In this study, we studied strategic directions of urban management through evaluation the value of the investment with the consideration of the development plan, the condition of the location, the potential of the site, green and disaster prevention infrastructure, focused on Gugal-dong(Gugal Station area) and the region of Bora, Jung-dong, in Yongin city. In terms of the methodology, we tried to decide using Analytic Network Process which can consider the relation between the evaluation items. In conclusion, for the development plan, the order of evaluation items is development purpose, key tenant, fund raising and marketing, and for the condition of the location, the order of evaluation items is land use, surrounding environment, and traffic environment, and for the development potential, the order is marketability, identity, and historic character, and for the green and disaster prevention infrastructure, the order is prevention of human, natural, social disaster. The significance of the conclusion of this study is that it can be utilized in pre-evaluation in planning the urban development.

Among them, it has begun to spread many mobile services to us. In this paper, it's the aim a creation of value added through an efficient mobile services to use wireless internet different with previous way, cutting down on expenses and business modeling.

After M. Porter proposed the concept of industrial cluster, a lot of academic papers and industry surveys have suggested that industrial cluster is the key factor to competitive edge and long-term economic growth. Industrial cluster is often defined as geographical concentrations of interconnected entities in a particular industrial field. And the agglomeration economy is regarded the key factor of developing the industrial clusters. The industrial clusters often have been growing over the territory of local governments. Therefor, the institutes supporting the industrial clusters and the companies in great-sphere level is required. The purpose of this paper is for comparing and analysing the institutes supporting the industrial clusters and the companies in great-sphere level including various local governments. As the result of this research, four types of the cooperative industrial supporting systems among various local governments are divided: 1. inducing foreign direct investment into domestic area by regional development agency, 2. co-developing research parks or industrial parks by some local governments, 3. taking regional industrial statistics and writing development strategies over the boundary of the local governments, 4. constructing internet portal sites networking the local companies, universities, research centers of the same industrial cluster.

This Study aims to establish better sound fiscal plan by investigating perception of local government officials. Local government fiscal consolidation is affected by a combination of factors, including social, economic, demographic, political financial health of local governments. We derived the financial situation of the government-related indicators, financial health-related indicators, the indicators to improve the financial health on the basis of this study are an existing discussion. To ensure the financial soundness of the Cheonan, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of financial management including financial monitoring and control devices provided the locals, investment screening analysis system to enable it. In addition, fiscal controls should be strengthened in order to effectively autonomous government debt management. You must cuts expense of local government to prepare for expansion of local government finance, it is necessary to realize that the fee rates. It should be made through a blend of autonomy and control in the central government, network of local government and the development of local financial operations. You should also to be distributed to the residents welfare and community development funds are invested substantially to establish a systematic planning, resource allocation, evaluation, and reflux system.

ICT convergence has attracted attention as a major means of corporate innovation. In this study in-depth interviews was had to analyze the success factors of ICT-based companies that created a performance through the convergence. The success factors of ICT convergence were analyzed by differentiating your company's products and services through the integration of ICT skills, securing convergence technologies with enhanced R&D investment, and the strong leadership of CEO and collaborative relationships at home and abroad for convergence. It is a positive impact on success of ICT convergence to try the innovations in products, to invest R&D aggressively and to construct a global partnership network. As these results, they was proposed as a policy direction for the diffusion of ICT convergence.

We see an energy fucused smart city evolution of the UK along with the project of "Smart London Plan (SLP)." A theoretical logic of business model innovation has been discussed and a research framework of evolving energy focused smart city is formulated. The starting point is the silo system. In the second stage, the private investment in smart meters establishes a basement for next stages. As results, the UK's smart energy sector has evolved from smart meter installation through smart grid to new business models such as water-energy nexus and microgrid. Before smart meter installation of the government, the electricity system was centralized. However, after consumer engagement plan has been set to make them understand benefits that they can secure through smart meters, the customer behavior has been changed. The data analytics firm enables greater understanding of consumer behavior and it helps energy industry to be smart via controlling, securing and using that data to improve the energy system. In the third stage, distribution network operators (DNOs)' access to smart meter data has been allowed and the segmentation starts. In the fourth stage, with collaboration of Ofwat and Ofgem, it is possible to eliminate unnecessary duplication of works and reduce interest conflict between water and electricity. In the fifth stage, smart meter and grid has been integrated as an "adaptive" system and a transition from DNO to DSO is accomplished for the integrated operation. Microgrid is a prototype for an "adaptive" smart grid. Previous steps enable London to accomplish a platform leadership to support the increasing electrification of the heating and transport sector and smart home.

