인터넷 마케팅을 위한 외식업체 이용고객의 생활만족과 심리적 웰빙에 관한 연구 (A Study on life satisfaction and psychological well-being of the customer in the food service industry for internet marketing)

  • 본 연구는 외식업체의 효과적인 인터넷 마케팅을 위한 부산지역 외식업체를 이용하는 고객의 생활만족과 심리적 웰빙에 관한 연구이며, 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부산지역 외식업체 이용고객의 생활만족이 심리적 웰빙에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 연구가설을 검증결과, 생활만족은 심리적 웰빙의 구성요소인 개인적 성장, 자율성, 자아수용에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 연구가설이 채택되고, 자주성과의 영향관계에 있어서 연구가설은 기각이 되었다. 둘째, 이러한 연구결과를 통해 부산지역 외식업체의 효율적인 인터넷 마케팅을 위해서는 이용고객의 생활만족을 통한 심리적 웰빙을 도모하여야 하며, 특히 심리적 웰빙의 하위요인인 개인적 성장, 자율성, 자아수용 요인들을 고려한 인터넷 마케팅전략과 표적고객에 대한 인터넷 마케팅의 다양한 콘텐츠를 활용하여야 할 것으로 판단이 된다.

  • 기존의 인터넷 서비스는 대부분 데이터 전송과 같은 최선형 서비스로 지원 되었고 전송 지연 및 패킷 손실이 허용되었지만 최근 인터넷 전화, 인터넷 방송등과 같은 인터넷 멀티미디어 서비스들은 실시간 처리 및 높은 대역폭을 요구하고 있다. 이를 위해 IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force)에서도 인터넷 상에서 TP QoS를 제공하기 위한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있는데 그 중 버퍼 관리 메커니즘으로RED(Random Early Detection) 알고리즘과 같은 능동적인 버퍼 관리 기법을 제시하였다. 그러나 이는 평균 버퍼 길이를 이용한 한계와 불공정성 등에 대한 문제를 가지고 있고 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 RED를 변형한 여러 가지 방법들이 제시되고 있으나 다양한 인터넷 사용자 QoS 요구 사항을 충족시키는데 어려움이 있다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 사용자들의 다양한 QoS를 요구하는 인터넷 멀티미디어 서비스를 지원하기 위한 QoS 적응형 AQM (active Queue Management) 알고리즘을 제안하고 ns-2를 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능 분석을 제시하였다.

  • Rapid spread of the internet has made our everyday life more convenient, however it has brought some problems along with it. Especially, undergraduate student are losing their social ability as they become absorbed in the internet game, act selfishly in the cyber space and lose interest in studying. As a result, they become isolated from their friends and experience difficulty in the relationship with their parents. In this paper, the influence factors of internet game addiction is investigated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and statistics techniques. This study is to define the influence an important factors of internet game addiction using a questionnaire to internet game player and expert group. It is believed that this study will be more receptive to results that include the priority weights of internet game addiction among the addiction group, non-addiction group and expert group.

An Analytical Study of Mobile Internet Users' Lifestyles for the Promotion of Mobile Business

  • Purpose - This study attempts to examine the new concept of mobile internet users' lifestyles through empirical analyses based on the i-VALS concept study that had classified the VALS program, among others, aiming at internet users. Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 300 questionnaire copies were distributed, of which 273 were collected; only 244 were used for the empirical study after excluding some inappropriate or unusable ones. To analyze the data collected, the SPSS/WIN 19.0 statistical package was used, and the lifestyles of mobile internet users were reclassified after analyzing the reliability and validity of the responses. Results - The study involved the empirical analyses of the new concept of the mobile internet users' lifestyles based on the i-VALS concept study, of which the subjects were internet users. Conclusion - It is possible to provide enterprises with more systematic and objective fundamental data based on the characteristics of mobile internet users' lifestyles, to help enterprises with their establishment of market segmentation strategies for promoting mobile shopping in the future.

A Novel System for Detecting Adult Images on the Internet

  • As Internet usage has increased, the risk of adolescents being exposed to adult content and harmful information on the Internet has also risen. To help prevent adolescents accessing this content, a novel detection method for adult images is proposed. The proposed method involves three steps. First, the Image Of Interest (IOI) is extracted from the image background. Second, the IOI is distinguished from the segmented image using a novel weighting mask, and it is determined to be acceptable or unacceptable. Finally, the features (color and texture) of the IOI or original image are compared to a critical value; if they exceed that value then the image is deemed to be an adult image. A Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was performed to define this optimal critical value. And, the textural features are identified using a gray level co-occurrence matrix. The proposed method increased the precision level of detection by applying a novel weighting mask and a receiver operating characteristic curve. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, 2850 adult and non-adult images were used for experimentation.

