In the current study, the probiotic potential of approximately 250 strains of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) isolated from piglet fecal samples were investigated; among them Lactobacillus plantarum strain JDFM LP11, which possesses significant probiotic potential, with enhanced acid/bile tolerance, attachment to porcine intestinal epithelial cells (IPEC-J2), and antimicrobial activity. The genetic characteristics of strain JDFM LP11 were explored by performing whole genome sequencing (WGS) using a PacBio system. The circular draft genome have a total length of 3,206,883 bp and a total of 3,021 coding sequences were identified. Phylogenetically, three genes, possibly related to survival and metabolic activity in the porcine host, were identified. These genes encode p60, lichenan permease IIC component, and protein TsgA, which are a putative endopeptidase, a component of the phosphotransferase system (PTS), and a major facilitator in the gut environment, respectively. Our findings suggest that understanding the functional and genetic characteristics of L. plantarum strain JDFM LP11, with its candidate genes for gut health, could provide new opportunities and insights into applications in the animal food and feed additive industries.

The quality evaluation of software reliability for digital rights management rating will lead and as the technique it will be able to induce the quality increase of digital copyright management software the strategic engineering development which accommodates an international standard there is a possibility which an objectivity and an application degree it will raise. In order to evaluate the reliability quality of digital copyright management software from the research which it sees it proposed the tentative metric, it measured the result according to the standard which is appropriate it accomplished it presented it presented a quality and a research in about the method which it decides and an evaluation instance and a evaluation method clearly. The research which it sees it leads and it induces that there is a possibility of being sufficient it sees the reliability quality increase of digital copyright management software and the demand which is quantitative/qualitative in about digital copyright management software.

This study aims to examine the International Development Cooperations (IDCs) of Daesoon Jinrihoe and discuss the future prospects of these programs in terms of Daesoon Thought. The international community calls for the active participation of various donors, and this is not limited to only traditional donors such as governments, public institutions, and multilateral organizations. In this regard, the role of Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs) and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) for religious communities is recognized as important. Daesoon Jinrihoe has systematized its IDCs by expanding its overseas services to implement the three major works with the official establishment of the Daejin International Volunteers Association (DIVA) in 2013. In addition to these activities, Daesoon Jinrihoe was selected by Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in 2022. As a new religion, Daesoon Jinrihoe does not provide as much support via FBOs when compared to other traditional religions (Christianity, Buddhism, Catholicism, etc.), but it is able to conduct strategic IDCs by utilizing its expertise and capabilities (education, healthcare, etc.). In fact, the nature and content of the projects carried out by these FBOs and Daesoon Jinrihoe are similar, and the results have been remarkable considering that these programs are still in their infancy. Above all, Daesoon Jinrihoe's foreign aid is more meaningful because it does not have a religious purpose such as missionary work, and it is funded by donations from believers. In carrying out IDCs, it is necessary to promote the professionalism of IDCs based on the strategic linkage of the three major works (charity aid, social welfare, and education). It is also necessary to recognize the value and spirit of IDCs for peace and coexistence based on mutual beneficence.

Purpose: As globalization continues to advance, China's trade cooperation with foreign countries has become increasingly close, and its outward-oriented economy has entered a rapid development stage. With the launch of the Belt and Road Initiative in 2013, favorable conditions for China's overseas direct investment have been created. This paper is based on the financial development in Belt and Road countries. Research design, data and methodology: Using panel data from 2006 to 2020 covering 64 countries along the Belt and Road, the paper classifies regions and compares regions with higher levels of financial development. It provides descriptive statistics and employs the Fixed Effects Model (FEM) for regression analysis to thoroughly study the factors affecting China's Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). Results: The research results indicate that the size, efficiency, and structure of financial development all have a significant positive impact on China's FDI. Conclusions: However, factors such as trade openness (OPEN) and per capita disposable income (LnAGDP) did not pass the significance test, possibly because the level of openness of a country for outward foreign direct investment is not a significant factor to consider. Finally, based on the empirical findings, a series of policy recommendations are proposed to enhance China's FDI levels.