Ulaanbaatar city, the capital of Mongolia and the center of Mongolian economy, increasingly needs to have a long-term urban planning and a system to impose a tax on land effectively as insufficient development of land and the moving of nomad into urban areas increases during its rapid growth. Therefore, Mongolian government has to prepare a land management system which provides the infrastructure to improve work efficiency and service quality by integrating digitalized data about land and main facilities and sharing data between related departments. This research analyzed the environment to operate the existing land management system and working environment and redesigned database. Furthermore, it integrated all the existing systems, configured service network, and made working environment for land registration, land permission, land payment management to be processed online. With this, it provides the foundation to improve quality of people's life through the preparation of long term urban planning, clean tax administration of real estate, and reconsideration of efficiency about urban infrastructure investment.

Interest has increased in academic research regarding key factors that drive box-office success as well as the ability to predict the box-office success of a movie from a commercial perspective. This study analyzed the relationship between key success factors of a movie and box office records based on movies released in 2010 in Korea. At the pre-production investment decision-making stage, the movie genre, motion picture rating, director power, and actor power were statistically significant. At the stage of distribution decision-making process after movie production, among other factors, the influence of star actors, number of screens, power of distributors, and social media turned out to be statistically significant. We verified movie success factors through the application of a Multinomial Logit Model that used the concept of choice probabilities. The Multinomial Logit Model resulted in a higher level of accuracy in predicting box-office success compared to the Artificial Neural Network and Discriminant Analysis.

Local Loop Unbundling(LLU) has been understood as the way of facilitate the competition on the access and the local telephone service market. There are major benefits of stimulating the competition in the local service, avoiding access network duplication and reducing in environmental disruption. However, LLU has several disadvantages such as removing incentives for building alternative access networks, undermining existing investment in alternative access networks, introducing new substantial costs to the industry and requiring prolonged and detailed regulatory intervention. The economic effects of LLU generally will be different according to the special situation of each countries and the object of LLU. In case of EU, most of countries have already introduced and implemented LLU. But EU can't expect the economic effects on LLU emerged in the early stage of introducing it and faced with dilemma. To be realized the successful implementation of LLU, I think, it is required to be reviewed about the main issues such as the problem of regulation, the reasonable level of LLU pricing and the technical & operational problems.

Because the health care or medical sector has such characteristics as publicity, professionality, and exclusivity, it cannot be left to the free market system. As a consequence, the state has restricted the establishment of medical institutions in order to protect the life and health of people. Also, the medical law has regulated to permit the establishment of medical institutions by only medical personnel and a few corporate bodies and to ban the establishment of medical institutions under disguised ownership as well as double opening of medical institutions by medical personnel. Nevertheless, there are still many cases that non-medical personnel have dominantly established medical institutions under disguised ownership of other medical personnel or nonprofit corporation. Because they are willing to recover their investment costs as soon as possible, these illegally established medical institutions are likely to make patients undergo unnecessary tests or to perform the excessive treatments and, as a result, are likely to cause infringement on the health and lives of the people. In addition, even if the misconduct is uncovered, the rate at which the costs already paid is very low and, as a result, the damages are straightly connected to the people's loss. On the other hand, there are also increasing number of cases that medical personnel or nonprofit corporations are establishing medical institutions against the medical law regulations. The examples of this illegality are also the double opening of medical institutions and the establishment of medical institutions under disguised ownership by medical personnel or nonprofit corporations. And the damages in these cases may not differ from those in the above cases. In this study, regarding medical law regulations restricting opening a medical institution, I will review the intent of those regulations, the type of violations and criminal punishments, and the possibility of recovery from unlawful profit by the National Health Insurance Act. And then, I would like to find a way for rational improvement of each.
