The HyeolRacRon(血絡論) of the YoungChu(靈樞) is one of the section associate with the study of bloodletting(depletion of blood) by acupunture. The bloodletting therapy, one of the treatment of Oriental Medicine, has been advanced in civilization. By studying of this section, I could find some conculution as follows: 1. It is the superficial venules(血絡) that has been included blood stasis which has been interrupted by pathogenic factor(邪氣), and still could not enter into the meridian's line. 2. When bloodletting therapy, we should carefully study of patient's health condition, because doctor's missed acupuncure leads to very serious side effects. 3. External shape of HyeolRac(血絡) is like acu-niddle or muscle, so its thickness and location were not fixed position, its color is redish, and its quality is hard. 4. It is reason of heating that fixation of acu-niddle and muscle fiber.

Interrupted blood flow diminishes the concentration of oxygen in tissues. Hypoxia first appears in the region distal to the capillaries and grows throughout the entire t issue. However, the time-wise evolution of hypoxic area is diverse when some of capillaries are blocked in a multi-capillary domain with different oxygen squirt. The process of the development of hypoxia through time course is analyzed mathematically in the domain. Each source in steady state is controlled by a time sensitive function to simulate the occlusion.

Dolastatin 10의 유사체를 합성하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 여러 형태의 펩티드 화합물의 합성 경로를 연구하였다. 유사체의 합성에 사용된 4-amino-3-hydroxy acid는 에폭시 화합물의 아민에 의한 고리열림에 의하여 합성하였다. 이 비단백질 아미노산응로부터 주로 DCC 축합에 의하여 펩티드 화합물을 합성하였다.

The creep life fraction can be evaluated by the degree of grain deformation since the grain of Cr-Mo base metal deforms in the direction of stress. The grain deformation method using image processing technique is developed for life assessment of in-service high-temperature components. The new assessment model of grain deformation method is presented to apply to in-service components and is verified by interrupted creep test for ex-serviced material of 1Cr-0.5Mo steel. The proposed model, which is irrespective of stress direction, is to evaluate mean of the absolute deviation for the measured ratios which are diametrical maximum to minimum dimensions for grains.

The spent fuel skeleton is processed in the cutting processing after compacting. If the cutting length is processed in the same interval length. The spent fuel skeleton is stayed on the connection of bottom nozzle and guide tube. In the case, because the compressive stress is loaded along the length, the guide tube is generated the buckling stress and the deforming. But the deformed guide tube interrupted the guide tube inserted through compressive room. therefore, it is experimented for the optimum buckling stress and the preventing of guide deformed. This paper is predicted the all over buckling stress of the spent fuel skeleton by using experiment. The guide of Spent fuel skeleton have buckling characteristics of the medium column. The experiment and analysis is conducted by the comparing among the equation of Euler, Johnson and Engresser. The fittest one of method is Engresser equation.

Rupture of the main bronchus due to blunt chest trauma is very rare, especially In childhood although the incidence is increasing. Early diagnosis and primary repair not. only restore normal lung function but also avoid the difficulties and complications associated with delayed diagnosis and repair. We experienced 2 cases of right main bronchial rupture caused by traffic accidents. Patients suffered from progressively developing dyspnea and subcutaneous emphysema on the neck, anteriorchest,andanteriorabdominalwall. Emergency operations were performed through right posterolateral thoracotomy incision at the 4th intercostal space. Intraoperatively, the right main bronchus completely transsected and separated. Corrective bronchoplasty was performed with end-to-end anastomosis using interrupted suture with 3-0 Vicryle and the suture line was reinforced with azygos vein and parietal pleural flap. Postoperative courses were uneventful and patients discharged without any specific pro lems.

Recently, use of sea-sand as fine aggregates in reinforced concrete structures is increasing because of lacking of supply due to destructive of environment caused by obtaining and exhausting of resource. It rise up issue, some field reconstruction, interrupted construction works occurring to the trouble on the site because sometimes engineer does not agree to use of corroded bar, even slighly corroded. This study investigates the properties of bond strength and the structural behavior of corroded bars before and after placement. The purpose of the study is to present the database estimating degree of damaged bond strength according to corrosion level and deciding on whether using corroded bars or not.

Large welded structures, including ships and offshore structures, are normally in operation under cyclic fatigue loadings. These structures include many geometric discontinuities, as well as material discontinuities due to weld joints. The fatigue strength at these hot spots is very important for the structural performance. In the past, various Non Destructive Evaluation (NDE) techniques have been developed to detect fatigue cracks and to estimate their location and size. However, an important limitation of most of the existing NDE methods is that they are off line; the normal operation of the structure has to be interrupted, and the device often has to be disassembled. This study explores the development of a structural health monitoring system, with a special interest in applying the technique to welded structural members in ship and offshore structures. In particular, the impedance based structural health monitoring technique that employs the coupling effect of piezoceramic (PZT) materials and structures is investigated.

The paper deals with the proper design of GGH(gas-gas heater) panel elements of desulfurization equipments in a thermoelectric power plant. When fossil fuels such as coal, petroleum et cetera are burnt to ashes, sulfur oxide compounds are produced, and calcareous sludges are deposited at GGH panel elements. In this case, operation of a power plant equipments is interrupted, and a tremendous economic loss comes into existence. One of the purposes of the paper is to find flow velocity distributions and regions of depositions when calcareous sludges pile up on the GGH panel elements through the fluid analysis. In the fluid analysis, flow velocity and position distributions of particles between GGH panel elements are demonstrated according to time variation for ammonia and calcium hydroxide particles.

In recent years electric devices and telecommunication facilities were often damaged by surge generated lightning discharge. When the service was interrupted by failure of electrical devices due to surge the social loss is very enormous. Therefore in order to protect electrical systems against lightning, SPDs(Surge protective device) have been used But damaged SPDs often make some troubles like fire and interrupt of service. In this work, 3rd harmonic leakage current defection method was applied as the diagnosis of SPD degradation and the effectiveness of this method was verified by field survey.
