간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Clinical Competence among Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the association of factors related to clinical practice training for clinical competence among nursing students, and to analyze those factors influencing clinical competence, providing recommendations for improving their clinical competence and clinical learning environment. This descriptive correlative study completed organized questionnaires from 557 nursing students. The data was analyzed by SPSS 19.0. The most important factor affecting the clinical competence among nursing students was teaching effectiveness (${\beta}=.22$). followed by critical thinking (${\beta}=.19$). and the professional self-concept (${\beta}=.19$). The explained variable for clinical competence was 45.2% in nursing students. Thus, the development of an effective clinical internship program is important for strengthening nursing students' clinical competence. We suggest that the capability of nursing students should be strengthened and effective clinical internship programs should be developed to improve the clinical competence of nursing students.

  • New curriculum for information and library science is proposed on the notion of the internship and scholarly characteristics. The future of the information and library science is expected as the discipline to synthesize the natural science and the social science. Especially the internship is strongly suggested as the post graduate program. To draw the conclusion. the history of the information and library science and its educational background are analyzed. The states of the historical developments of the information and library science are explained in terms of philosophy. The functional and scholarly environments of the information and library science are also investigated. Secondarily it concludes that the curriculum development for information and library science is not aimed on the skills but on the phenomena.

창의성 패션디자인 교육모델 개발을 위한 독일의 교육 시스템 및 포르츠하임 조형대학과 베를린 예술디자인대학 교과과정 분석 (Analysis of German Education System and program of Hochschule Pforzheim and Berlin University of Art for Fashion Design Curriculum Model to Develop Creativity)

  • The purpose of this study was to observe school education system, higher education, and fashion education in Germany to find a good model for an desirable future education to lead a creative students in Korea, thereby reshaping curriculum. We also analysed the curriculum of the fashion design offered in Hochschule Pforzheim and Berlin University of Art. We used secondary data collection by literature reviews of articles and web sites on the internet. Results of this study are as follows: German school and education system oriented with differentiation even though there are variety of them. Students can select their education system, considering work field and their own life & humanities. Various fashion education institutions were found to have their own education concept to enhance creativity with different system. Our results of analysis of the fashion design program of Hochschule Pforzheim and Berlin University of Art show their creativity education in their curriculums with module basis. Two universities have a differentiate education direction for the same aim to do creative design study and research. We realized that students learn and get the knowledge and apply to the field with a long term internship, communication skill and presentation development courses. Project based modules enable students to be creative, and active human. Strong design basis, and humanities disciplines will support people to creative design works. These two universities offer a good model of program to build up self education drive, academic and practical ways of training, and project based, internship, etc.

모바일 앱을 이용한 장애학생의 현장실습 관리 연구 (A Study on the Management of "the Internship of the Disabled" Using Mobile App)

  • 장애학생의 산업체 현장실습 근무를 관리하기 위해 모바일 앱으로 근무시간, 출근시간 및 현장실습일지를 관리에 대해 연구하였다. 장애인 고용 업체측에서 수용가능한 장애학생의 허용정보와 지원학생의 장애 정보가 일치하는지 확인한 후 고용[승인]을 한다. 업체에서는 현장실습 출근시 GPS를 이용하여 출근정보(출근시간, 주소)를 관리한다. 본 과정을 수행해 본 결과 장애인의 현장근무의 학습에 기여하였으며, 향후 실제 취업으로 연계하는 프로그램을 진행 중이다. 또한, 장애학생의 현장실습관리에 대한 관리효율 설문조사를 실시한 결과 91.9%가 보통이상의 참여 만족도를 보였다.

  • 단기 현장실습 위주의 양적 성장과 대학 간 과다 경쟁으로 현장실습의 내실화가 요구되며 학생의 실무능력 향상과 현장실습을 통한 채용연계성을 높이기 위한 방안으로 장기현장실습 모형의 필요성이 높아지고 정부와 대학의 참여도 증가하는 추세이다. 금오공대와 3개 참여대학은 2015년부터 중소 중견기업의 R&D 인력 부족현상과 취업을 앞둔 대학생들의 고민을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 중소 중견기업 R&D 관련부서에서 6개월동안 장기현장실습을 통해 R&D 실무능력을 향상하고 취업역량을 강화하기 위해 R&D 장기현장실습 프로그램인 산업인턴을 실시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2015년과 2016년 산업인턴 운영사례에 대한 비교 분석을 통해 사전준비 단계부터 종료시점까지 장기현장실습을 통한 효과적인 연계취업 활성화 방안을 제안하였으며 취업률 비교와 만족도 조사 비교를 통해 그 결과를 확인하였다.

