대인관계성향이 구매동기에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Interpersonal Orientation on Consumers' Buying Motivations)

  • In order to understand how consumers' buying motivation is formed, that is the starting point of consumer behavior or consumers' decision-making processes, we examined how the interpersonal orientation for consumers is organized to control buying motivation and create a stepping-stone for subjects' behavior in fast varied consumer environments. In addition, we examined what influence this interpersonal orientation has on consumers' buying motivations. The results are shown as follows: First, interpersonal orientation is classified into six categories, according to Cohen's three types, i.e., compliance, detachment I: emotion independence, detachment II: performance independence, detachment III: perception independence, aggressiveness I: competitiveness, aggressiveness II: aggressiveness. Second, based on our inspection of the relation between interpersonal orientation and consumers' buying motivations, for external motivation and internal motivation, the value of R2 in regression seems too low to act as an influencing power on interpersonal orientation, while in case of introjected motivation, identified motivation I: self respect, and identified II: pursuit of harmony, I there seems to be some relationship.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate influences of usage motivation of SNS and interpersonal relationship orientation on Mobile Social Network Service(MSNS) addition proneness. For this purpose, questionnaires including MSNS addition Proneness scale, usage motivation of SNS scale and interpersonal relationship orientation scale were administered to 250 college students in Seoul. Regression analysis revealed that usage motivation of SNS showed influences of interpersonal relationship orientation. The Usage motivation of SNS showed influences of MSNS addiction proneness, interpersonal relationship orientation showed partial influence MSNS addiction proneness. The result of this study implicated that level of MSNS addiction tendencies needs to be considered for counseling with used of SNS motives. This study findings would contribute in development of preventive interventions for SNS addiction and improvement program for interpersonal competence in college students. Futhermore, exploration of various ways to satisfy motivation of interpersonal relation would be helpful to reduce SNS addiction tendencies. Finally, based on the result, implications of finding, limitation and suggestions for future research were discussed.

중국 조직구성원의 집단주의 성향과 조직몰입 및 대인간 도움행위의 관계: 세대간 차이를 중심으로 (Chinese Employees' Collectivism Orientation, Organizational Commitment, and Interpersonal Helping Behavior: A Generational Difference)

  • Purpose - This study aims to examine the relationship between Chinese employees' collectivism orientation and organizational commitment and interpersonal helping behavior and verify the differences of such relationships between new and the previous generation of employees. Design/methodology/approach - The 262 Chinese employees participated in self-reported survey through online platform. The confirmatory factor analysis and the hierarchical regression analysis were performed to test hypotheses. Findings - We found that Chinese employees' collectivism orientation positively influenced their organizational commitment and interpersonal helping behavior. Regarding the moderating role of generation, our result revealed that while the positive relationship between collectivism orientation and organizational commitment was significant for previous generation of employees, such relationship was not valid for new generation employees. However, there was no significant generational difference in the relationship between collectivism orientation and interpersonal helping behavior. Research implications or Originality - Considering that there have been relatively few empirical studies examining the interaction between employees' cultural characteristic and generations, this study contributes to demonstrate that the positive influence of Chinese employees' collectivism orientation on organizational commitment vary depending on Chinese generations. In addition, this study provides implications that organizational leaders in China should understand that the generational difference can influence how employees' collectivism orientation leads to their attitudes towards organizations and need to establish human resource management system by reflecting generational difference.

간호대학생의 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Influencing Factors of Interpersonal Relationship in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influencing factors of interpersonal relationship in nursing college students for effective learning ability and teaching strategy. Method: In order to get the data by self-questionnaire, 166 subjects were selected. The instruments for this study were Preceptual Orientation Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale, Narcissistic Personality Disorder Scale, and Interpersonal Relationship Scale. The dada was analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe' test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression using SPSS 12.0 program. Result: The main factors that affect interpersonal relationship were self-perception and social-efficacy. These variables were account for 37.9% of interpersonal relationship. The significant influencing factors on interpersonal relationship were self-perception, social-efficacy. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop a strategy to get positive perceptual orientation and successful interpersonal relationship for nursing college students by further studies with small group program for the best result.

Effect of Customer-acquisition Orientation on Salespeople's Performance in Distribution of Pharmaceuticals

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate sales managers' strategic focus on customer acquisition, specifically its effect on salespeople's performance. In addition, this study aimed to determine how salespeople's interpersonal skills, salesmanship skills, and technical knowledge affect the relationship between customer-acquisition management and salespeople's performance. Research design, data, and methodology: This study conducted a survey of 310 salespeople working at pharmaceutical companies. A structural equation modeling approach was applied to test the main effects and interaction effects using AMOS. Results: The results indicated that both managers' customer-acquisition orientation and salespeople's salesmanship skills and technical knowledge positively affected the latter's performance. Further, it was found that the higher the technical knowledge of the salesperson, the greater the effect of the customer-acquisition orientation on sales performance. Conclusions: Sales managers should enable salespeople to quickly acquire technical knowledge with respect to the market, products, competitors, and company policy so that they can bring greater synergy to the customer-acquisition orientation.

