A Study on the Effect of the Internet Banking Service Quality on Trust of Bank (인터넷뱅킹의 서비스 품질이 은행의 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • In case of korea, it is said that the service of internet banking is in maturity regarding the number of transactions that internet banking process. So it is necessary to find out the factors that influence customer's trust on bank with the use of internet banking, to preserve existing customers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the internet banking service quality on trust of banks. For this purpose, eight hypotheses are empirically tested using logistic regression. The empirical results indicated that responsiveness, easy of use, and accuracy from the six dimensions of internet banking service quality factors take significant effect on trust of bank.

Consumer′s Perceived Risk and Information Search in Internet Shopping (인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 소비자의 워험지각과 정보탐색에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze consumers' perceived risk and information search behaviors in internet shopping. For this purpose, survey was conducted on 302 consumers in their 20s and 30s who had internet shopping experience. This study found that consumers' perceived risk was significantly related to their gender, educational level, income, credit card use, period of internet un, number of internet shopping experiences, and purchased product. Consumers' search behaviors were also significantly affected by gender, age, educational level, income, period of internet use, and purchased product. In addition, a higher level of consumers' perceived risk was significantly related to the amount of information search on product attributes themselves rather than on general information search such as the number of sites or the number of brands.

  • This paper starts by describing the wireless internet service as a new function in the internet age. It then discusses the usefulness of wireless internet for improveing library information service. Recently the use of wireless internet service, as a major internet service in the future, has been rapidly increased because it can be provided various type of information using individual's cellulasphone without the time and space restrictions. Therefore, wireless internet service will be of great use for decentralization and rapidness of library function as well as improvement of user service by providing various interface of information retrieval.

Analyzing the Influence of Digital Textbook Use for Potential Risk Group of Internet Addiction and Average Group (디지털교과서 활용이 인터넷 중독 잠재적 위험군과 일반 사용자군에게 미치는 영향의 차이 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of digital textbook use for potential risk group of internet addiction and average group. For this, I selected two samples. One was a group to use digital textbook at school, the other was a group not to use that. Then each potential risk group of internet addiction were sort out in two groups by a test of internet addiction. I firstly compared a average user group and a potential risk group of internet addiction in group to use digital textbook. Also, I too did that in group not to use digital textbook. Then I analyzed the relevance of using digital textbook and internet addiction. As a result, I found that using digital textbook have not the relevance with internet addiction. But in this paper, I proposed a way to teach ICT ethical training before students use the digital textbook, because most of potential risk students of internet addiction tend to think they was influenced by digital textbook.

A Study on the Factors Affecting the Purchase of Products in Online Fashion Shopping Mall (온라인 패션 쇼핑몰의 제품구매에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • As the consuming pattern is changing with the expansion of Internet use and the development of communication technology, Internet shopping market is getting bigger and bigger. By product group, clothing and fashion related products occupy the biggest share. Accordingly, in this study it was tried to identify the effects of Internet utilization capability that enables consumers to search for the information that they need in this information flood, variety pursuit trend and product review accommodation status on shopping value, and to analyze the effects of the shopping value on the purchase behavior in online shopping malls. When factor analysis is nude on Internet use level, it was found that Factor 1 was 'Flow Experience,' Factor 2 'Internet Use Capability,' and Factor 3 'Internet Challenge Desire.' When factor analysis is made on Diversity Pursuit Propensity, it was found that Factor 1 was 'Site Diversity Pursuit Propensity,' Factor 2 'Brand Diversity Pursuit Propensity,' and Factor 3 'Brand Value Pursuit Propensity.' When factor analysis is nude on Product Review Accommodation Propensity, it was found that Factor 1 was 'Product Information Provision Propensity,' and Factor 2 'Product Information Receiving Propensity.' Except Internet Use Capability and Product Information Provision Propensity, all other factors showed high correlation. The factor influencing the entertainment value most was Internet challenge desire, while that influencing the practical value most was flow experience. When the effects of the entertainment value and the practical value on product purchase were analyzed, it was found that both of entertainment value and the practical value influenced product purchase and the practical value influenced the product purchase more than the entertainment value.

  • The virtual space of internet has changed the existed market structure as more and more internet users have highly increased. And this situation has given a golden opportunity to the internet service firms that are supposed to meet their customers through the internet web sites. So, it is becoming a critical issues to construct and keep better web sites than their competitors to the internet service firms. This paper is intented as an investigation of determination factors of internet web site quality further, which of them are more important factors to the consumer satisfaction. For this purpose, empirical approach using factor analysis, regression analysis was used to develop dimensions of internet web site quality and to explore more important factors that internet service firms should choice to have competitiveness. Empirical results of the study presented that the determination factors of internet web site quality were composed of five factors like Responsiveness, Accessibility, Ease of use, System Performance, Communication. And we found that Communication and Ease of use are more important factors than other ones. Therefore, the internet service firms that are plan to have more competitiveness than their competitors should choice these important factors and concentrate on these ones to build excellent internet web sites.

