'ISO 37001 - Anti-bribery Management Systems, one of the Business Ethics of Global Standards, is a new standard to help organizations fight bribery and promote an ethical business culture which was developed in 2016. ISO 37001 can provide the tools and systems to greatly reduce the risk and help organizations deal with it effectively if it does arise. After enforcing the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, Korean government standardized ISO 37001 harmonizing International Standards into Korean Industrial Standards (KS) in 2017. It is meaningful in that Korean companies have localized regulation which applies to global standard anti-bribery management systems. About 100 organizations have adopted ISO 37001 as in the first half of 2019. So far many side effects of other ISO certifications have been recognized. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the current status of ISO 37001 in Korea for effective operation and management. The primary purpose of this paper is to investigate the current status and problems of ISO 37001 in Korea. It can provide useful guidelines for improving ISO 37001 to manage bribe and corruption effectively.

Many of companies all over the world have been certified ISO 9000 which is customer focused since last ten 10 years, and industrial sector specific certifications have been developed, such as QS-9000 and ISO/TS 16949 which are specific requirements added to ISO 9000 for the automotive industrial sector. Requirements addressed in ISO 9000, QS-9000 and ISO/TS 16949 are considered to be significant. And I think that requirements for reliability elements such as Design FMEA, Process FMEA and Gage R＆R are very important. I sincerely hope that my study for requirements for reliability elements to be helpful to individual, companies and related association. There should be a lot of requirements in related with reliability in other industrial sectors and I am planning to study on it continuously.

to apply standardized principles and methodologies to the appraisal of records because it is different for each country, region, and organization to distinguish what kind of records are important and how to select them. For this reason, numerous theories and methodologies have been proposed around the appraisal of records. ISO 15489-1:2016, on the other hand, has laid the groundwork for the standardization of the appraisal of records that are applicable globally in recent record management environments based on a new perspective on the appraisal of records. ISO 15489 presents the principles and methodology of records management that are consistent with the electronic record environment based on the record continuum theory, and the principles and methods on the appraisal of records presented in ISO 15489-1:2016 need to be analyzed in depth. This paper analyzes the concept and the logic of the appraisal of records presented in ISO 15489-1:2016 to find an improvement direction in accordance with the recent electronic record environment. For this purpose, it reviewed courses from the enactment of AS 4390 to the revision of ISO 15489 to understand the background of the appraisal principles of ISO 15489-1:2016. Based on this, the appraisal concepts and principles presented in ISO 15489-1:2016 were examined, and the process of the appraisal was analyzed.

ISO11783은 농업 산업분야 통신 프로토콜의 국제 표준으로, 농용트랙터 및 작업기 ECU 간의 통신 프로토콜을 표준화한다. 이 표준은 서로 다른 제조사의 제품 간에 호환성을 갖게 하며, 정밀 농업에 대한 핵심 기반을 제공한다. 현재 해외에서는 이미 ISO11783 기반의 AFS(Advanced Farming System)를 통한 정밀농업이 상용화되어 농가에 보급되고 있다. 이에 비해, 국내에서 이러한 표준을 따르는 농기계들은 미비한 실정이며, 향후 농업의 정밀 농업화를 통한 고부가가치 창출 및 선진국의 무역 장벽에 대비와 해외 수출 판로 개척을 위해 ISO11783 표준에 대한 R&D가 필요로 한다. 이에 IsoAgLib를 분석하고 임베디드 보드에 Porting하여 ISO11783 기반 작업기 ECU를 구현하였고, 이를 기반으로 ISO11783 기반 작업기 ECU의 구현 방법을 발표한다. IsoAgLib의 시스템 아키텍처는 계층화 되어 있어, 타겟에 의존적인 계층만 수정하여, IAR 환경에서 Cortex M3 보드에 포팅을 완료하였다. 작업기 ECU들은 자신만의 인터페이스 화면을 갖으며, 이를 Object pool이라 한다. 이것을 Virtual Terminal(VT)에 업로드 하여, VT가 해당 작업기 ECU의 사용자 인터페이스 기능을 제공하도록 한다. 이에 작업기 ECU 구현 1 단계로, 'VT-Designer'를 통하여 Object pool를 설계한다. 2 단계, 'vt2iso'를 통해서 Object pool을 IsoAgLib 상에서 사용할 수 있도록 변환한다. 3 단계, 포팅된 IsoAgLib project에 변환된 파일을 포함 시킨다. 4 단계, 작업기 ECU의 주기적인 작업 및 각 메시지 수신시 수행할 작업을 코딩한다. 5 단계, 빌드 및 타겟 보드에 업로딩 한 후, New Holland 사의 $Intelliview^{TM}$ iv display (VT)과 연결하여 동작을 확인한다. 확인 결과로 VT에 디자인한 Object pool이 표시 되며 soft key 입력 시 작업기 ECU에서 LED가 변한다. 결론적으로, 연구 결과를 바탕으로 ISO11783 기반의 작업기 ECU의 디자인 및 구현이 가능하며, 이를 통해 향후 국내의 ISO11783 기반의 작업기 ECU의 개발에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

