The private investigator service in Korea is to protect our legal market from personal right, creation of job, legal opening via OECD and FTA as well as the prevention of negative private investigation such as service center and private investigator operated without any control. Therefore, this study compares the civil research systems of advanced countries, reviews the legal process to introduce private investigator service as well as considers the previous studies to suggest the work sectors of private investigator service appropriate to Korea. As a result, it distinguished the private investigation work into corporate, finance, insurance, medical service, Cyber, traffic accidents, intellectual property right, lost and forensic science.

The object of this study is to propose a study on the Private Investigator usage for Cyber Crime. The latest trend of cyber crime is being evolve in sophisticated and complex way over the global, like internet fraud, cyber gambling, hacking and etc. Hence national investigative authority mobilize high specialized skills and method of criminal investigation by each nation. But it is hard to respond in rapid and effective way because of propoor, distribution of group and insufficient of related legal system. Already in other countries, not considerable amount of services are given to private investigators in detection and tracking part which is inefficient by nation. So it has significantly meaningful to compensate the defect and study about private investigator usage as companion of cooperation policing for effectively respond to cyber-crime. The way to effectively deal with the cyber-crime is reevaluate meaning of partnership policing and need of private investigator usage. Also it is to analyze the main issue about introduction of a system and suggest the effective way of introduction. First, legislation of private investigator usage which is based upon partnership policing should be made up. Moreover, to establish the range of private investigator's business and enhance the reliability, it is to propose introduction of leading professional global certificate and license system with sufficient education and test. We are expecting introduction of private investigator usage can improve efficiency of investigation and promote effective countermeasures of cyber-crime.

Service industry has become the integral part of economy. And the activation of industry requires a scientific and systematic approach. As one of these kinds of efforts, IBM presented a service model which consisted of strategies, processes, technology, manpower and so on through Service Science. And IBM raised the needs of considering the main issue and methodology of service model's scientific approach. On that account, this study worked out factorial definitions and measurable items by the four components of service model presented by Service Science in order for it to be measured through studies on related literature and interviews of specialists. In order to prepare an opportunity of categorizing the conception of the service model of which character was strongly intangible and of systematically approaching to it, the investigator examined related literature and applied it QFD methodology. Through this kind of redefinition, the investigator concretely conceptualized the service model which was standstill at the level of theoretical approach so far and presented guidelines with which researchers could classify it more concretely. In addition, the investigator tried to present a systematic frame which could be applied to business by working-level officials or decision-makers. Therefore, the investigator expects that study findings will be used as references for the design or implementation of service-oriented business model.

But, systematic industry security activity not an unfold. So private investigator collect the evidence and information of business case for prevent danger is efficient. The private investigator system, deal with the matter efficiently, will good system to prevent economic loss of business, state and nation through make a good use in business crime that machinery of law difficult to intervene. This article countermeasure about industry spy through make a good use of private investigator.

Purpose: With the diversification of modern society, it is difficult to predict crime types, and the limitations of the state's functions, such as human limitations and lack of budget, are increasing. Method: However, as the number of private investigation companies that do not use illegal means to solve the request increased, attempts were made to introduce a public detective system that would manage and supervise it and compensate for the gap in public power. Result: However, due to the nature of the Private Investigator system, legislation has not progressed as the National Police Agency and the Ministry of Justice are at odds with existing laws that guarantee existing jobs such as lawyers and credit research. Conclusion: Therefore, this study analyzes the bills related to the authorized detective to the National Assembly, examines major issues such as the scope of work of the authorized detective business, the selection of management and supervisory authorities, and suggests ways to improve the successful settlement of the Private Investigator system.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate how to use the Quality of Life(QoL) of obesity and to study the report cases which measure QoL on obesity. Method: This study investigate the definition of Health-related Quality of Life(HRQoL), the measurement of Health-related Quality of Life, and the papers of Health-related Quality of Life on obesity through the books and medicine journals of HRQoL and obesity. Conclusions: 1. The QoL includes role functional ability, the degree and quality of social and community interaction, psychological state, somatic feeling, and life satisfaction than personal health and social well-being. 2. The investigator needs to evaluate the reliability, validity and sensitivity of the scale, and the appropriateness of the instrument for the target population When he decides measurement. 3. The investigator have the well-drilled supporter or himself managed the data and study population to prevent missing data. 4. The investigator should decide which is needed on obesity a obesity-specific or broad-ranging instrument, or both.

The Statement evidence is an important method of proof in the criminal investigation and trial. Under certain conditions set by Korean Criminal Procedure Law, paper records of interrogations are admissible in criminal courts. However, it is shown that distortions are ever-present in paper records. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the effect of the investigator's belief about the veracity of a suspect on distortions of paper records. Ninety police investigators were randomly allocated into one of the three conditions('guilty belief', 'innocent belief', 'neutral belief'), and all the investigators were then asked to document a paper record while watching a prefilmed interrogation interview of the crime. The results showed that (1) the investigator's belief had significant effects on distortions. (2) All groups did more commissions than omissions. (3) matters subject to interrogation also had significant effects on distortions. In the conclusion, implications and limitations of the study were disscussed.

As an aging society accelerates its pace for the present, providing a pleasant environment to nursing homes is such an environmental requirement with which elderly people could improve their quality of life and even acquire the effects of healing. As an optimal element of ensuring amenity, nature is a general hospital that heals human beings physically and mentally. In this vein, the investigator drew out the frame of analysis, namely emotional/healing/relating amenity, by means of theoretical examination of such natural elements as water, light, soil/stone, and plant. And on the basis of the drawn amenity, the investigator examined the application of natural elements to study subjects in order to analyze the ensured amenity. Study findings show that the existing nursing homes have ensured healing amenity sufficiently, but they are unsatisfactory in ensuring emotional and relating amenity. Based on interview survey, the investigator suggests that the introduction of natural elements into nursing homes such public space as mediation space, interaction space, and rest places to ensure emotional/healing/relating amenity must be ideally equipped with the formation of outdoor forest in which water, light, soil/stone, and plant get joined together, rather than Introducing a single element respectively. In addition, the plan of construction of nursing homes must take residing elderly people's emotional/healing/relating amenity into account on the basis of physical amenity.
