본 연구에서는 이언 해킹(Ian Hacking)의 '현상의 창조'의 관점으로 과학자의 실행을 살펴보았다. 해킹의 관점에 따르면 과학적 현상은 규칙적인 것으로 과학자의 개입이나 실험 도구 없이는 자연 상태에 존재할 수 없다. 본 연구는 네 명의 생명과학자가 직접 경험한 '손탄다' 현상에 대한 생각과 에피소드를 분석함으로써 과학 교육적 의미를 도출하였다. 손탄다 현상은 과학자들 사이에서 통용되는 은어로써 동일한 실험 방법과 재료를 가지고 실험을 수행함에도 결과가 일정하게 나타나지 않는 현상을 일컫는다. 연구 결과 다음과 같은 네 가지 교육적 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 실험에서 단순히 실험과정에 익숙해지는 것을 넘어 매순간 적절한 판단과 반응을 통해 당면한 문제를 해결하는 체화된 지식, 즉 비언어적인 지식의 중요성을 확인하였다. 이는 학생들에게 실제적인 탐구 경험을 제공하기 위해서 명제적 지식과 더불어 비언어적인 지식을 균형 있게 다루어야함을 시사한다. 둘째, 실험의 이미지를 재고하고자 하였다. 과학자의 인터뷰에 의하면 현상은 드물게 나타나며 현상을 안정화하기까지는 오랜시간이 소요된다. 반면 학교 실험의 이미지는 늘 성공적이고 안정적이므로 이에 대한 관점의 변화가 요구된다. 셋째, 과학적 실천의 구체적인 의미를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 과학자가 상황적 맥락에 맞게 지식을 적절하게 활용하는 것을 확인하였으며 이를 바탕으로 과학적 실천을 학교 교육에 적용시킬 방안에 대해 논의하였다. 마지막으로 손탄다 현상은 불확실성을 촉발함으로써 학생들을 과학적 참여로 이끄는 기회를 제공할 것으로 예상한다. 본 연구를 통해 학교실험 교육이 요리책식 실험을 탈피하여 학생들에게 과학적 실천을 경험시키려는 노력에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 U-City 전문가들에 대한 설문조사를 통해 U-City산업을 선정하고 이를 바탕으로 산업연관분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과로 U-City산업의 생산유발계수, 부가가치유발계수, 고용 및 취업유발계수, 영향력계수, 감응력 계수를 도출하였다. 이러한 계수들을 통해 U-City 산업의 전반적 특성과 파급효과를 확인하였다. U-City 산업은 전 산업 평균에 비해 부가가치유발효과, 고용유발효과가 큰 것으로 나타났으며 전방연쇄효과가 큰 산업이라는 특징을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 U-City산업에 대한 합리적 정의와 다양한 파급효과를 도출하여 정책 판단의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

최첨단 과학 기술의 발달에 의해 영상의 영역은 타 영역간의 상호의사소통을 더욱 원활하게 만들었으며, 이러한 영역간의 교류는 영역간의 새로운 결합을 촉진시켰다. 이러한 발전과 함께 공공 디자인의 활성화로 인해 영상의 영역은 공공의 의미로 환경디자인의 영역까지 확장되고 있다. 이러한 흐름으로 국내에서도 빛을 이용한 미디어아트를 water-front의 환경에 도입하여 지역의 아이덴티티를 강화하고 관광객들에게 특별한 인상을 남기고 있다. 그러나 국내의 환경디자인 분야에서는 영상의 영역에 대한 연구는 아직 미비한 실정이며, 지속적인 표현 개발의 필요성이 절실하다. 다양한 표현 기법 개발연구를 위해 미디어아트 활용이 영상 표현 기법의 대안으로 작용하길 기대한다.

Vivienne Westwood, the revolutionary cre-ator of Punk fashion(ripped T-shirts, bondage clothes, fetishist accoutrements) was a street fashion designer. Although Westwood's clothes have frequently been described as decadent, degenerate and unwearable, they have also exerted a powerful influence on interntional fashion. Westwood became a fashion designer in the mid-1970s, when he emergence of Punk put London back on the fashion map for the first time since 1965. Just as the Mods, Rockers, and Hippies of the 1960s had embraced par-ticular styles of dress and music, so also did the Punks create their own subculture. The Punk“style in revolt”was a deliberately“re-volting style”that incorporated into fashion various offensive or threatening objects like tampons, razor blades, and lavatory chains. Vivienne Westwood and parter Malcolm McLaren articulated this youth culture, who roots lay in music. A sign is something which stands for some object or idea, while the semiotics are the ex-ternal expression for an internal meaning. Semiotics can be used as a medium of communication between dress and music. A language is simply used for explicit of meaning, while the style of dress and music express the explicative and implicative signs. Peirce's scheme among several theories of the semiotics was chosen for this study, because the Peirce's scheme was the first non-language communication medium between external and internal stages, and readily inter-preted the styles of dress and music. Punk rock was studied at first to identify the style which influenced Vivienne Westwood's works and then Semiotics were used to apply the above results to the 1970s and 1990s for analyzing and interpreting the Vivienne Westwood's works were also interpreted by the symbolic characteristics of Semiotics, because the symbol of semiotics often found at Youth Cults reflected punk rock. The symbol of revolt, decadence, grungy, freedom in Vivienne Wes-twood's works wre determined by using Punk rock's semiotics. This study could conclude that the style of dress and punk rock were able to be interpreted by semiotics.

