The consulting internist will encounter patients with psychiatric symptoms and those who take psychotropic medications in many settings. The internist must loam to feel comfortable interacting with patients who display psychiatric symptoms. while maintaining an open and unprejudiced attitude toward their evaluation. The proper delineation of psychiatric disorders from normal emotional reactions resets on a careful history, a mental status evaluation. and a knowledge of psychiatric syndromes. Many physicians tend erroneously to view behavioral changes only in a psychological framework Abrupt changes in behavior, personality, mood. or ability to function should be evaluated for possible organic causes. Then, the internists should take their consultation to psychiatrists and freely discuss psychologic problems of the patients.

This paper discusses global expansion and global strategies of shipping firms. Acknowledging the lack of research on global expansion by freight transport companies, this paper employs the resource-focused model, and explores "why shipping companies emerge" and "why the strategic behaviour of shipping companies is different in the global market". Despite there being a plethora of theoretical and empirical studies on the international operations of business organisations, it is acknowledged that researchers have largely neglected the issues regarding the international expansion within the freight transport industry. Identifying the general lack of contemporary studies concerning the international behaviour of shipping firms, this study addresses the important gap in our knowledge in the theoretical manner. The theoretical analysis suggests that the shipping company's internal resources can be a real reason for the international market participation.

Industry for mobile camera module is a complex one based on various technologies, including mechanics, communication technology, material engineering, and electronics which are connected closely. This industry has been already known to a higher value-added business, and as going into an aging society, is expected a market growth. This characteristics made many small and medium and venture enterprises participate in this area. A Schmorl's node is defined as a simple endplate intravertebral herniation resulting from trauma or idiopathic causes. Although Schmorl's nodes have been considered clinically insignificant, they might indicate an active symptomatic process or cause serious complications. In this study, we report an interesting case of complete separation of a vertebral body caused by an untreated Schmorl's node accompanying severe osteoporosis. To our knowledge, this is the first clinical report in the published literature to evaluate the complete separation of a vertebral body associated with a Schmorl's node.

Unilateral pedicle stress fracture accompanying spondylolytic spondylolisthesis is rare even in the elderly. Most are associated with major trauma, previous spine surgery, or stress-related activity. Here, the authors describe an unique case of unilateral pedicle fracture associated with spondylolytic spondylolisthesis at the L5 level, which was successfully treated by posterior lumbar interbody fusion with screw fixation at the L5-S1 level. As far as the authors' knowledge, no such case has been previously reported in the literature. The pathophysiological mechanism of this uncommon entity is discussed and a review of relevant literature is included.

A 31-year-old man presented with dull headache and memory disturbance lasting for one week. Computed tomographic scans revealed acute hydrocephalus. The cerebrospinal fluid contained 53 leukocytes/$mm^3$, with a mononuclear preponderance and no erythrocytes. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed hydrocephalus and leptomeningeal enhancement. Magnetic resonance angiography and digital subtraction angiography showed supraclinoid occlusion of the right internal carotid artery, which resembled unilateral moyamoya disease. Neuroendoscopic biopsy of a lesion in the septum pellucidum revealed noncaseating granulomas, which was consistent with sarcoidosis. The patient was successfully managed with intravenous methylprednisolone and ventriculoperitoneal shunting. To our knowledge, this is the first case of moyamoya-like vasculopathy associated with neurosarcoidosis.

During screening fungi as potential biological control agents for plant parasitic fungi, a fungal strain, EML-FAM3, was isolated from powdery mildew leaf lesions caused by Erysiphe platani on sycamore (Platanus occidentalis L.), and another strain, EML-FAMC1, from Erysiphe australiana on crape myrtle (Lagerstroemia indica L.). Based on the morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis of the internal transcribed spacers (ITS1 and ITS2) and 5.8S rDNA, the strains were identified as Ampelomyces quisqualis. To our knowledge, this is the first report of new mycohosts, E. platani and E. australiana, of the mycoparasite A. quisqualis on sycamore and crape myrtle plants. The hyperparasite may represent the potential for controlling E. platani and E. australiana epidemics.

In 2015, a new leaf spot disease was observed on strawberry seedlings in Wanju, Korea. Tanned brown spots appeared on the leaves of the infected plants, and often coalesced to form larger necrotic areas, resulting in the death of foliage. An isolate was obtained in pure culture. On the basis of morphological characteristics and molecular analysis of internal transcribed spacer rDNA sequence, the causal agent was identified as Pilidium concavum. Pathogenicity tests revealed the isolate was pathogenic to the leaves and fruits of strawberry. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of P. concavum causing tan-brown leaf spot on strawberry in Korea.

A fungus was isolated from field soil collected from Daegu, Korea. The colony of the isolated fungus showed short, branched, and light to dark yellow pigments with hyaline, yellowish red to orange brown aerial mycelia. In addition, the fungus produced solitary to aggregated perithecia, ovoid to pyriform, short neck, and asci as well as biseriately arranged ascospores. Phylogenetic analysis using the internal transcribed spacer region and translation elongation factor $1-{\alpha}$ sequences and morphological characteristics identified the isolated fungus as Penicillifer diparietisporus, which belongs to the family Nectriaceae. To our knowledge, this is the first report of Penicillifer diparietisporus in Korea.
