Nowadays, practical use of the internet is generalized in enterprise's business management as well as individual's everyday life. Also using internet, E-trade has given the very important meaning to company which do import and export as a part for extension of more opportunities and business scopes. In this study, I examined the actual conditions of industrial frame and information level in Gwangju Chonnam areas to achieve the easy and wide using of e-trade systems. Next, I examined the present condition and problem of education systems regarding e-trade expert incubator program of Gwangju Chonnam area. Finally, this study presented the successful cooperation model of Chosun university TI center in industrial section, educational section, and government section for more effective development systems of e-trade expert incubator program.

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the growing activities of large purchasing enterprises on the trust of small and medium size contractors, which is mediated by 'purchase accompany activity'. This subject study includes the first and second contractor companies in Korea. The results of this study are as follow. First, the knowledge and cost price sharing activities of major purchase vendor with cooperative company had a positive effect on the trust of cooperative company, however this was not so with the information sharing activities in that case. Second, the trust of contractors on large purchasing enterprises was positively influenced by sharing activities with purchasing activities of major company. Third, the knowledge and cost price sharing activities of purchasing enterprise with contractors on the sharing activities were mediated by the trust of contracting company on the large purchase enterprise. According to this study, the mediated effect of trust relationship can influence a contracting company. Whereas preceding studies of sharing activities were conducted about unidirectional instruct of large purchase enterprises to small and medium size contracting companies, this study was conducted on bidirectional effects, which included knowledge, cost price, information sharing activities between contracting companies and large purchasing enterprises. Conclusively, this study showed the possibility of spreading cognitive and change about mutual benefits strategy between small and medium size contracting company and large purchasing enterprise.

본 논문은 조직문화와 국가문화 간의 상호작용이 기술혁신과 기술이전을 위한 국제산학협력 에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 논문은 질적 연구를 통해 영국대학과 일본기업들 간의 국제산학협력에 관한 두 가지 사례를 제시했다. 첫 번째 사례는 서로 다른 국가문화에 기반 한 가치가 특정한 조직행위를 형성했을 경우 윤리적 경계에 대한 문제가 발생하고 이는 오해를 초래하여 협력 당사자 간의 관계를 악화시킨다는 것을 보여 주었다. 두 번째 사례는 장기적인 관계와 인적교환프로그램을 통한 협력당사자 간의 심도 깊은 상호작용이 국제산학협력에 긍정적인 역할을 한다는 점을 보여주었다. 또한 본 논문은 실무적 함의와 이 연구의 한계점, 향후 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

국내 개인정보 보호를 위한 법률은 공공 기관의 개인정보 보호에 관한 법률을 바탕으로 개인정보 보호에 대한 전문 법안으로 제정 및 개정되어 왔다. 그러함에도 불구하고 법률에서 안전성 확보 제한 사항이 명확하지 않고 일부는 폭넓게 제시되어 있어 위협이 지속적으로 발생해 왔다. 이처럼 국제 제조 기업들이 보유한 다양한 내부 및 외부 고객의 개인정보에 대한 기업마다의 고유 식별 Key 값을 연계하는 방식으로 보호 접근 방식을 제안하고 정책적인 측면과 관리적 접근을 동시에 시도함으로써 개인정보 보호를 위한 인력과 비용에 대한 부담을 줄이고자 활용 했던 적용 기술인 인사 관리 국내 ISP 서비스인 클라우드 인사 정보 관리 서비스가 점차 축소되고 시장이 점차 직접 기업이 운영하는 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 따라서 완벽한 안전성 확보를 보장을 위한 연계 관리의 편리성은 보장하되 연계함으로써 발생하는 해외의 국제 제조 기업 인력에 대한 관리 운영 포인트 융통성과 안전성에 대한 괴리를 본 논문을 통해 확인하고 연구를 하고자 한다.

The printing industry is getting more digitalized and integration. It has enabled the interactive information and networking from Pre-Press, Press, to the Post-Press. These are efficient management and the improved process and productivity are getting more important. Such trends improved in the functionality and automation. This paper tries to find out how technology for CIP3/4-based process may be applied and resolved. Such subject includes the domestic and international cases regarding each manufacturer's CIP3/4 technology types. Another purpose is to emphasize on the needs to establish the environment. Under this environment, it is possible to integrate network in exchangeable form through JDF standard format after CIP3/4. Based on the data from this study, it is expected to collect further substantial data which is related to the domestic printing company's CIP4 operation. It will be also possible to perform subsequent studies on the proper variables of the market segment. CIP4 stands for "International Cooperation for Integration of Prepress, Press and Post-press, it is an association of around forty international companies, mostly manufacturers of prepress, press and post-press, as well as suppliers and users. In this paper, we studied on the acting application of CIP4 workflow.