Objectives : Though a socially constructed disease, the burden of infertility has been cast upon the individual in recent times, leading to aggressive medical technologies to achieve pregnancy without consideration of the complex relationships between individual and society that is involved in this life phenomenon. This study aims to restore the many aspects of infertility, first through its meaning in the medical classics. Methods : Texts were chosen from before and after the Song period, when the study and practice on women's health took a launch into becoming a specialized field. Huangdineijing, Jinguiyaolue, and Zhubingyuanhoulun listed basic theories considering the physiology and pathology of woman, while Jiaozhufurenlangfang, Donguibogam, and Fuqingzhuyixue dealt with specialized contents regarding women. Results : The findings were categorized into three major aspects of infertility; natural, medical and non-medical. The three aspects of infertility would not be easy to distinguish in real life, as they are inter-connected through the body as a site of embodiment. Conclusions : The discussion of the many aspects of infertility outside of the immediate medical definition implies the complexity of infertility as a life phenomenon, bringing attention to the importance of the experience in the life context.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions of an unbalanced diet by elementary school students using a qualitative approach to nutrition counseling. To achieve the purpose of this study, client-centered counseling was performed over one semester with four volunteer children in the fifth grade who admitted eating an unbalanced diet. Their perceptions of an unbalanced diet were examined while focusing on cause. The contents of the counseling sessions were recorded and their eating habits observed. The proposed perceptions of the clients of an unbalanced diet were as follows: regarding the causes of an unbalanced diet, there may have been a certain negative event or memory related to food as well as an individual disease or history of disease; regarding the meaning of an unbalanced diet, the clients had two kinds of time concepts (formal one and informal one) and defined the meaning of an unbalanced diet as a matter of being able to eat proper amounts of food within an inter-meal time; and regarding the results of an unbalanced diet, they based their results on the approval of their parents and teachers. Feeding at school was used as the background of this study, which examined the meanings and results of an unbalanced diet, and there existed a correlation between the meanings and the results.

철도가 친환경 교통수단으로 각광을 받으면서 세계적으로 많은 고속철도와 도시간, 도시 철도가 건설되고 리모델링되고 있다. 이 추세에 맞추어 철도 RAMS는 2002년도에 국제규격인 IEC 62278에 포함되었다. 국내 철도시장의 RAMS 활동도 이 국제적 추세에 맞추어 활발해지고 있다. 그러나 IEC 62278은 RAMS 요구조건이 구매사양에 포함될 때 전체적인 가이드라인으로는 사용될 수 있지만 신뢰성목표가 어떻게 설정되어야 하는가와 같은 구체적인 방법을 포함하고 있지는 않다. 이것은 RAMS 요구조건은 특정한 철도 조건에 맞게 설정되어야만 하기 때문이다. 철도 RAMS 특성값의 의미를 완전히 이해하고, 이 특성값들을 특정한 철도시스템과 환경조건에 맞게 적용하는 것이 특히 정량적 요구조건에 대해서는 더욱 필수적이다. 이 연구에서는 철도차량의 정량적 RAMS 요구조건의 개발에 적용 가능한 RAMS 특성값들의 의미와 특성을 기술한다. 그리고 정량적 RAMS요구조건의 개발에 적합하게 IEC62278의 RAMS의 기본개념과 고장 개념을 수정하여 제안하였다.

Objectives : To examine the six positions correlation[六部定位] principle that is the basis of the wrist pulse diagnosis in the Neijing. Methods : The basis for argument was established by correcting an interpretation error of the theory of chi (尺) skin diagnosis. In order to accomplish this, the annotations of Yang Shangshan and Wangbing were investigated first, after which the specific meaning and methodology of the chi diagnostic method as written in many chapters of the Neijing were examined. The evidence and reasoning for the six positions correlation[六部定位] was looked into, in relation to Wangbing's annotation of the chapter, Maiyaojingweilun. The theoretical basis of the six positions correlation was searched throughout the entire Neijing, based on the correlation between Liuhe and the six positions, the five elements inter-supporting theory embedded in the six positions correlation as a diagnosis model that integrates zhangfu and meridians/channels, and the meaning of the spacial concepts used when describing the tactile technique within the chapter. Lastly, contents related to the five zhang channels within the Neijing were reviewed, to determine whether the six positions correlation was applied in wrist pulse taking Results & Conclusions : Some interpretations of the verse on matching the positions in the Maiyaojingweilun chapter of the Neijing are erroneous, while the argument that the three positions[cun-guan-chi] cannot be found in the Neijing is false as well. The wrist pulse taking in the Neijing is precisely based on the three positions correlation that divides the cun-guan-chi positions into three, and the correlation verse in the Maiyaojingweilun chapter clearly suggests the principle of matching the zhangfu and meridian/channels to the six positions of the cun-guan-chi of both left and right.

