초고층건축물의 수요가 증가하고 수요지역이 확장함에 따라 초고층건설 기술력향상의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 또한, 건물의 초고층화로 인해 마감공사는 프로젝트전체에 영향을 미치는 중요한 관리요소가 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 마감공사 준비작업의 의사결정 및 수행을 지원하기 위한 도구로서 현장사진기반 공간모델을 제안하고 있으며, 그 구축방법을 제시하고 활용방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 현장사진기반 공간모델을 통하여 초고층프로젝트의 특성과 공종에 맞는 공간모델을 활용이 가능할 것으로 예상되며, 이를 통하여 건설분야에서의 공간모델 실용화를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

As remodeling market is growing and peoples' concern on health and well-being is getting high, there is a need to apply environmentally friendly approach to remodeling an interior space. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide basic information on environmentally friendly remodeling process focused on the implementation of interior construction process. The method of this study was two-folds. First, previous researches were reviewed to drive general remodeling process, and then content of implementation of environmentally friendly remodeling process were added. Second, semi-structured interview was conducted to eight experts in interior design who were members of KOSID. The results of this study are as follows; (1) Applying environmentally friendly method to remodeling will be essential. Therefore, it is necessary to develop various types of environmentally friendly finish materials and methods and continuing attention should be paid. (2) For broad implementing an environmentally friendly application on remodeling, builders, interior designers, manufacturers, and clients should change their consciousness through education and publicity, (3) The results showed that using environmentally friendly materials was the most primary concern for the designers. However, there is a lack of information about contamination derived from materials when manufacturing and constructing and even wastes. Thus designers should be aware of using environmentally friendly verified materials regarding materials itself and its manufacturing process.

The purpose of the study was to investigate defect cases in residential interior design, to identify the state of defects, and to categorize types of defect and disputes. In addition, consumer appraisal to residential interior design service were analyzed. The results of this study could provide fundamental information regarding the defects and claims in residential interior design. First, we did literature review for defect disputes in architectural design and interior design. We identify the definition of defects by building life cycle, by state of construction, by activity, and by design performance. Second, we analysed interior design defects cases reported in Korea Consumer Agency & Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. A total of 49 cases of defect disputes in residential interior design from 2000 to 2015 were investigated. As a result, many defects appeared during the construction stage. A majority of defects cases fall into insulation, water-proofing/leakage work. In terms of design aspects claim, functional and aesthetic defects were claimed. Third, from Consumer Market Evaluation Indicators, raw data from 500 respondents were investigated for the housing repair and interior design. It is found that information comparability, responsiveness to consumer claim, price, and safety are important factors for consumer satisfaction in interior design.

The aim of 2000s' technical college is to cultivate technicians who have their own specialities. This means that the technician's duty is not to fit themselves to the wide fields of work, but to strengthen the competitiveness ensuring the4ir speciality in the society that is based on knowledge. The educational substances of the college attach more importance to a design, but the Interior Architecture works and official situations that amount to almost Interior Architecture business in these modern days are focalized on a field construction rather than desigv. $\ulcorner$It is not able to ensure the speciality in the project performing a plan to design and a construct management at the same time. And when they perform their duties, even any beginners graduated from technical college can't direct or guide constructors$\lrcorner$There the construction subjects of technical college should consist of practical education centering around items that is condensed from research data $\ulcorner$they should know how to set up and concrete the treatments$\lrcorner$

The chief aim of this study is to prepare the rational alternative plan of the environmental friendly intoner design which can improve sick house syndrome of an apartment house and clarify future-development and the method proposal of use activation and point out the present problem depended to investigate development and the use actual condition of domestic environmental friendly interior materials related in-and-outside-the-country example on a foundation about the various precedence researches on environmental friendly interior materials. The study was witten at first the concept of the environmental interior design which leads environmental friendly charactenstics of material, a interior design, and construction, at the first in the conceptual definition of sick house syndrome. and then it was introduced the present condition of domestic environmental interior materials, interior design and construction and an environmental regulation and standard of in-and-outside-the-country In Conclusion, it may try to present comprehensive analysis and an expansive alternative plan.

The purpose of this study is to desirable curriculum for interior design major in vocational high school in order to enhance their competitiveness. The study has been carried out by surveying the cognition and requirement among the people who are working in interior design field. The major findings from the survey research are summarized as follows : 1) Hiring vocational high school graduate is positively responded over sixty percentage. The main reason to hire interior design major in vocational school is because of firm believing their capabilities and their own specialties rather than academic degree. 2) It is believed that new vocational high school graduate is lacking behind in most area at the beginning comparing with new college graduate. However it is believed that high school graduate will become equal to the college graduate after a few years and they are more specialized in certain area that college graduate. 3) The most recommendable area for the vocational high school graduate are CAD and Interior Construction Work. 4) The appropriate text book content of (:AD and interior construction work based on the requirement from the industry are as follows ; Regarding to CAD, a specialized textbook for CAD should be written. It is desirable to) educate how to express plan, elevation, perspective drawing and how to develop the presentation skills. Regarding to the Interior Construction Work desirable to develop a specialized textbook and include on the job training program. On the job training is expected to give a practical knowledge and experience by monitoring and drawing by himself every steps from the architectural area to the material selection.

An instance of domestic exhibition facility building case, the shortage of managing personal in construction resulted serious issue on expenses, times, quality, and safty with no satisfaction on its process and result. According to subject's speciality the CM's application methods are varied and because of its speciality, overall process of building an exhibition facility operating by its owner. This study intends to exam a application possibility of CM on exhibition facility construction to make smooth communication among varied area that following to exhibition facility construction.

That is what the space around the operating table so clean as it remove contaminations with circulation of interior air. The building remodeling is providing a lot of solutions - structural, aesthetic, environmental, and energy performance improvement - in improving buildings performance and environment. The remodelings influences on our society are resource conservation, environmental conservation, expansion of construction market, and creation of new employment. The three principal remodeler groups involved in this building remodeling are general construction contractors, interior architecture contractors, and ESCO (Energy Service Company). Having a representative character, this study classifies remodeling methods into five types: structural remodeling, spatial remodeling, exterior remodeling, environment-friendly remodeling, and ecological remodeling.

The appearance & spread of new kind of virus might cause national economic shrinkage and reduction of foreign tourist. Finally, severe damage of national economy happens. This research wants that after property analysis for generally applied building interior materials, specifically eco-environmental materials including functional materials are reviewed, classified and their special properties in building were investigated.
