In this paper, we studied the purpose of this paper is like that; the first one is to find the factors associated with operational strategy by variable website types classified into information-providing type, product-providing type and service- providing type by user approach purposes. The second one is to propose the successful operational strategy through analyzing the factors affecting the financial and non-financial performance of websites. A framework of research model including above factors is developed and tested statistically. The data are collected from Internet website experts of 80 Korean firms through survey. The main results of this research are as follows. First, in information-providing websites, the community factor is regarded as the most important factor But for the Improvement of the performance, not only community factor but also user interface, customization, total quality and playfulness factors should be regarded as important factors equally. Second, in product-providing websites, customization, total quality and visual design factors are regarded as important factors. But for the improvement of the performance, community and visual design factors should be regarded as important factors. Third, in service-providing websites, user interface, customization and community factors should be regarded as important factors in order to improve the performance.

This paper presents the holistic notion and model of an open social u-learning community, anchored with open content, providing an interactive online study group experience akin to sitting with study buddies on a world-wide campus quad. The interactive social u-learning community design helps conceptualize and maximize advantages of ubiquitous environment in learning. The model is enabled by state-of-the-art web technologies; real-time collaboration technologies for a highly interactive experience; intelligent recommender systems to help learners connect with relevant content and other learners; and mining and analytics to assess learner outcomes. Hence, u-learning design is highly scalable yet interactive and engaging.
Open innovation, a new paradigm which utilizes customer ideas for organizational innovation directly, is evaluated as a useful method to innovate the organization itself. In this research, we analyze the case of Starbucks' online community, MyStarbucksIdea.com to examine how collective intelligence is formed out of mass customers in the community and how open innovation is to be implemented successfully. We review various challenges in implementing open innovation and then suggest practical approaches to the challenges, including customer relationship management, utilization of opinion leaders, application of engineering techniques, etc.
Federated learning (FL) is a ground breaking machine learning paradigm that allow smultiple participants to collaboratively train models in a cloud environment, all while maintaining the privacy of their raw data. This approach is in valuable in applications involving sensitive or geographically distributed data. However, one of the challenges in FL is dealing with heterogeneous and non-independent and identically distributed (non-IID) data across participants, which can result in suboptimal model performance compared to traditionalmachine learning methods. To tackle this, we introduce FedGCD, a novel FL algorithm that employs Graph Neural Network (GNN)-based community detection to enhance model convergence in federated settings. In our experiments, FedGCD consistently outperformed existing FL algorithms in various scenarios: for instance, in a non-IID environment, it achieved an accuracy of 0.9113, a precision of 0.8798,and an F1-Score of 0.8972. In a semi-IID setting, it demonstrated the highest accuracy at 0.9315 and an impressive F1-Score of 0.9312. We also introduce a new metric, nonIIDness, to quantitatively measure the degree of data heterogeneity. Our results indicate that FedGCD not only addresses the challenges of data heterogeneity and non-IIDness but also sets new benchmarks for FL algorithms. The community detection approach adopted in FedGCD has broader implications, suggesting that it could be adapted for other distributed machine learning scenarios, thereby improving model performance and convergence across a range of applications.

This research aims to provide empirical basic data for the development of local communities through the establishment of efficient strategies for the formation of positive relations between the club and the region through the Creation of Shared Value (CSV) activities. We come up with the results of this study to show that CSV, social problem orientation, and core competency utilization affect the team trust of local community, and that CSV, long-term orientation, social problem orientation and core competency utilization affect community identification. The research should enhance the value of professional sports teams that promote their own path to self-sustaining as a single independent business area, and identify their trust through CSV activities for co-prosperity with their local communities, and thus their relationship with the community. Therefore, various strategies and efforts will ultimately increase the team trust and community identity of local residents in professional volleyball teams, while at the same time gaining positive effects on professional volleyball teams.
This study examined how product characteristics and system characteristics have affected user's economic, psychological and operating satisfaction and intention of repurchase in Internet shopping malls. The results of the study were as follows: First, it showed that product characteristics and user satisfaction have significant differences; the ability to recognize economic and psychological user satisfaction differs according to the characteristics of the product. It also showed that the degree of psychological and operating user satisfaction varies according to the convenience of order and payment as well as the convenience of the system and customer service. Second, it was found that economic, psychological and operational user satisfaction had an effect on customer's intention to repurchase. This study, focusing on particular variants of on-line shopping, found that characteristics of product and system had a great impact on user satisfaction and intention to repurchase. For the firms who run internet shopping malls, therefore more attention should be directed to the convenience of products and system problems in their services since it is so easy for customers to move to another shopping site with a simple click. The result of such an investigation may lead customers to repurchase by increasing their satisfaction with the shopping services.
This research was investigated the problem of power blogs related to cooking through the investigation of usage and satisfaction of those blogs as new information media in internet community. As a result, most users had were received cooking information through internet and 85.7% of those users have experienced power blogs related to cooking. The most frequent access methods were via search engines. What users are received from power blogs related to cooking are cooking recipes. What did they want the most from those blogs are accurate recipes for everyday meal. According to this opinion poll, majority of respondents were collected cooking information through internet and experience more and more power blogs related to cooking, whereas users lost their satisfaction and belief from power blogs when there was a lack of enough information on power blogs, an inaccuracy of the information from the power blogs, or an extraordinary recipes. To improve power blogs related to cooking, not only various cooking information but also everyday cooking recipes were required, but power bloggers should also consider everyday cooking materials and recipes with simple cooking utensils.
Objectives : To evaluate the degree of adolescent internet addiction, and investigate its relationship to the general characteristics, internet environments, and contents, especially the stress measured by the psychosocial wellbeing index-short form(PWI-SF). Methods : The data was obtained from self-administered questionnaires from 886 11th grade urban area students. The questionnaires consisted of general characteristics, internet user's environments, frequencies by internet contents, internet addiction test and PWI-SF. Results : The possible rate of internet use at home was 95.1%, and the area of most internet use was the home. The frequencies of internet game and porno site use were higher in males, with web searching and community uses higher in females. The total mean of internet addiction score was 56.8, and was higher for male than for female students. From multiple regression, as analyzed by the internet addiction score as a dependent variable, on-line friends, internet use times, years of internet use, frequencies of internet game, & porno site use, and PWI-SF scores were significant in male. Internet use times, the frequencies of internet game, chatting, community use, and PWI-SF score were significant in female. Four PWI-SF subscales(social role & self reliability, depression, general health & vitality, and sleep disturbance & anxiety) and internet addiction were significantly correlated in both male and female students, with depression having the most correlation. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that intervention should be provided to prevent internal addiction, especially for coping with stress in Korean teenage students.