오늘날 워크맨, 모비일폰, 노트북PC, PDA와 같은 제품들은 우리 몸과 함께 이동하고, 인터넷과 같은 가상헤계에서는 아바타(Avatar)라는 우리의 분신이 사이버상에서 우리들 육체를 대신해 행동하고 있다. 이러한 제품들은 우리 인간의 몸과 관련된 것들이며, 이렇게 인간의 몸에 물리적으로 붙으며 아울러 정신적 결합의 의미를 가지는 것을 인간과 제품의 결합이라 할 때에, 이러한 제품들을 현실과 가상을 포괄한 인간과 제품의 결합관계로서 접근하여 알아볼 필요성이 있다. 연구결과로서 고대로부터 지금 현재까지 인간의 몸과 결합한다고 하는 제품들을 꾸준히 발견할 수 있었고, 최근에 와서 그 양상은 긴밀한 관계로서 결합과 이동성향이 강하게 나타남을 알 수 있다. 이러한 배경에는 사회문화적으로 이분법적 사고의 붕괴, 혼성모방, 사이버문화, 테크노문화, 정보유목민개념 등이 나옴에 따라 인간과 기계의 구분이 모호해지는 현상과, 제품이 소형화되고 인간을 흉내 모방하거나 네트워크화되어 인간과의 결합성향이 더욱 가속화되는 변화에 있다. 따라서 상호간 결합성향이 더욱 가속화되는 변화에 있다. 따라서 상호간 결합성향이 짙어감에 따라 인간의 몸과 제품을 하나로 바라보아 신체적, 정신적측면, 제품적 특성을 모두 포용한 가장 적절한 복합체로서 접근하는 상호결합적 관점으로서의 변화가 필요하다. 상호결합제품은 인간의 정신, 육체와 전적, 부분적으로 결합하여 인간의 몸을 중심으로 물리적 안착을 하여 지속적 접촉을 가지는 것이라 정의할 수 있다. 그 결과 이동성을 가지는 고대의 도구들은 단순이 인간의 기능확장에 머무르고 신체와 관련된 결합들이 많았으나, 현재로 올수록 신체와 정신에 동시결합하는 제품들이 많아지고 있다. 이러한 제품들은 인간의 몸과 결합방식별로 여러가지 형태로 결합하고 있으며, 기능이 중층화되고 인간의 몸과 물리적으로 가까와지거나 커뮤니케이션형태가 고도화되고, 기존에 인간의 몸에 잇던 제품들을 통해 재발생되는 형식을 취하고 있다. 또한 제품들간에 적외선, 무선통신 같은 방식을 토해 교신하고 있으며, 외형발산성향이 강하여 장신구나 옷과 같이 변하고, 가상아바타의 경우 인간의 육체를 모방하고 인간의 행동을 대신하는 특징을 가지고 있다.

본 연구는 프랑스 고유의 문화가 담긴 '공유문화 적재어'들을 선별하여 그 단어 속에 숨겨진 문화 콘텐츠들을 연구하고 이 단어들이 한국어에 차용되면서 새롭게 탄생한 문화 현상들을 탐구함으로써 프랑스와 한국 간의 상호문화교육을 위한 기초 자료를 형성하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선별된 '공유문화 적재어'들을 프랑스 문화 내부적 관점과 상호문화적 관점이라는 두 가지 관점에서 연구하였다. 우선 프랑스 문화 내부적 관점에서 어휘문화적 접근으로 프랑스어 단어들 가운데 한국어에 차용된 단어들 중에서 의 식 주에 해당하는 프랑스어 '공유문화 적재어' 들을 선별하여 그 단어 속에 담긴 프랑스 고유의 문화를 사전적 의미, 문화적 현상, 숙어나 관용어 표현 속에 나타난 특별한 문화 현상에 대해 탐구함으로써 그 단어의 사전적 정의를 뛰어넘는 특별한 공시를 밝혀주었다. 나아가 상호문화적 접근으로 프랑스 문화와 한국 문화의 접촉으로 동일한 프랑스어 단어가 새로운 의미로 탄생하게 되는 과정들을 차용어의 변용 양상과 문화적 현상을 중심으로 탐구함으로써 두 문화 속에 작용하는 언어적 문화적 요소들의 유사성과 차별성을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 현상들을 탐구할 수 있었다. 프랑스 '공유문화 적재어' 속에 다양한 문화와 역사가 담겨 있어 개별 단어들에 대한 탐구가 프랑스 문화를 깊이 있게 탐구하도록 할뿐 아니라 이들 단어가 사용된 숙어나 관용어 표현들을 통해 개별 단어 속에서 발견하지 못한 새로운 문화 현상들이 담화 속에 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 나아가 한국어로 차용된 프랑스어 단어들은 대부분 문화 간 교류에 의해 이루어지기 때문에 부정적인 이미지를 지닌 경우보다 긍정적인 의미로 사용되는데 의미의 왜곡이 일어나는 경우가 상당수 있었다.
