분산환경에 적합한 인터넷 원격제어 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Internet Remote Control System in the Distributed Environment)

  • 본 논문은 웹 브라우저 만으로 원격지에 위치한 설비의 모니터링과 제어를 할 수 있고, 서로 다른 시스템간의 호환성과 확장성을 지원할 수 있는 lava 플랫폼을 기반으로 응용 계층인 HTTP 프로토콜의 URL통신을 이용한 인터넷 원격제어 시스템 구축 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 인터넷 원격제어시스템을 실험하기 위하여 서버 PC와 RS-232 통신방식으로 연결된 $\mu$-Processor를 통한 직류전동기의 속도 및 온도를 모니터링하고 제어하는 실험을 하였다.

  • The existing remote control system have some inherent disadvantage of direct control in the limit range. In some special cases, for example, a power apparatus, an unmanned factory, a nuclear factory, a security management system, the tele-operation is needed to control remote robot without limit space. This field is based on the Internet communication. Because the Internet is constructed all over the world. And it is possible that we control remote mobile robot in the long distance. In this paper, we developed a remote control system. This system is divided into two primary parts. These are local site and remote site. There are the moving robot and web server in the remote site and there is the robot control device in local site. The moving robot is moved by two stepper motors and the robot control device consists of SA-1100 micro controller and embedded Linux. And this controller is an embedded system. Public personal computer which is connected the Internet is used for the web server. The web server provides the mobile robot control interface program to the remote controller and captures the image for feedback information. In the whole system, a robot control device is connected with moving robot and web server through the Internet. So the operator can control the moving robot in the distance through the Internet.

  • This paper describes an experimental embedded tiny web server system that monitors the processing of manufacture using the Internet. The object of this study is developing of an embedded tiny web server that connects the stand-alone machines in factory to the Internet. Using the World Wide Web (WWW), we proffer user-friendly environments to users. Anyone with a web browser may easily access the processing of manufacture in the factory. Through connecting different network system, our web server extends the private networks to the Internet, the global networks. Our embedded tiny web server is ideal for process control, building and facility management system, factory automation and even home automation.

  • The aim of this research was performance of Web-based real time DGPS using MS visual basic 6.0 Active X control. This system supported the navigation of rover by transmitting the DGPS correction information of base station via internet and monitored the moving of rover by displaying the corrected results received from rover as well as permitting Web users monitoring for rover. The Web-based DGPS server and the client system using MS visual basic 6.0 Active X control for DGPS displayed on Web-browser with the pre analysis was constructed and the system loading test via Web-browser was performed after debugging this system through the static GPS test and publishing it on Web. Also, the wireless internet DGPS test on Web by changing the distance between a base station and a rover was carried out. As the result of the test, the real time DGPS could be performed by transmitting the correction message which calculated from the server system to the client system continually. The rover could be managed by displaying the location information which received from the client system. Other users also could monitor the rover by connecting with this system via internet in real time.

  • 최근 모든 사물을 인터넷에 연결하는 IoT(Internet of Things)에서 사물 간의 데이터를 전송하는 통신 프로토콜에 대한 표준화가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 기반의 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force) CoAP(Constrained Application Protocol)을 이용한 실내 IoT 자원 제어 서비스를 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 위해 웹 서버에서 프록시(proxy)와 RD(Resource Directory) 기능을 갖는 웹 기반의 실내 IoT 자원 제어 구조를 제시한다. 실내 IoT 자원 제어 서비스에서는 CoAP 프로토콜을 통해 실내 IoT 자원을 웹 서버에 등록하고, 프록시의 HTTP과 CoAP메시지 변환 기능을 이용하여 인터넷 상에서 웹 클라이언트와 IoT 자원 간 통신을 지원하고, 사용자가 웹 브라우즈를 이용하여 실내 환경을 모니터링하고 제어할 수 있도록 한다.