Purpose: It can easily be understood that more rules and regulations need to be imposed on the medical device industry due to its impact on public health and hygiene. Domestic medical device manufacturers are thus required to comply with the requirements specified in the good manufacturing practice (GMP) system, and it is essential to abide by the international standards as well to sustain their global competitiveness. The main purpose of this study is to review the guidelines of the medical device GMP system in Korea and propose future directions for further enhancement of the GMP system. Methods: Specific requirements prescribed in international standards, such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14971:2012, and ISO 14155:2011, are analyzed and compared with the domestic GMP system. Results: It has been observed that the generic international standard related to quality management system, ISO 9001:2015, lays out the foundations for the development of quality management system relevant to medical device industry, ISO 13485:2003, with which the domestic GMP system is fully compatible. Further, several important aspects of risk management and clinical trials of medical devices are also recognized and included in the domestic medical device GMP system. Conclusion: Even though specific requirements of individual ISO standards are slightly different from each other, their overall structure and framework may contribute to the development and enhancement of globally competitive GMP system of the domestic medical device industry.

Modern stage must offer to the level which the customer requests the quality of the information service to offer from the information center. We are the one view which needs new system management around the process serving this. This study accomplished theoretical review of ISO 9000 as International Quality Management System. investigated the trend for change of ISO 9000 certification systems. We analyzed the recognition level of members about the introduction of ISO 9000 quality management systems in the information center. The level up of recognition about ISO 9000 quality management system certification systems was the low in the information center. Hereafter, We grasped the subject of ISO 9000 certification systems which the introduction needs. We reviewed ISO 9000 family which the Library and Information center possible apply and presented the requirement in the library and information center with the process to need for a Quality Management System certification.

Quality system of construction industry in Korea was a means to prevent unqualified construction work. But lately, it has became an essential requirement. So, lots of construction companies acquire ISO quality management system which provides fundamental management criteria. Now, most of the Korean construction companies have got IS0 quality management system. So, getting ISO quality management system doesn't mean advantage in public competition of construction bidding and that causes increase in the maintenance cost. That's why some construction companies abandon the 150 certificate. Therefore, the authors need to check the effect of ISO quality management system. For this, the authors provide the performance measurement index of ISO quality management system.

This study suggests the use of standardized sewing terms for the construction of smart sewing systems. This study analyzed the use of stitches (ISO 4915) and seams (ISO 4916) for cut and sewn knit garment which are the basic elements of sewing on an ISO basis. The results of the analysis of sewing specifications of cut and sewn knit garments are as follows. First, the use of stitches and seams were analyzed. As a result, both stitches and seams were used as non-standard terms. Second, among 3,263 stitches, ISO 4915 No. 406 followed by 401, 504, 605 were the most frequently used; however, ISO 4915 No. 514 was anticipated the most because the ISO 4915 No. 514 used for joining was not recorded in the sewing specification. Finally, the use of stitch for each seam was analyzed. The most common stitch used for ISO 4916 No. 6.02.07 was ISO 4915 No. 406. In addition, when it was sewing ISO 4916 No. 4.04.01, ISO 4915 No. 504 was used in step 1, and ISO 4915 No. 406, 602, and 605 were used in step 2. It is important to use the international standard sewing terms for the production site based on the results. In addition, the construction of smart sewing systems and the work of international standardization through industry-university cooperation are important for securing global competitiveness. Therefore, the use of international standard terminology and practical training should be conducted with a focus on stitching and seams with high frequency of use.

The present study was designed to examine the effect of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) induction by cobalt protoporphyrin (CoPP) on the cardiac functions and morphology, electrocardiogram (ECG) changes, myocardial antioxidants (superoxide dismutase [SOD] and glutathione [GSH]), and expression of heat shock protein (Hsp) 70 and connexin 43 (Cx-43) in myocardial muscles in isoproterenol (ISO) induced myocardial infarction (MI). Thirty two adult male Sprague Dawely rats were divided into 4 groups (each 8 rats): normal control (NC) group, ISO group: received ISO at dose of 150 mg/kg body weight intraperitoneally (i.p.) for 2 successive days; ISO + Trizma group: received (ISO) and Trizma (solvent of CoPP) at dose of 5 mg/kg i.p. injection 2 days before injection of ISO, with ISO at day 0 and at day 2 after ISO injections; and ISO + CoPP group: received ISO and CoPP at a dose of 5 mg/kg dissolved in Trizma i.p. injection as Trizma. We found that, administration of ISO caused significant increase in heart rate, corrected QT interval, ST segment, cardiac enzymes (lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase-muscle/brain), cardiac HO-1, Hsp70 with significant attenuation in myocardial GSH, SOD, and Cx-43. On the other hand, administration of CoPP caused significant improvement in ECG parameters, cardiac enzymes, cardiac morphology; antioxidants induced by ISO with significant increase in HO-1, Cx-43, and Hsp70 expression in myocardium. In conclusions, we concluded that induction of HO-1 by CoPP ameliorates ISO-induced myocardial injury, which might be due to up-regulation of Hsp70 and gap junction protein (Cx-43).

Most organizations adopt a process-based approach to manage their operations and now business process management(BPM) is a well-established concept. Because ISO 9001:2000 has been influenced by BPR and it also emphasizes process based, BPM can get together with ISO 9001:2000. Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information has taken ISO 9001:2000 certificate in November 11, 2003 and has implemented quality management systems based on BPM. We call it KQMS(KISTI Quality Management System). KQMS based on BPMS is a new example in field of ISO quality management and is expected to support process management well.