This study analyzes the business strategy of fast fashion through Zara, a successful fashion brand from Inditex Spain. An in-depth case approach is adopted based on extensive secondary research that includes literature and press releases published in Korean as well as English. The findings of this research demonstrate a speedy and flexible process occurring in the supply chain of its fast fashion business and the cooperation between the company's headquarters and international subsidiaries. Zara's headquarters executes four representative strategies: competitive market research, an integrated organizational structure, small quantity batch production, and a specialized distribution system. Zara's international subsidiaries execute their own four representative strategies: differentiated international expansion, independent human resource management, small but fundamental IT, and maximization of store resources. These two core parts intimately work together to satisfy target customers all over the world by bringing competitive advantages to the fashion business and represent a key concept of Zara's business strategy. The main drawbacks of case studies are limited validity and representativeness restraining the potential for making generalizations. However this case is considered sufficient to provide valuable insight and improve the understanding of operation strategy in fast fashion.

In this paper, an environmental assessment was carried out on the whole process of industrial business activities to establish a basic plan for climate change mitigation and energy independency. The whole process was divided into each discharge process in terms of water, air, solid waste, green house gases and refractory organic compounds. The flowcharts and basic unit of process were analysed for three years (2008-2010), being utilized as basic information for the life cycle assessment. It was found that the unit loading for the whole process significantly depends on changes in the operation rate change and highly concentrated wastewater inflow. About 35% of solid waste production was reduced by improving the incineration method with co-combustion in coal boiler, generating about 57% of electricity used for the whole process, and consequently reducing the energy costs. As the eco-efficiency index was found to be more than 1, compared to the previous years, it can be said that improvement in general has taken place.

Purpose: The findings are expected to be used as basic data for policy establishment for systematic support and upbringing of small and medium-sized suppliers through the current status and characteristics of the industrial structure of the MRO consumable materials industry as a whole and the market trend. Research design, data, and methodology: This survey is conducted in 2019 mainly for companies that operate consumable materials delivery business, and the survey size is about 25,000 in advance (selected) and about 2,000 in the main survey. Using cluster analysis and multidimensional scaling, we derive the visualization of the homogeneous grouping of cases and the relationship structure between them. Results: Based on the attributes of reason for not having an online trading system, it is classified into three and four clusters for industry and company size, respectively, and the feature and pattern of each individual can be are relatively evaluated and visualized. Conclusions: Small and medium-sized consumable material suppliers specialize in products rather than fierce pricing strategies or external expansion strategies and it is more effective to establish a plan to promote the growth of both large and small enterprises through cooperation with large corporations.

국내 방산수출 규모는 단기간 급성장하고 품목도 첨단 고가장비로 다양해졌지만 내수 위축은 물론 글로벌 경기 불황과 경쟁 심화로 최근 수출이 정체되고 있는 상황이다. 글로벌 시장의 무기 수입국들은 보다 다양해졌고, 변동성은 더욱 커졌으며, 글로벌 방산기업들 역시 기존 거래선 외 글로벌 부품공급망(GVC: Global Value chain)을 전 세계로 넓혀 나가는 추세다. 방산 중소기업이 국내 체계기업의 협력업체로 참여하는 수준에서 벗어나 특화된 기술력을 갖춘 경쟁력 있는 기업으로 성장하여 수출물량을 안정적으로 확보할 수 있도록 글로벌 방산기업의 부품공급망 참여를 통한 수출 활성화 지원책 마련이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 중소기업의 국제 부품공급망 진입실태 및 관련사례에 대한 일반적 고찰과 절충교역 이행가치가 높은 5개 글로벌 기업을 선정한 뒤 한국지사 및 해외 현지 조사를 통해 GVC 진입요건, 협력파트너 현황, 국내 중소기업의 GVC 진입에 대한 인식 등을 조사하였다. 또한 수출대상과 GVC 단계, 국내 중소 기업 수출경쟁력 수준 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 방산 중소기업의 GVC 참여를 촉진하기 위한 전략과 정부정책의 개선 사항을 도출하여 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 초고층빌딩 설계에 관련된 건축법규의 적용방식을 발전시키는데 있다. 초고층빌딩등과 같은 특화된 건물 업무에서 설계사무소의 역량을 증진시키기 위해 국내 건축 법규의 합리적인 적용방식을 발전시키는 것은 필수적 요소라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 초고층건물 설계과정에 요구되는 특별한 환경을 살펴보며 국내 건축법규와 미국을 중심으로 한 해외 건축법규를 비교하였다. 특히, 부산롯데타워에 적용된 건축법규를 분석하여 향후 유사한 초고층빌딩 설계과정에서 고려할만한 국내건축법규의 추가 또는 개정할 여지가 있는 항목을 제안한다.