A Study on Teenagers' Internet Addiction and Influencing Factors (청소년의 인터넷 중독실태 및 영향요인에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine teenagers' Internet addiction and to find factors influencing it. Methods: Data were collected from 596 middle and high school students between June 1 and June 20, 2009 with a self-rating questionnaire. The data were processed with SPSS/WIN 12.0. Results: (1) 20.3% of the students were spending over three hours a day in Internet use. The percentages of mild and serious Internet addiction were 22.3 and 2.1, respectively. (2) The stronger Internet addiction was, the higher stress was and the lower social support was. There was a negative correlation between stress and social support (r=-.296, p<.01). There was also a positive correlation between Internet addiction and stress (r=.264, p<.01) while a negative correlation between Internet addiction and social support (r=-.127, p<.01). (3) Among the subjects' characteristics, sex, school and family type, frequency of processed food intake, average daily Internet use hour and sleeping hour, subjective health perception, and satisfaction level with parents and family made difference in the Internet addiction level. Conclusion: The result of this study will provide useful background data for the selection of target population, stress management and social support promotion programs to prevent teenagers' Internet addiction.

The relationship between oral health symptoms and Internet use among Korean adolescents - Based on Korea Youth Heath Behavior Online Survey in 2015 (한국 청소년의 구강건강증상 및 인터넷 사용과의 관련성 - 2015년 청소년 건강행태 온라인조사를 바탕으로)

  • Objectives: This study examined the relationship between oral health symptoms and Internet usage of Korean adolescents for the purpose of identifying problems associated with Internet usage of adolescents and of preparing measures that can raise awareness on the importance of their oral health management. Methods: The data used in this study is from the 2015 Youth Health Behavior Online Survey (YHBOS). Data from all survey participants (n=68,043) were used in the final analysis, using SPSS Ver. 22.0. General linear models were constructed to analyze the relationship between oral health symptoms and Internet usage of adolescents. Results: In the relationship between Internet usage and oral disease symptoms, those who brush less than once a day during weekdays and weekend tended to use Internet at the highest levels: 72.5%, 78.3% (p<0.001). The following variables were found to be related with spending longer time at Internet: male students (p<0.001), students in lower grades (p<0.001), students with lower performance (p<0.001), and those from families of lower economic level (p<0.001). Moreover, those who brush their teeth less than once a day and those who experienced oral disease symptoms, such as pain during chewing, throbbing and shooting pain, and bad breath in the past year spent longer time at Internet. Conclusions: The above findings show that Internet usage and demographic characteristics of the adolescents are associated with their oral health management. Therefore, guidance and interventions are needed for adolescents with problematic Internet use, while continued education is also needed to raise awareness about the importance of oral health management during adolescence.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between internet addiction in adolescent and influencing factor traits. In addition, the relationship between internet addiction and environmental coping strategies were examined. To examine the main purpose. analyzed as followed. According to the results of study. First, What have influencing factors on internet addiction? Second, How about were relationship between multidimensional factors correlation and multiregression analysis? Third, What about were prevention and coping strategies on internet addiction in adolescent period? According to the analysis with coping strategies researches, the results were presented as follows. Results showed that have positive correlation with internet use time, escape from reality, impulsivity, depression, anger control by examined results of Young addiction measure. Significant variables have influencing internet addiction with internet use time, escape from reality internet use, depression, anger control impulsivity. Based on these study results, This paper made a suggestion about prevention prescription and coping strategies of influencing factors on internet addiction in adolescent.

  • Nowadays, it is not unusual to buy and sell goods, service and information through the internet. As a result of rapid development of Information Technology(IT), business through the internet can be done without time Limitations, place restrictions and product limitations. However, internet shopping has been restricted a lot due to the need for physical connections to the internet in order to search for information and order what we want, and this is one of the biggest problems to the busy people of the 21st century. Therefore it is very natural to use mobile phones to do shopping through wireless internet easily and conveniently whilst on the move. The purpose of this research is to find out characteristics of mobile phone users in UK, Japan and Korea and 1) main aims of the mobile phone use, 2) reasons for ease of use of mobile phones, 3) favourite types of a mobile phone, 4) psychological stability of mobile phone users, 5) problems of mobile phone use, 6) purchase goods/services via mobile phone in the future. The research method used is questionnaire survey The research results will suggest how to take actions to promote mobile commerce in the future.
