Purpose : This study aimed to identify the educational effects of the International Development Cooperation and Healthcare course from 2018 to 2020. Methods : Changes in awareness of international development cooperation (understanding international development cooperation as well as government Official Development Assistance [ODA], thoughts on aid, and thoughts on government's aid scale) were analyzed using web-based surveys. The pre-course survey was conducted 1-2 weeks before the semester started, and the post-course survey was conducted 1-2 weeks after the semester ended. All data were analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 program, and statistical significance was set at p< .05. Results : A total of 314 people participated in the survey before taking the course, and 286 people participated in the survey after taking the course. Analysis of the changes in students' awareness of international development cooperation showed that all items (understanding international development cooperation and government ODA, as well as having thoughts on aid and government's aid scale) were improved. Regarding changes in awareness according to general characteristics, thoughts on aid were statistically significant according to all characteristics except for 2018. Regarding government's aid scale, awareness scores increased after taking the course in students who majored in healthcare, fine arts and athletics, broadcasting and media studies, and digital contents. Conclusion : This study showed that changes in awareness of international development cooperation were largest in second-year students. Compared to changes regarding international development cooperation, government ODA, and thoughts on aid, changes regarding thoughts on government's aid scale were minor. In the future, it is necessary to develop class content suitable for the first-year level and to supplement and operate content that can change the way of thinking on government's aid scale.

In this paper, we survey recent trends of International Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) organizations such as the International Committee on GNSS (ICG), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Maritime Organization (IMO), and International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and investigate their impact on the maritime and aviation sectors. Each international organization promotes international cooperation, improvement of service quality, assurance of security, compliance with international regulations, and technological innovation and development. ICG develops a variety of satellite navigation enhancement systems. ICAO establishes international aviation regulations and standards to enhance aviation safety and security. IMO establishes international shipping conventions and rules to protect and regulate the shipping environment. Lastly, ITU establishes international communication regulations and standards. Investigation of such international organizations plays an important role in increasing the efficiency and reliability of GNSS systems. Each international organization promotes international cooperation, improvement of service quality, assurance of security, compliance with international regulations, and technological innovation and development. In the future, interoperability and compatibility with new satellite navigation systems and other GNSS and satellite navigation enhancement systems must be secured, so and thus investigation of international organizations must be conducted first.

본 연구에서는 국제연구협력관련 모든 정보유형을 발굴하고 각 유형별로 정보를 수집하여 데이터베이스로 구축하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 연구진이 메타데이터를 일차적으로 개발하고 메타데이터 전문가들과의 논의과정을 거쳐 1차적으로 메타데이터를 개발하였으며, 이에 대해 국제연구협력 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 뿐만 아니라 각 정보원 유형별 메타필드에 데이터를 수집하여 입력하였으며, 메타필드별로 실제 데이터가 존재하는지 등의 과정을 거쳐 메타필드를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 설계한 DB 유형은 국제연구협력정보원 DB, 국제연구협력 사업 DB, 국제연구협력 전문가 DB, 국제연구협력 기관 DB, 국제기구 DB, 기타 DB 등이며, 이에 대해 설문조사를 수행하고 실제 데이터를 입력하여 필드를 검증한 결과, 설문조사 결과와 필드별 데이터 입력률은 상당히 높은 일치율을 보였다. 다만 국제기구 데이터 필드만은 이용자의 높은 중요도 평가에도 불구하고 10%이하의 데이터 입력률을 보이는 필드가 25% 정도 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

In the past 20 years, passenger and cargo transportation performance at the international passenger ports in Korea have increased by 8.6% on the compound annual growth rate, respectively. The Korean government had expected to continue expanding the market of car ferries and the government included plans for the development of additional routes and lanes with neighboring countries such as China, J apan, and Russia as a part of the Plan of the Korean Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries in 2019. However, compared to the development of routes, the management and operation of passenger terminals are inefficient. The purpose of this paper was to introduce the overall improvement of the passenger terminal operating system that reflects the recent changes in the supply and demand of international passenger vessels and the needs of the government and private sector passengers. To this end, a basic survey was conducted on the status of operations and facilities at the Busan International P assenger Terminal and a questionnaire survey was administered on the subject of use. The results of the survey were analyzed using the IPA model. As a result of the analysis, three items in the operation sector, three items in the facility sector, and four items in the system sector of the Busan International Passenger Terminal were identified as in need of improvement. Based on the results, the need for investment to improve the international passenger terminal operating system is suggested.