This study is investigated for M2M Communication Network Standard based on 3GPP. The environment of M2M communication, we can predict the new mobile service that gathering, handling, controlling, transferring of the data for Intelligence, so that we can consider new direction for a lot of subject of study development issue. This study is shown three types of M2M network structure and four types of use cases on 3GPP International Standard. In Addition, we can introduce the future M2M communication network model, it can be propagate the industry and academic cooperation with 3GPP standards. The suggestion develops multiple applications and multiple devices for industry and academic. With the deployment of network provider, this environment support our current communication market that the standard devices of M2M network and service requirement. We are suggest this study for grasp the initial market with the intellectual property right (IPR) based on International Standards. In the future, we wish the success that grap the initial market or initial academic study with helpful issue.

The digital economy has created a new platform-based business model and raised the issue of the international taxation system in line with rapid economic development. Voices of fair taxation have also grown due to tax breaks to countries with low tax rates, problems caused by the gap between traditional and digital companies, and problems of business-oriented taxation systems. As a result, the international movement to lay the foundation for the international taxation system based on the business model suitable for the digital economy has become active. The stances of foreign organizations and countries are different, and the necessity of domestic policy introduction is increasing when cooperation at the international level is needed. This study was conducted to analyze the policy network and to help decision making. The results of the study showed that there were differences among domestic stakeholders depending on the actors. The EU suggested SDP in the long term, Digital Service Tax in the short term, and OECD suggested SEP in the long term. It was found that a careful approach to decision making and an in-depth study of the policy process are necessary.

Hydrothermal deposits on deep-sea floors are expected to provide potential metal resources for future demands. Korea was recently granted a prospecting licence to undertake exploration for hydrothermal metal deposits in the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) of the Kingdom of Tonga in the Pacific Ocean. The Korean Deep Seabed Mining Group (KDSMG), which consists of four Korean companies involved in marine technologies, oil and gas shipping, and smelter industries, has conducted research to evaluate the region's resource potential in cooperation with the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (MLTM) of Korea. Here we present and reflect on the exploration results of these companies and their strategic plans. We also evaluate Research and Development (R&D) progress for the commercial development of seafloor hydrothermal deposits. Our own strategies and prospects for the commercial development of this potential resource are also outlined. We do acknowledge that other potentially important information regarding the amount of ore body, the inside structure, and the metal yields have not yet been clarified sufficiently. As such it is necessary to address these problems through experimental R&D and surveys.

This research focuses on the analysis of factors affecting the market share of retailers in Vietnam. This research uses Smith and Chaffey's (2005) 5Ss e-marketing model for analysis, which include Sell, Serve, Speak, Save, and Sizzle. Both quantitative and qualitative methods will be used to conduct the study. The researchers collected information from customers, managers, and directors in 25 retailers in Vietnam. A survey questionnaire was delivered to 15 people in each of the retailers who are customers, managers and directors. The researcher used the SPSS 16.0 software to analyze the data collected and in-depth interviews were carried out with the purpose of testing the hypothesis as well as the overall framework of the research. Out of the 375 questionnaires delivered, 360 were returned. The means of 23 items in the survey questionnaire ranged from 3.3733 to 4.3533 representing the outcome of the descriptive analysis. Research results showed that Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of five factors affecting the market share of the retailers is sizzle, save, sell, serve and speak. This research has proposed some implications for the market share of retailers, including technology enhancement for full message delivery, ways to approach target customers, and improving product diversity.

For the purpose of evaluating the eco-efficiency(EE) on surplus heat generated from industrial process, techniques of life cycle assessment are adopted in this study. Because it can be indicated both environmental impacts and economic benefits, EE is well known as a useful tool for symbiosis network on the sustainable development of new projects and businesses. To evaluate environmental impacts, the categories were divided into two areas of resource depletion and global warming potential. It can be seen that environmental impact increased a little but much higher economic benefit on the company, environmental performance and economic value were improved on the apartment by the district heating, respectively. In result, eco-industrial park(EIP) project on surplus heat should be found sustainable new business because the EE was in the area of fully positively eco-efficiency and, moreover resource depletion was taken place than the reduction of greenhouse gas.

Under the Act on Medical Technicians, etc. in Korea, medical technicians are supposed to perform their duties under the guidance of a doctor or dentist. However, considering the actual work behavior, domestic and international trends, and the level of education of medical technicians, professionalism must be recognized. Such a professional and independent operating system must guarantee the autonomy of medical technicians, and it can be said that changes are necessary in law. In other words, it is necessary to change to "request and prescription" rather than "supervision" according to the needs of the times when the concept of "request" and "cooperation" is applied in many countries and an excellent curriculum. These changes can be called the demands of the times and changes for the improvement of medical services and social contribution.
