance of contractual environment that enhances the level of enforcement of international environmental agreement. Within the contractual environment, international regimes can support the parties of conference to build up administrative capacity and scientific technology to cope with transborder pollution problems. Some policy proposals such as cooperation among central governments and local governments, and the participation of NGOs are suggested.

Hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy (HMSN; Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, CMT) was first described by Charcot and Marie in France and, independently, by Tooth in England in 1886. HMSN is the most common form of inherited motor and sensory neuropathy, and is a genetically heterogeneous disorder of the peripheral nervous system. Using positional cloning methods, the chromosomal localization (locus) of more than 40 inherited peripheral neuropathies was found in the last 15 years. However, these genetic analyses also show that many entities do not show linkage to the known loci. This issue deals with a clinical survey of inherited peripheral neuropathies regarding diagnostic approaches based on the molecular findings.

Brand Pricing is the most important issue for the brand manager in the dynamic market. in the typical dynamic pricing model, a linear function has been used based on the assumption that the non-Price Influences and the price influences were independent. However, to incorporate the characteristics of the dynamic market, it is natural to consider the multiplicative relationship. We are going to try the multiplicative linkage between the non-price Influences and the price influences and suggest a new dynamic pricing model with e multiplicative functional form. An empirical study of 19 brands in the Korean cigarette market shows the feasibility of the suggested model.

Destination marketing organizations (DMO) have been building up the cyber city in the WWW. Website for DMO is a core channel to promote regional attractions. This research suggests the issue of criteria for evaluating DMO's performance in the Internet. The method of evaluation focuses on the structure in perspective of linkage based on small world theory and direct network.