Factors affecting adoption of Internet Banking: A case study from India

  • The objective of this research is to find out the factors affecting adoption of Internet banking in India. The data is based upon a survey of 150 bank customers using a convenience sampling technique with the aid of a structured self-administered questionnaire. The research model was analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. The recommended procedures have been tested which is measurement model and structural model. Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Risk, Image, Results Demonstrability, Perceived Behavioral Control and Subjective Norm were influence intention to use Internet banking. However, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Credibility and Computer Self Efficacy were not influence intention to use Internet banking. The findings of this study are expected to be of great use to the bank marketers. An understanding of the factors identified in this study allows bank managers to direct efforts and resources in the most effective and efficient way to increase bank business in the long run and encourage their bank customer's to adopt Internet banking. Moreover, this paper contributes to the empirical literature of diffusion of financial innovations, particularly Internet banking in a developing country, such as India.

유아의 인터넷 게임 중독 경향성에 따른 유아의 공격성과 사회적 기술, 어머니의 또래관계 관리전략과 양육행동의 차이 (Preschoolers' Inclination Toward Internet-game Addictive Based on Aggression and Social Skills, Maternal Management Strategies for Peer Relations and Parenting Behaviors)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore relationships between preschooler's aggression and social skills, maternal management strategies of peer relations and parenting behaviors and preschoolers' internet-game addictive inclination. Participants included seventy-seven (77) 5 to 6-year-old preschoolers (44 boys, 33 girls) and their mothers. The Aggressive Behavior Scale (Lee & Choi, 2001), the Social Skill Rating Scale (Suh, 2004), the Maternal Parenting Behaviors Scale (Rhu & Lee, 2007) and the Parental Involvement Checklist (Park, 2001) were used in this study. The Internet Game Addiction Scale (Korea Agency for Digital Opportunity and Promotion, 2006) was used to identify higher and lower addictive level of internet-game inclination. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and t-test. Major findings revealed that preschooler's social skills, maternal management strategies of peer relations and parenting behaviors showed a predictable correlation to preschooler's internet-game addictive inclination.

Understanding Internet Banking in China : Focused on Process Quality, Outcome Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Reuse and Word of Mouth

  • This paper is an empirical study especially to understand recent Chinese internet banking users' behavior and intentions through the process quality, outcome quality, customer satisfaction, reuse and word of mouth on internet banking service. The results of this study are as follows. First, percieved process quality of internet banking service affects the outcome quality, and both quality have a direct relation to customer satisfaction. It is found that Chinese internet users perceive a difference between process quality and outcome quality of internet banking service. And the reuse of the internet banking is decided by customer satisfaction as well as the word of mouth of the internet banking. For successful internet banking business in China, internet marketers should recognize that the service quality consists of the process quality and the outcome quality, and they should organize a new campaign that takes this information into consideration. And considering the process quality effect, they should pay attention to service process as well as the direct merit of services.. And if an internet banking service properly meets customer demands, internet users would constantly use internet services and would share good experiences with their neighbors. Therefore the result of our study will be of working-level help for financial company in China.

  • The concept of revenue management have been used mainly in the service-industries like hotel and air transportation which handles perishable asset. Recently however, it is being increasingly applied to many other areas including travel, railway and medicine. This paper tries to introduce the concept into the internet business. Revenue management used in the service industry is a good system for the management of perishable asset. Internet business can be classified as various industries according to the characteristics of the individual companies. Contents providers and internet service providers are very similar to service industry, and revenue management system is suitable to them. This paper develops the ways to apply the revenue management concept to ISP business.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of home informatization on the family system. This study is based on the systems approach. A family system is composed of two major subsystems-personal and managerial. Managerial subsystem is concerned to instrumental function, such as time management and financial management. Personal subsystem is concerned to expressive function, such as family relations and interactions. So this study attempts to analyze the effects of Internet on the family system through time management, financial management, and family relations. The results from reviewing several related researches are that home informatization through Internet use has changed time management, financial management, and family relations. Finally this study suggests three plans of home informatization for contributing to improve the quality of family living.
