현재 네트워크 시스템 구조는 고정된 호스트에게 실시간 서비스를 제공할 수 있지만, MH(Mobile Host)가 빈번하게 이동하는 이동 컴퓨팅 환경에는 높은 수준의 QoS(Quality of Service)를 제공하지 못한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문은 Mobile IP와 Cellular IP 통할 환경에서 MH의 핸도오프를 내부영역 핸드오프(intra­domain handoff)와 외부영역 핸드오프(inter­domain handoff)로 나누어 실시간 서비스를 제공하기 위한 자원 예약 기법을 제안한다. 이 예약 기법은 MH의 이동에 관계없이 높은 수준의 QoS를 제공할 수 있고, Mobile IP 네트워크 영역의 부하를 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다.

현재 사용되고 있는 열차운행관리 시스템(Railway Traffic Management System, RTMS)에서 경합 검지 및 해소업무는 역 및 선로의 정보(상태)연계 및 자동화의 미비로 인하여 착발선 결정, 착발시간 결정, 교행역, 대피역등에서 발생하는 경합 검지 및 해소(Railway Conflict Detection and Resolution)의 결정이 신속하게 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 국내외적으로 적용하고 있는 열차 경합 검지 방법을 조사 비교하여 가장 적절한 알고리즘을 개발, 구현하여 현재 진행중인 철도청 사령실 통합 신호설비 구축사업 프로젝트에 적용하고자 한다.

본 논문은 철도청 사령실 통합 신호설비 구축사업에 적용할 열차 경합의 효과적인 해소 기법을 제시하고자 한다. 열차경합의 검지 및 해소는 열차운행의 정시성을 유지하기 위하여 매우 중요한 기능이지만 현재까지 자동화되지 못하고 지역본부별로 하나의 이벤트에 대하여 해당열차만을 고려하는 수작업의 형태로 경합해소를 수행해오고 있다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 해결하고 철도 시스템을 전역적으로 고려할 수 있는 기법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위하여 열차 경합 해소 시스템의 국내외 기술현황을 바탕으로 우리 실정에 맞는 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 열차의 지연을 수치적으로 표현할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

Due to the fact that there are low birth rate and longer life longevity, schools have been shutting down and converted into welfare facilities. However, most of researches about utilizing closed down school are focused on case researches or architectural planning and design. Moreover, majority of existing welfare centers for the aged are not designed with the flow of human traffic in mind, which means there is no consideration of physical or psychological characteristics of elderly people. That fact leads to increasing number of shutting down welfare facilities. Therefore, this thesis will present the necessity of effective space allocation, extension and reconstruction for residents in aged care by analyzing space using index of space syntax with depth-map software.

It is well known that visual cues can improve the motor performance of Parkinsonian patients. Previous laboratory studies have examined the effects of visual cueing to the floor. This case study examined the effects of using a visual cue above eye level on the gait of a Parkinsonian man. It was found that cueing the patient to a target above eye level while waking not only improved the kinematic parameters of the gait cycle but also facilitated a more functional gait pattern with re-intergration of arm swing, rhythm, heel strike and a more erect posture. Visual targeting above eye level may serve as an important clinical tool for physiotherapists treating Parkinsonian patients.

A counter balance valve is used as one part of hydraulic motor brake system. The function of this valve is to protect over-run or free falling of inertia load. But occasionally the brake system with counter balance valve makes some undesirable problems such as pressure surges or vibrations. In this study, for the purpose of easy estimation about dynamic chrcteristics of hydraulic system including counter balance valve, precise formulation describing fluid dynamics and valve dynamics under various boundary conditions were made. dynamic caracteristics were analysed by numerical intergration using Runge-Kutta method, because the equations in this circuit with counter balance valve contain various nonlinear terms. So the analyzing method developed in this study enabled very easy estimating the relation between the performance of counter balance valve and various physical parameters related to the valve.

An adaptive control scheme is presented for uncertain systems whose uncertainties are upper-bounded by a linear combination of unknown constants and known continuous functions. The state of the closed-loop system is proven to be ultimately bounded. The proposed method modifies the method of Corless and Leitmann in the following two respects. First, the linear region of the saturation function in controller is fixed. Second, the intergration from in parameter estimator is replaced by a low pass filter form. These modifications prevent performance degradation and destabilization of the control system more effectively. The norm of the system states can be made sufficiently small by an appropriate choice of design parameters in the control law. The applicability of the proposed scheme is demonstrated in the position control of a simple pendulum via simulation.

From S. lactis $KB_{21}$, stabilized strain by intergration of the lactose plasmid into the host chromosome, several lactose constitutive mutants were obtained by UV irradiation and spontaneous mutation. The rapid growth of the mutants in the medium containing lactobionate confirmed their constitutive nature. The mutants synthesized $phospho-{\beta}-galactosidase$ with an activity of 1.7 to 3.4 times that of the parent.

This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics Integration. And this research analyzes the case study(Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey) involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each sied to feel vulneralbe to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

In Korea, grouting has been mostly designed and constructed by experiences without expert knowledge and theoretical study. So there are a lot of problems related to the quality and safty of grouting. Therefor, in this paper the quality management skills and method were discussed through out by using the auto-grouting method and field test of grouting for the construction. Through the limit water injection test of the soil, it make the optimum injection pressure and injection speed of grouting, and through the lugeon test of the rock, it make assess the permeability of before and after grouting. In order to prevent the hydraulic fracture of soil and break away from the grouts if it apply four kinds of mode of grouting stop criteria, injection effects can be improved. From the above characteristcs designers evalute the fitness values of injection pressure(p), injection speed(q) and grouting penetration time(t). So far, to record and manage pressure(p) and speed(q) of grouting autographic devices such as intergation flow-meter usually record data in a roll of paper. Intergration flow-meter can record grouting flow quantity exactly, but the recorded pressures differ from the any basis such as intitial, intermediate and final point. Therefore, it has been argued that is a need of reliable method to describe the connection between the pressure recorded by an intergration flow-meter and the special properties of the grouting target ground. auto-grouting method can describe the reliable connection between the grouting pressure and the special properties of the grouting target ground. So, in this paper by using auto-grouting method, it is expected that to secure basis of quality control techniques construction.
