국내에서는 한국저작권위원회 주관으로 디지털콘텐츠 식별을 위한 국가디지털콘텐츠식별 체계인 UCI(Universal Content Identifier)와 통합저작권관리를 위한 ICN(Integrated Copyright Number) 식별체계를 운영하고 있다. 그러나 UCI나 ICN은 국제표준 식별체계인 ISRC (International Standard Recording Code)나 ISWC(International Standard Works Code), ISAN (International Standard Audiovisual Number) 등과 같은 국제적인 표준 식별체계와의 연계가 되어있지 않다. 따라서 국내 콘텐츠의 해외시장 진출을 위해서는 해당되는 국제표준의 식별체계 와 연계를 위한 추가의 별도 작업이 요구되고 있으며, 외국에서 판매되는 콘텐츠에 대한 정산을 포함한 통계자료는 국내시스템으로는 통합관리가 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 UCI/ICN과 국제 표준의 식별체계와의 연계를 위해 국내/외 식별체계 동향을 조사하고, 조사한 국제표준 식별체계 들의 메타데이터와 표준을 분석하여 UCI/ICN과의 연계 방안을 제시한다. 또한 시험 모형을 개발 해봄으로써, UCI/ICN과 국제표준 식별체계와의 연계방법에 관한 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 정보화 사회에서는 공간정보에 대한 실제적인 모습과 정확한 위치정보가 요구되고 있다. 공간정보의 대국민 서비스가 이뤄지기 위해서는 공간정보의 표준화가 필요하다. 국제표준(International Standard)은 세계 각국에서의 각종 규격 기술 용어 등의 호환성을 확보하고 상호교역을 촉진시키기 위해 일정한 기준과 표준 형태를 국제 간 합의를 통해 규정해 놓은 것을 말한다. 국제표준안은 국제표준화기구(ISO : International Organization for Standardization)에서 제정하고, 지리정보분야의 국제 표준안은 ISO TC(Technical Committee) 211 에서 담당한다. ISO TC 211에서 추진 중인 토지행정도메인 모델(LADM : Land Administration Domain Model)은 토지와 관련된 행정 법, 공간 측량 등의 국제표준화를 제정하여 각 국가의 토지 관련 시스템과 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하고자한다. 본 논문에서는 토지행정도메인 모델 부분 중에서 측량과 관련된 표준화 진행 상황과 내용을 소개하고 국내지적정보모델을 비교 연구하였다.

Nowadays, multimedia and Hypermedia become hot topics in information industry. Due to high capacity of media storage and fast communication network, it is possible to exchange text data as well as image, moving picture and voice. Especially to apply hypermedia under CALS standard environment, the relation between international standard and CALS standard needs to be considered. This study introduces conceptual background and processing model of HyTime (Hypermedia Time-based Structuring Language) which is a specification of hypermedia exchange, Hyper ODA (Hyper Open Document Architecture) which is a major multimedia communication basis, MMCF (Multimedia Communication Forum), AHM(Amsterdam Hypermedia Model), and DSRM(DAVIC System Reference Model) reference model which helps determination of hypermedia communication specification Although they are international standard, provisional standard or non-standard, it discusses the Possibility of adopting them as CALS standard. Hence, this paper chooses the best recommend for CALS among these models.

Recently, International Standardization is an important issue in competitive world market because of integration of standard, liberalization of international trade and globalization. Consequently, Korean companies need a strategy about corresponding to market circumstance and global standard. In this study, we examine Intellectual Property, Patent and Antitrust Law which are related to standardization. This study suggests company strategy and system integration model to dispose the global standard.

This paper is on the premise that we need objective and measurable researches on quality evaluation of serious game for users' correct selection of games fitting for their purposes, for development of competitive high-quality game, and for stable growth of game industry. At first, we looked into various characteristics of serious game, read the present situation of game market, and proposed the necessity of quality evaluating model for serious game. To guarantee the objectivity of the proposed models, we compared and analyzed various proposals of standard model on the basis of international standard quality-evaluating model, ISO/IEC 9126 S/W. And so we extracted quality-evaluating items for serious game that composed of 8 evaluating areas and 25 sub-attributes, and presented quality-evaluating indices of each area. The proposed quality-evaluating model was added 2 areas and 8 sub-attributes to the international standard model, and the validity of the extracted items' was verified by expert group's questionnaire. Accordingly, we expect that this paper will increase game users' satisfaction, promote the development of high-quality games, and contribute to continuous growth in serious game market.