세계적으로 보행에 대한 관심이 커지고 보행자 조사가 증가하고 있으나 보행자 조사의 방법론은 아직 보편적인 기준을 갖지 못하고 있다. 보행의 특성에 대한 이해 부족은 보행자 규모를 과소평가하고 보행의 중요성을 사회적으로 과소평가하는 결과를 낳았다. 이와 같은 상황에서 보행자 조사방법론의 국제표준 정립을 위해 지난 10여년간 Walk21과 Pedestrian Quality Needs 프로젝트가 주목할 만한 성과를 거두었다. 본 연구는 이러한 보행자 조사방법론의 국제표준 정립에서 제시된 지표체계와 측정모형을 제시하고 배경과 추진 과정의 거버넌스를 분석하였으며 주요 조사 사례들을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 국내의 보행자 조사가 현재 진행 중인 국제표준화 작업에 능동적으로 참여하는 데 기여하고자 한다.

This study aims to develop the constructs for evaluating team presentations performed by undergraduate international students in Korea. To achieve the goal, this study reviews related research and sets the criteria to analyze the problems of team presentations performed in Korean by undergraduate international students. Through this analysis we got to know which problems they were making. They were failing to reorganize the resources they had referenced and to organize the contents into one. And errors or mistakes of grammar and spelling were found often in their PPT files, and the editing styles of the PPTs were not consistent. Moreover, their performances were not unlike their PPT files. One made a good presentation but the other students just recited the script without interaction with the audience. Moreover, they could not operate the Q&A part and lead the discussion well, and components for wrapping up the presentation also were omitted frequently. After the analysis, this study conducted a survey with 23 Korean language educators asking about the validity of the construct and description of the survey. Based on the collected feedback, the construct list has been modified primarily, and carried out a second survey with an expert group. Based on their opinion, the final construct list was fine-tuned.

Objectives: This study aimed to survey and report on the international programs for Chinese Medicine in China. Methods: Online research was conducted based on a survey of official websites of 25 universities of Chinese medicine. In certain situations, we used e-mail or phone calls to get more detailed information. Results: Among 25 universities of Chinese medicine, 22 operate international programs for Chinese medicine. The main contents of the programs are acupuncture, moxibustion, tuina, Chinese materia medica, cosmetology or qigong, and an average 400 foreign students finish each program yearly. China has maintained the lead in international education of traditional Oriental medicine, and has already established a systematic and remarkable infrastructure for globalization of Chinese medicine. Conclusions: This study can inform the development of strategy in the process of raising the competitiveness of Korean medicine in the world market.

In relation to a certification system recently, it is coming out complains about make a rule of thumb certification, problems of after-service and duplication with government certifications. Also there is confusion in operating certification system to lack of properly rule to international standard. These impose a heavy burden on company in terms of times and costs and enhance competitiveness. Nevertheless, the survey was not built yet for the status and problems of the cooperation group standards certification System. So, this study purposes that research on the actual condition and development of operational guide for cooperation group standards certification system. In addition it ultimately improve the certification system for reliability and international competitive power. For more detail on this study, it would be considered conformity assessment, domestic/international conformity assessment and certification criteria. Also comparing survey result on the actual condition with international standards, develop operational guidelines to meet international standards.

유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 정보화 사회에서는 공간정보에 대한 실제적인 모습과 정확한 위치정보가 요구되고 있다. 공간정보의 대국민 서비스가 이뤄지기 위해서는 공간정보의 표준화가 필요하다. 국제표준(International Standard)은 세계 각국에서의 각종 규격 기술 용어 등의 호환성을 확보하고 상호교역을 촉진시키기 위해 일정한 기준과 표준 형태를 국제 간 합의를 통해 규정해 놓은 것을 말한다. 국제표준안은 국제표준화기구(ISO : International Organization for Standardization)에서 제정하고, 지리정보분야의 국제 표준안은 ISO TC(Technical Committee) 211 에서 담당한다. ISO TC 211에서 추진 중인 토지행정도메인 모델(LADM : Land Administration Domain Model)은 토지와 관련된 행정 법, 공간 측량 등의 국제표준화를 제정하여 각 국가의 토지 관련 시스템과 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하고자한다. 본 논문에서는 토지행정도메인 모델 부분 중에서 측량과 관련된 표준화 진행 상황과 내용을 소개하고 국내지적정보모델을 비교 연구하였다.