VLC4WoT : Visible Light Communication for Web of Things

  • Recently, new devices have been developed for the Internet of Things concept. The devices commonly use RF (Radio Frequency) based wireless communication. With the increase in the number of devices, the space allocated for the radio frequency band in wireless communication fills rapidly. Visible Light Communication (VLC) is an alternative, secure and economical communication technology that uses light instead of radio frequencies. While Web of Things (WoT) is the adaptation of the experience and knowledge acquired from the web into the internet of things ecosystems. By combining these two technologies, the development of the Visible Light Communication for Web of Things (VLC4WoT) system, which can use VLC and WoT technologies, has been our motivation. In our study, microcontroller control circuit was created for VLC4WoT system. Control of the circuits over the internet was performed. VLC based receiver and transmitter units have been developed for wireless communication. Web based interface was created for control. The test apparatus consisting of four objects with four outputs and a transfer unit was carried out. In this test, communication was achieved successfully. It was presented in the study that VLC can be used in the web of things architecture. In the future, it is envisaged to use this system as a safe and economical system in indoor environments.

  • This paper is about a system development which control and monitor a PLC of the remote-distance through the Internet using the web-browser. In general, the PLC uses its own communication protocol of PLC Manufacture. It is actually impossible to be used through the Internet, because the PLC communication protocol is basically developed to be suitable for short-distance. Therefore, what we need is a transformation system which can convert the PLC communication protocol into the form which can connect to the Internet. In that sense, this paper is that about remote-control method through the WWW ( World Wide Web ). This system have three characteristics. First, it is possible to connect the Internet directly irrespective of CPU, Operating system and browser. Second, it is easy for user to access and treat. Third, it needs only HTML to operate without java or plug-in expansion. In this paper, we will introduce the monitoring and control system of PLC on the Linux with the Apache web-server.

User Interface in Web Based Communication for Internet Robot Control

  • Robot control involves advance programming, scientific and high technology. The systematic and methodological aspects of robot controls often results in having superficial control design problems that can negatively affect the robot application, usability and appeal. User friendly interface of robot control is extremely advantageous and more attractive. To illustrate, the application of medical robot is usually handled by clients who have little background in advance programming language. Thus, it would be difficult if the client needs to use programming language to control the robot. It would justify better if the robot control is presented in a meaningful interface to the client. This way the robot application would be more natural and user friendly. This paper describes the method of developing the user interface for web based communication to control an internet robot named Tarou. The web based communication tasks involves three levels. The first one accommodates on the client sending commands to robot through the internet. The next communication level relates to the robot receiving the commands sent by the client. The final communication level generates on sending feedback on status of commands by the robot to the client. The methodology used here can be elaborated in four hierarchical steps; identify user needs and robot tasks, identify the enhancing tag reference used by the server, induce the tag into HTML, present the HTML in attractive user interface as the client control panel.

  • 본 논문은 시스템 운용자가 현장에 직접 상주하지 않고도 자신의 컴퓨터 인터넷 접속을 이용해 원격지에서도 시스템을 모니터링하고 제어할 수 있는 방법에 대해서 기술한다. 원격으로 제어하고자 하는 로컬 시스템은 아날로그와 디지털 신호를 송 수신 가능한 데이터 수집 장치와 신호 제어용 보드를 연결하여 소프트웨어에 의해 제어되게 했다. 그리고 제어 대상 시스템으로는 AC나 DC전원 제어를 필요로 하는 개별 전자키트로 구성했다. 로컬 시스템에 대한 제어 및 모니터링 프로그램은 NI Labview를 이응해서 개발했다. 또한 원격접속용 컴퓨터 서버는 윈도우용 Apache 웹 서버와 PHP 및 MySQL ODBC를 연동했다. 원격제어에 관한 실험은 인터넷 웹 브라우저 접속을 통해 로컬시스템에 관한 제어 및 모니터링 프로그램을 로딩하고, 이 프로그램을 통해서 원격지에 있는 시스템을 제어하고 모니터링 한다.

  • Recent increase in accessibility to the internet makes it easy to use the internet-connected devices. The internet could allow any user can reach and command any device that is connected to the network. But these teleoperation systems using the internet connected device have several problems such as the network time delay, data loss and development cost of an application for the communication with each other. One feasible solution is to use local and external network line for the network time delay, transmission control protocol for data loss and Java language to reduce the development period and cost. In this study, web-based remote control system using Java language is newly proposed and implemented to a pneumatic servo control system to solve the time delay, data loss and development cost. We have conducted several experiments using pneumatic rodless cylinder through the internet and verified that the proposed remote control system was very effective.