Objectives: To identify the relationship between the internet addition of elementary school students, and their health behavior and VDT syndrome, and thereby to detect the impact of internet addiction on the health behavior of elementary school students, to get the basic information necessary to develop a prevention program for internet addiction and to plan for VDT syndrome prevention program. Methods: We conducted this study during the period from jun 27, 2007 through July 8, 2007. The subjects of this study were 416 children whose grades were in 4th through 6th grades of elementary schools located in the city A in Kyung Pook Providence. Data were obtained from self-rating questionnaires. The questionnaires were composed of Korean Internet Addiction Self-examination on Internet Use Patterns (K-scale), Health Behavior Profile, VDT Syndrome, and general characteristics. We used t-test, AVOVA with Ducan method for Post-hoc comparison in means comparison between groups, $X^2$-test for frequency analysis and Pearson's correlation coefficient. We used SPSS/PC(12.0 ver) program and the LISREL 8.53 Win program for covariance structural analysis. Results: Major results were as follows. 1. The internet addiction propensity distribution based on the distribution of scores were investigated according to the self diagnosis scale on internet addiction. 6.5% of them were high risk user group, 14.4% were potential risk users and 79.1% of them were common user groups. 2. Internet addictions by sex, internet use duration, frequency (days/week), time(hours/day), purpose, position, brightness of internet, attitude of parents and frequency of conversation of family members were statistically significant(p<0.01). 3. There was a statistically significant difference in VDT syndrome according to internet addiction groups(p<0.001) besides ocular symptoms, dry mouth and GI troubles. 4. The health behavior score was the lowest in high risk user group(p<0.001). There were significant differences between internet addiction groups in personal hygiene and habits of daily living(p<.002), the prevention of accidents(p<.002), the practice concerned with the prevention of infectious disease(p=.002), and mental health(p<.001). 5. There was also a significant negative correlation between internal addiction and health profile(r=-0.365, p<0.01) and a significant positive correlation between internal addiction and VDT syndrome(r=0.331, p<0.01). 6. As the result of structural model analysis, internet use time(/day), days of internet use(/1week), conversation frequency among family members, degree of brightness of internet use had significant direct effects on internet addiction. Conclusions: The results will help the development of an effective intervention program for the prevention and treatment of internal addiction by clarifying the effect of the internal addiction upon elementary school students' VDT syndrome and health behavior.

Objectives: Studies investigating problematic internet use have increased rapidly and have been focused on its causes, psychopathology, prevalence, characteristics and so on. However, there are few studies concerning the correlation between problematic internet use and youth health risk behavior. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between problematic internet use and youth health risk behavior. Methods: A community sample of 632 high school students in grades 10 and 11 was collected for the survey. The sample was assessed using the Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System(YRBSS) and Young's Diagnostic Questionnaire of Internet Addiction(YDQ). The subjects were classified into two groups: normal and problematic internet use, and the problematic internet use group was further divided into at-risk use and addiction groups. Results: There were 56 subjects(8.9%) in the internet addiction group and 56 subjects(8.9%) in the at-risk internet use group. The other 507 subjects were classified as normal. The subjects in the internet addiction group kissed more frequently and ate less fruit than those in the normal group. They also showed a relatively higher tendency to watch TV, ride in a car driven by a drunk driver and to carry a weapon than those in the normal group. There were no differences in health risk behaviors between the subjects in the internet addiction group and those in the at-risk internet use group, except for the possibility of riding in a car driven by a drunk driver. Conclusion: Unlike the normal group, there was very little difference in health risk behavior between the internet addiction group and the at-risk internet use group, which indicates that the addiction group and the at-risk internet use groups are homogenous. It is important to focus on the behavior of individuals in the at-risk group, and preventive measures should be taken in order to reduce the possibility of at-risk adolescents becoming addicted.