청소년의 성별에 따른 가족건강성 및 문화성향과 대인관계성향간의 관계분석 (A Study on the Relationship among Family strengths, Cultural disposition and Interpersonal relations dispositions in Adolescent's sex.)

  • 본 연구는 청소년들의 성별에 따라 문화성향과 가족건강성을 이해하고, 대인관계 성향과의 관련성을 탐색하는 한편 이들 변인이 대인관계 성향에 미치는 영향력을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 대인관계성향은 성별에 따라 차이가 있었고, 대인관계성향 중 사회관계성향은 남학생은 문화성향 중 수평적-집단주의 성향과 가족건강성의 영향력이 컸고, 여학생은 문화성향 중 수평적-집단주의가 영향력 있게 나타났다. 대인관계 중 표현성향은 남학생의 경우 가족건강성, 문화성향에서 수직적-개인주의, 수평적-개인주의가 영향력이 컸다. 여학생은 수직적-개인주의가 대인관계의 표현성향에 영향력 있는 변수로 나타났다.

  • 연구의 목적은 대학생의 스마트폰 의존도가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향과 그 경로에서 대인관계 문제의 매개효과를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울과 수도권에 소재한 4개 대학의 학생들을 대상으로 설문을 진행하여 총 221부로 실증적인 검증을 위해 구조방정식을 실행하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 대학생의 일상생활 장애와 가상세계 지향이 높으면 대인관계 문제에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 일상생활 장애와 가상세계 지향이 높으면 진로태도성숙에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 대인관계 문제는 진로태도성숙에 부적인 영향을 미치며, 스마트폰 의존도와 진로태도성숙 관계에서 모두 완전매개하고 있음을 파악하였다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 대학생의 진로태도성숙을 증진시키는 다양한 프로그램의 개발과 적용에 기초자료로 사용될 수 있음을 시사하였다.

간호대학생의 신체이미지, 자아존중감이 대인관계에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Body Image and Self Esteem on Interpersonal Relationship in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 신체이미지, 자아존중감 및 대인관계 정도와 상관관계를 파악하고 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2019년 6월 한달간 A시와 Y군에 소재한 대학교의 간호학과 대학생 252명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석, 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 대인관계에 미치는 영향요인은 신체이미지의 외모평가, 건강지향, 건강평가로 설명력은 12%이었다. 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인은 건강평가이었으며, 건강지향, 외모평가 순이었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 대인관계 향상을 위해 자신의 건강과 외모에 대한 긍정적 평가와 건강을 지향하는 삶이 되도록 다각적인 중재 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하다.

펜싱 에페선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리가 심리기술에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Goal Orientation and Self-management of Fencing Epee Players on Psychological Skills)

  • 본 연구는 2017년 국가대표 펜싱 에페선수 선발전에 참가한 선수를 대상으로 성취목표성향과 자기관리가 심리기술에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 활용하여 설문지 타당도 및 신뢰도 검사, 빈도분석, Pearson의 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과제지향성과 대인관리, 정신관리, 자아지향성과 훈련관리, 대인관리, 정신관리, 팀조화, 몸관리와 불안조절, 정신관리와 팀조화가 상관이 있는 것으로 나타나 펜싱 에페선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리, 심리기술이 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성취목표성향과 자기관리가 심리기술에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과 유의한 영향은 없었으나 하위 요인간 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Association between interpersonal relationships and 4C (communication, critical thinking, collaborative self-efficacy, and creative problem-solving) core competencies of dental hygiene students

  • Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the association between interpersonal relationships and the 4C core competencies of dental hygiene students. It also examined how interpersonal competence can be enhanced by the development and application of programs so that the 4C core competencies of university students can be improved. Methods: A survey was conducted from March to May 2019 on students from the Department of dental hygiene in Busan, South Korea, and 177 valid responses were analyzed. The general characteristics of the students were calculated using frequency and percentage, and their degree of 4C core competencies and interpersonal abilities were expressed as means (±standard deviation). Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the effects of interpersonal competence on the 4C core competencies. Results: The findings revealed the factors affecting the 4C core competencies as; (a) communication ability was affected by interpersonal cognition and confidence building; (b) critical thinking ability was affected by person-oriented, self-expression, and confidence building; (c) creative problem-solving ability was affected by self-confidence, person-orientation, self-expression, and confidence building, and (d) cooperative self-efficacy was affected by person-oriented and confidence building. Conclusions: Based on the above findings, it is necessary to develop systematic program items and education systems that can effectively develop interpersonal competency, and thereby improve 4C core competencies among students.
