In a MPC coding using excitation source of voiced and unvoiced, it would be a distortion of speech waveform. This is caused by normalization of synthesis speech waveform of voiced in the process of restoration the multi-pulses of representation section. This paper present PCFBD-MPC( Position Compensation Frequency Band Division-Multi Pulse Coding ) used V/UV/S( Voiced / Unvoiced / Silence ) switching, position compensation in a multi-pulses each pitch interval and Unvoiced approximate-synthesis by using specific frequency in order to reduce distortion of synthesis waveform. Also, I was implemented that the PCFBD-MPC( Position Compensation Frequency Band Division-Multi Pulse Coding ) system and evaluate the SNRseg of PCFBD-MPC in coding condition of 8kbps. As a result, SNRseg of PCFBD-MPC was 13.4dB for female voice and 13.8dB for male voice respectively. In the future, I will study the evaluation of the sound quality of 8kbps speech coding method that simultaneously compensation the amplitude and position of multi-pulse source. These methods are expected to be applied to a method of speech coding using sound source in a low bit rate such as a cellular phone or a smart phone.

In consideration of the rapid changes in the so-called information society of the $21^{st}$ century, about 80% of a total population in Korea has used the Internet. However, the social effect of the Internet and related devices has not been yet systematically studied in the literature. In healthcare as well, consumers' efficient use of the Internet for their positive health outcomes is becoming an issue. The purpose of this study was to analyze the medical subject headings keywords of the selected studies on consumers' use of Internet and mobile health information. For the analysis, social network analysis was used to provide basic information to present directions for future research on the field of interest.

With skyrocketing number of people who use smartphone, the technology of wireless internet that is mobile-phone, Wi-Fi, Wibro, HSDPA has been developed remarkably. The environment that one can use wireless internet easily and inexpensively anywhere has been made. So, the customer of railway have needs and desire that could use the wireless internet network as travelling in rolling-stock. Although KTX, KTX-II and some subway agency has built-up wireless internet network and serviced it, it's closed infra and inconvenient environment has been criticized. So, we survey the wireless internet network that is serviced at present and the way to build wirelee internet infra to satisfy the needs of customers.

Due to the recent surge of wireless Internet and concurrent development of the end user terminal devices having standardized graphical user interface(GUI) and unified operation mechanism for better interactivity in information representation and ease of use, various efforts on the improvement of GUI is widely recognized as one of the key factors that will usher in the next stages of the wireless Internet for the users. Especially, improved usability along with unique visual effect are considered to be the key elements for GUI considering the rapid improvement of the resolution and color on the end user handset devices; thus, the study and research on the subject of GUI is expected to increase along with the wireless Internet using smart phones. User interface of the wires Internet end user handsets will have a definite and significant effect on the user interaction as well as productivity. Domestically, wireless Internet service providers and GUI design companies are making various efforts in producing a common GUI models for standardized operation scheme and improved graphical display capabilities of the hand phones, PDAs and smart phones. In the study, Nokia 3650 model and Microsoft Orange SPV model were chosen as test devices for usability comparison and data collection to collect directional benchmark data in developing next generation smart phone user interface integrating PDAs and phones. The mail purpose of this study is to achieve the most efficient user accessibility to WAP menu through intensive focus on developing WIPI WAP menu having most effective usability for the users in their twenties and thirties. The result of this study can also be used as the base research materials for WAP service development, VM browser development and PDA browser development. The result of this study along with the evaluation model is expected to provide effective analysis materials on the subject of user interface to the developers of the wireless Internet user devices, GUI designers and service planners while short listing key factors to consider in developing smart phones therefore serving as the GUI guideline of WIPI phones.

A reader usually spends a lot of time browsing and searching word meaning in a dictionary, internet or smart applications in order to find the unknown words. In this paper, we propose a method to compensate this drawback. The proposed method introduces a vocabulary upon recognizing a word or group of words that was captured by a smart phone camera. Through this proposed method, organizing and editing words that were captured by smart phone, searching the dictionary data using bisection method, listening pronunciation with the use of speech synthesizer, building and editing of vocabulary stored in database are given as the features. A smart phone application for organizing English words was established. The proposed method significantly reduces the organizing time for unknown English words and increases the English learning efficiency.

CTI[1]의 응용 영역 중에서 인터넷 폰이 최근 뜨거운 관심의 대상으로 떠오르고 있다. 인터넷을 이용한 음성전달 기술은 인터넷의 성장 보급과 더불어 나날이발전 하고 있는데, 이러한 음성전달기술을 이용해 개발된 소프트 웨어를 통칭해서 인터넷 폰이라고 부르고 있다. 이러한 변화 속에서 비용의 절감과 비디오 전화, 영상회의와 같은 응용에 적용할 수 있는, 본 개발은 One Encoder One Decoder 지원의 VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) Phone에 관한 것으로, 특히 압축하여 인터넷 망에 접속시켜 사용할 수 있는 PC 장착형 One Board 형태의 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 Board에 사용 된 칩셋은 국내 회사인 C&S Technology 사의SEAGUL723이며, PC인터페이스는 PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect) 버스 방식을 이용하였다. 주요 연구내용에 있어서 하드웨어 부분은 내선제어모듈,PCI 모듈, 칩셋을 이용한 음성신호처리 모듈, Board제어 모듈 등이 있으며, 소프트 웨어 설계 부분에 있어서는 하드웨어 구동을 위한 시스템 드라이브, Application과 인터넷 상의 VoIP 통신을 위한 소프트웨어, 사용자를 위한 User Interface 소프트 웨어 등이 있다.

In this paper, a remote screen control by mobile networks on embedded system is implemented. For this system a server program is ported on the embedded system connected with internet. And on the side of a mobile phone, a client program is ported using GVM. The embedded system can display the text and image from the mobile phone on its LCD. In the implemented embedded system the text and image data from GVM emulator is sent to the system for display on its LCD. The realization of the proposed embedded system can display the text :md image from a working mobile phone.

Mobile banking service has emerged as an important profit source for both banks and mobile phone service companies. However, the growth of the mobile banking service is behind the expectation of banks and mobile phone companies. One plausible explanation for this laggard diffusion of mobile banking may be the lack of consumers' initial trust on the service. Therefore, this study investigates the critical factors in building trust and intention to use mobile banking services. Our research results show that propensity-to-trust, structural assurance, and relative advantages of services have significant impacts on consumers' initial trust in mobile banking service Furthermore, initial trust in mobile banking service is a critical factor for adopting mobile banking services Contrary to our expectation, however, reputation of banks and mobile phone companies are not significant in attracting consumers to mobile banking services.

The Internet succeeded because of the end-to-end principle which allowed anyone to add functionality to the network. However, as the internet is increasingly becoming the platform for smart IT applications such as VoIP, IPTV, Cloud Computing and Smart Phone, networks are now under increasing strain of traffic congestion and the absence of quality of service insurances. To date, the debate over internet rules has focused on network neutrality rather than network efficiency. This article emphasizes the well-functioning role of market mechanism for the efficient use and further development of the network. To maximize the value of the network, this article proposes a differential treatment to packets based on customer types, and a two-part tariff pricing rule to secure funding to expand and upgrade networks.