ICA의 CBPS에서는 지난 20여년간 ISAD(G)와 ISAAR(CPF)와 같은 기록물 기술표준을 개발해 왔다. 그리고 최근에 ICA는 새로운 조직인 EGAD를 구성하여 기존의 기록물 기술표준을 통합하고 있다. EGAD가 개발 중인 기술표준의 명칭은 'Record in Context'(RIC)이며, 개념모형과 온톨로지로 구성된다. 그런데 EGAD는 RIC의 개발을 위해 ICA의 기존 기록물 기술표준뿐 아니라, 호주나 스페인, 핀란드에서 최근에 개정된 기록물 기술표준과 박물관 및 도서관 분야의 협력을 통해 개발된 FRBRoo도 참고하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국제적인 기록물 기술표준의 개정 동향을 살펴보고, 이와 같은 동향이 국내의 기록물 기술표준의 발전에 주는 시사점을 도출하였다. 기록물의 기술표준은 표준화된 기술요소의 정확한 입력지침을 넘어서, 상위의 개념틀을 제공하고, 이를 바탕으로 유연한 기록물 기술과 데이터 공유가 용이한 온톨로지를 제공하기 위해 개선되고 있었다. 앞으로는 국내의 기록물 기술표준도 정보환경의 변화를 수용하고, 문화유산관리기관 간의 협력을 증진시킬 수 있는 방향으로 발전해야 할 것이다.

소프트웨어 품질 평가와 관련하여 국제 표준에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어지고 있다. 소프트웨어 품질은 사용자와 개발자에 있어서 더욱더 중요해 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 첫째, 소프트웨어 품질을 객관적이고 정량적으로 평가하기 위해서 소프트웨어 품질 평가에 대한 국내외 표준 동향을 조사 연구 한다. 둘째, 소프트웨어 품질 평가를 위한 국내외 표준의 새로운 연구 방향에 대해서 제시하고 셋째, 소프트웨어 품질 평가 중 신뢰성 분야에 대한 평가 방안을 소프트웨어 신뢰성 성장 모델에 적용하여 평가할 수 있도록 제시한다. 넷째, 소프트웨어 품질 평가 국제 표준의 보급 방안에 대해서 연구하고 다섯째, 소프트웨어 품질 평가와 관련해서 ISO/IEC 9126과 ISO/IEC 25000 시리즈의 소프트웨어 품질 평가 국제 표준 내용을 통한 적용방안에 대해서 연구한다.

This paper proposes a new registry model for systematically referencing standards in e-Business field. We have many systems that provide standards and additional information. However, there are several problems such as inefficient standard information, dependency on a standard type, high standard information acquisition cost, no relations between standard information, and so on. In this paper, a new registry model and its prototype implementation are described. The proposed model is defined based on ISO/IEC 11179-Metadata registries, which is one of the international standards for interoperability between data. The proposed model provides an integrated- systematic standard information support, and also considers technology stack and business processes for e-Business systems. This paper develops a prototype for the proposed model and implementation result. Finally, to show the contribution of our proposal, this paper shows the comparative evaluation between previous systems and our proposal with various comparative items.

In order to improve the existing S-57 standard, International Hydrographic Organization(IHO) has developed S-100 standard, a Universal Hydrographic Data Model(UHDM) expanded from ISO 19100 series standard to hydrographic area, and is in the process of its implementation. International Maritime Organization(IMO) has established CMDS based on e-Navigation strategy data standard as International Association of Lighthouse Authorities(IALA) established IHDM based on aids to navigation data standard and each data standard is linked with the S-100 standard. Fundamental concept and core principles of S-100 standard is suitable not only for the development of a wide range of hydrographic data and service production standard, including the next generation ENC, but also the development of product specification of non-hydrographic area. This study has examined the operation principle of S-100 standard and analyzed its implementation process as e-Navigation data in relation with ENC. It also noted the utilization of S-100 standard based e-Navigation and its potential effect via examining the development cases of S-100 standard-based product specification, such as nautical publication, ship reporting and pilot request, digital routing guide, tide and water level transmission and other important data cases of e-Navigation field.
