Of all wireless technologies for personal communications, CDMA(Code Devision Multiple Access) offers the best combination of good signal quality, high security and system reliability. CDMA2000 provides Internet and internet services for variable multimedia aplications. However, good educational CDMA web contents, which focus on the easy understability and good readability, are rare dute to the difficulties and the broad range of CDMA technologies. This content is developed based upon the following two aspects. First, a basic CDMA communication theoy, which contains much color figures and animation, is introduced combing the experimental results and corresponding explanations utilizing the information obtained by the TIMS CDMA equitments. It can improve the understabiliy virtual experience of the site visitors interested in the CDMA. Secondly, the recent CDMA coverage prediction and engineering technology is introduced using the RF plan tool C24 combined for the CDMA engineers
If DEM can be visualized by using the VRML which is 3D object expression language, we need not do the most laborous work of making VRML file because of the generality of the DEM. So we can use the 3D interactive map directly. In This paper we can see the DEM visua.lizing procedure and some possibility of Internet GIS using this way.

Now days, it is based on GIS and GPS, it can search for the shortest path and estimation of arrival time by using the internet and cell phone to driver. But, even though good car navigation system does not create which is the shortest path when there average vehicle speed is 10 -20 Km. Therefore In order to reduce vehicle waiting time and average vehicle speed, we suggest optimal green time algorithm using fuzzy adaptive control , where there are different traffic intersection length and lane. In this paper, it will be able to forecast the optimal traffic Information, estimation of destination arrival time, under construction road, and dangerous road using internet.
Location Based Services, or LBS refers to value-added service by processing information utilizing mobile user location. With the rapidly increasing wireless internet subscribers and world LBS market, the various location based applications are introduced such as buddy finder, proximity and security services. As the killer application of the wireless internet, the LBS has preconsidered technology about location determination technology, LBS middleware server for various application, and diverse contents processing technology. This paper describes the open architecture for LBS platform ensuring interoperability among the wireless networks and various location-based application services and the functional requirements for the LBS platform. The LBS platform in a narrow sense provides a standard interfaces for location management and network management for location services as follows, positioning (location acquisition through network or/and handset), location managing, location based functions, profile management, authentication and security, location based billing, information roaming between carriers and the system monitoring independent to specific network or ISP/CPs(Content Providers).

As web-based services are becoming more and more popular, concurrent updates of spatial data should be possible in the web-based environments in order to use the various services. Web-based GIS applications are characterized by large quantity of data providing and these data should be continuously updated according to various user's requirements. Faced with such an enormous data providing system, it is inefficient for a server to do all of the works of updating spatial data requested by clients. Besides, the HTTP protocol used in the web environment is established under the assumption of 'Connectionless'and 'Stateless'. Lots of problems may occur if the scheme of transaction processing based on the LAN environment is directly applied to the web environment. Especially for long transactions of updating spatial data, it is very difficult to control the concurrency among clients and to keep the consistency of the server data. This paper proposes a solution of keeping consistency during updating directly spatial data in the client-side by resolving the Dormancy Region Lock problem caused by the 'Connectionless'and 'Stateless'feature of the HTTP protocol. The RX(Region-eXclusive) lock and the periodically sending of ALIVE_CLIENTi messages can solve this problem. The protocol designed here is verified as effective enough through implementing in the main memory spatial database system, called CyberMap.

The rapid expansion of Internet foundation made it possible to handle various data and information with ease and swift. The HTML is widely used in this circumstace to transfer information via Internet. Howeverm the HTML has limit to describe all aspect of data and information, and the XML is proposed for the replacement. The XML is Internet language that supplies more diverse methods to classify and describe the contents. In this stuydy, some advantages to process geophysical data by XML is descussed and teleseismic data recorded in KMA were gransformed to the XML information.

Recently, media data is increasing due to the development of Internet and SNS. Since photographs and videos often have geo-tags, many techniques have been developed to analyze them. In order to process various kind of such as SNS, NoSQL has been covered. However, most NoSQL does not have enough computation and query about spatial data. Therefore, in this paper, we designed and implemented a system for adding spatial operators using MongoDB among the representative NoSQL. Through this study, it is confirmed that various operators can be used and it is expected that various services can be performed using operators.
Recently, much research has been actively conducted for a new kind of network environment ubiquitous computing. This paper will define the smart-tag technology required by a ubiquitous environment. We will describe how to apply smart-tag-related Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) research for GIS in underground social infrastructure, a local-area wireless-communication technology. Application development is important that will be able to materialize a network environment. This research promotes various application developments, such reason currently it establishes the IT 839 from domestic. The geographic information system construction is a part of IT 839. The research which is various becomes accomplished for the ubiquitous of social base facility from domestic. Consequently, in this paper analyzes the geographic information system of existing, researches based RFID underground social infrastructure management system development. The Proposed method is complements the method of existing, and is efficient for underground social infrastructure. This system is new management system for underground social infrastructure, and provides safe administrator function using authentication of active RFID tag. It provides real processing and autonomy of administrator.
Geographic Information System(GIS) deal with data which can potentially be useful for a wida range of applications. However, the information needs of each application usually vary, specially in resolution, detail level, and representation style, as defined in the modeling phase of the geographic database design. To be able to deal with such diverse needs, the GIS must after features that allow multiple representations for each geographic entity of phenomenon. This paper addresses the problem of formal definition of the objects and their relationships on geographical information systems. The geographical data is divided in two main classes: geo-objects and geo-fields, which describe discrete and continuous representations of spatial reality. I will study the classes and the roles of relationships over geo-fields, geo-objects and nongeo-objects. Therefore, this paper will contribute the efficient design of geographical class hierarchy schema by means of formalizing attribute-domains of classes.

With the rapid development of information technology, it is now possible to analyze the spatial patterns of cultivated land and its evolution by combining GIS, geostatistical analysis models and spatiotemporal big data for the dynamic monitoring and management of cultivated land resources. The spatial pattern of cultivated land and its evolutionary patterns in Luoyang City, China from 2009 to 2019 were analyzed using spatial autocorrelation and spatial autoregressive models on the basis of GIS technology. It was found that: (1) the area of cultivated land in Luoyang decreased then increased between 2009 and 2019, with an overall increase of 0.43% in 2019 compared to 2009, with cultivated land being dominant in the overall landscape of Luoyang; (2) cultivated land holdings in Luoyang are highly spatially autocorrelated, with the 'high-high'-type area being concentrated in the border area directly north and northeast of Luoyang, while the 'low-low'-type area is concentrated in the south and in the municipal area of Luoyang, and being heavily influenced by topography and urbanization. The expansion determined during the study period mainly took place in the Luoyang City, with most of it being transferred from the 'high-low'-type area; (3) elevation, slope and industrial output values from analysis of the bivariate spatial autocorrelation and spatial autoregressive models of the drivers all had significant effects on the amount of cultivated land holdings, with elevation having a positive effect, and slope and industrial output having a negative effect.