A Study on Excellent Universities with Video and Media Field in the USA

  • In this paper, I studied several universities which are especially famous for video and media fields in the United States to develop our international competitiveness. I selected the outstanding US universities and researched the various indexes of corresponding department, internship program and other activities related with company. Then, analyzed the research results and compared with the department of Video Broadcasting at the K women's university in our country. As a result, the retention rate and the graduate rate of the 4-years universities(bachelor's degree) are very higher than the 2-years associated degree among the US universities. On the other hand, although the department of Video Broadcasting at the K women's university is the associated degree course, it shows up the highest the retention rate and the graduate rate than the US universities. Therefore, we are able to recognize that K Women's University has managed its students well. However, the employment rate of the K Women's University was poor than the US universities due to the lack of the internship programs, other activities supported by companies and the career service center.

  • We have constructed three characteristic internship programs which were based on the different aspects of view by the grant in aid from MEXT of Japanese government. The most outstanding program is what we call "Market Internship", where the students directly approach the market in which the engineering technologies are utilized. Then they must find out the problems and advantages of engineering technologies from the view of consumers. The experience would result in the enhancement of motivation to study the engineering technologies. It would be substantially effective in engineering education curriculums that the engineers of private companies in which university students will get their own jobs in near future could take important roles to conduct them. We believe that this activity would effective in reducing gaps they would feel between before and after getting jobs in practical society, and lowering the ratio of unemployment after getting jobs.

Factors Influencing Student Satisfaction with the Fieldwork Course in LIS in South Korea

  • This study attempts to draw the implications of student satisfaction with fieldwork courses in the library and information science (LIS) program in South Korea by determining the level of satisfaction experienced by students with practicums at a library and information service agency. LIS students with fieldwork experience were surveyed to assess their satisfaction and the factors affecting their satisfaction. Results from a multiple regression analysis revealed that from among factors of practicum settings, major-related attributes, and general attributes of respondents, "satisfaction with majors" and "interpersonal relationships" had a significant effect on satisfaction with practicums. Examining the six components of satisfaction with the course revealed that "practicum program" and "practicum setting" had a significant relationship with overall satisfaction. A selective intervention program to improve satisfaction with the course needs to be developed based on factors influencing overall satisfaction, focusing on "interpersonal relationship" and "satisfaction with majors.

폭력피해여성의 인턴십 매장 참여경험에 관한 현상학적 연구: 임파워먼트 경험을 중심으로 (A Phenomenological Study on Participatory Experience of Internship Program for Women Who Suffered Violence - Focusing on Empowerment Experiences -)

  • 본 연구는 폭력피해여성들이 인턴십 매장에 참여하며 경험한 임파워먼트에 초점을 맞춰 그들이 경험한 체험의 본질이 무엇인지를 탐색하고자 한 연구이다. 인턴십 매장은 폭력피해여성의 경제적, 심리적, 사회적 자립을 지원하기 위한 목적으로 고안된 것으로 임파워먼트 접근을 통해 상담, 교육훈련, 인턴십, 취업 등을 지원한 공간이자 프로그램이다. 폭력피해여성들이 인턴십 매장에서 체험한 임파워먼트 경험의 본질적 의미를 발견하고자 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 인턴십 매장에 참여한 9명의 연구 참여자를 대상으로 심층면접을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과, '겹겹이 쌓여 있던 덮개', '덮개를 한 꺼풀씩 벗겨내기', '세상의 주체로 나서기 위해 움트기'라는 3개의 구성요소와 11개의 하위 구성요소가 도출되었다. 연구참여자들의 인턴십 매장 참여경험의 구성요소들을 가로지르는 본질적인 의미는 '겹겹이 쌓여있던 덮개를 벗겨내며 세상의 주체로 나서기 위해 움트기'로 분석되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 폭력피해 여성의 통합적 자립지원을 위한 임파워먼트 실천의 정책적 실천적 방안을 제안하였다.
