본 연구는 금융위기 이후 새로운 질서로 부상되고 있는 뉴 노멀 시대하 한국 기업의 R&D투자가 각 산업에 미치는 기술파급효과를 생산유발효과, 전후방연관효과, 기술집약효과, 기술확산효과를 통하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 먼저, 생산유발계수가 높은 부문으로는 전문과학 및 기술서비스, 금속제품, 일반기계 등인 반면 비교적 작은 부문으로는 석유 및 석탄제품, 전력, 가스 및 수도 등으로 나타났다. 또한, 산업간 전 후방연관효과를 나타내는 감응도계수와 영향력계수는 비금속광물제품이나 수송장비 등의 부문에서 비교적 높게 나타나 이들 산업을 중심으로 R&D투자를 통한 기술혁신과 생산성 증대가 이루어진다면 여타 산업에 큰 파급효과를 유발하게 될 것으로 보인다. 기술파급효과인 R&D집약효과와 확산효과에서는 두 효과 모두 비교적 높은 부문은 전기 및 전자기기, 정밀기기, 그리고 전문과학 및 기술서비스부문으로 이들 산업으로부터 많은 기술이 체화되어 이전되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 특이한 사항으로 최근에 각광받고 있는 과학전문 및 기술서비스업은 집약효과 및 확산효과 모두에서 높은 R&D투자효과를 보여주고 있어 앞으로 이들 산업의 육성이 필요시 된다고 하겠다.

This paper is intended to measure sectoral sustainabilities and inter-industry linkage effects of natural capital depletion of the Korean industries, and to analyze sources of their change over time using the familiar input-output model. The sustainability indicator that we are measuring in this paper is based on the so-called genuine saving concept proposed by the World Bank(1997). We accommodated the concept in the extended analytical framework of Proops et al.(1999) to analyze sectoral sustainabilities of the Korean industries. We decomposed sectoral sustainabilities so measured into their composing factors based on the decomposition method devised by Chung & Rhee (2001). According to our analysis, overall sustainability of the Korean industries has been declined since 1995. In heavy and chemical, transportation, and electricity sectors, their sustainabilities has been gotten worse. Among four major factors influencing the sustainability, change in GDP was the most important followed by changes in savings, industrial structures, and demand patterns.

본 연구는 수상 운송업이 전체 산업들과의 관계 속에서 경제 전반에 미치는 유발 효과 및 네트워크 연결성과 네트워크 시각화 분석을 시행하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 산업연관분석과 단위구조행렬을 활용하여 수상 운송업의 각종 유발계수를 분석하며, 단위구조행렬과 역행렬함수를 작성하고 Ucinet 6을 이용하여 네트워크 연결성과 NetDraw를 활용하는 네트워크 시각화 분석을 시행한다. 연구결과 수상 운송업의 각종 유발계수로서 투입계수, 생산유발계수, 부가가치유발계수, 산업간 연쇄효과의 분석 결과를 제시 하였으며, 네트워크 연결성으로서 연결중앙성, 인접중앙성, 사이중앙성 및 네트워크 시각화 분석의 내용을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 수상 운송업의 현재 위치와 현황 및 전체 산업들과의 관계를 확인하였으며 어떠한 산업들과 전략적 관계를 가져야 하는가를 제시하였다. 향후에는 2000년대 이후 발간된 산업연관분석을 활용하여 각종 유발 효과 및 연결성(중앙성), 네트워크 시각화 분석의 변동 현황과 추이에 대한 사항을 추가로 분석하는 것이 필요하다.

Today, the Korean fisheries is undergoing significant hardships, both domestically and internationally. While declining amount of catch, ascending international oil prices and others pose a compelling challenge to the fishing sector, the ever strengthening influence of international institutions related to fisheries and international trade organizations also compel to bring about myriad of changes in the realm of fishery products. Against the backdrop, this study attempted to examine the fisheries catch, aquaculture, service, processing fields in terms of its rippling effect and of how the industry has been changed by analyzing the past and present through an input-output analysis. As for research methods, 168 items of the input-output tables in 2000, 2005, 2009, and 2010 were integrated to form and classify 32 sectors (28 basic sectors + catch, aquaculture, fishery service, processed fishery products) so as to generate production inducement coefficient, sensitivity coefficient, and impact coefficient. The analysis results revealed that : though the linkage effect of fishery industry was not very sizable, the impact coefficient of the processed fishery products was high; the consumption and investment coefficient sector among production inducement coefficient was on an upturn trend ; the export coefficient was tended to decline. In the future research, it is necessary to carry out a study based on the integration of detailed classification (404 sector) and a study and analysis of fishery industry by different regions through the inter-regional input-output tables. The fishery industry is one of the crucial industries in Korea. The fishery industry is not only important in its own right but also significant as it exerts influence over other industries. Therefore, it is required that there should be more investment and supports for the development of the fishery industry, and pay efforts to ensure that the investment and development could lead to mutual growth for both the fishery and other various industries.

정부는 에너지 절약시책의 일환으로 제1,2차 석유파동 후 1983년에 목동신시가지에 집단에너지 사업을 도입하였다. 이후 집단에너지산업의 공급규모는 꾸준히 증가추세를 보이고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 2009년도 산업연관표에 근거한 투입산출분석을 이용하여 집단에너지산업의 국민경제적 파급효과를 분석하고자 한다. 수요유도형 모형을 이용하여 집단에너지산업에서의 생산 혹은 투자가 다른 산업에 미치는 영향에 대하여 논의한다. 공급유도형 모형을 적용하여 집단에너지산업에서의 공급지장이 다른 산업에 미치는 효과에 대해 살펴본다. 레온티에프 가격모형을 이용하여 집단에너지산업의 가격 변동이 다른 산업의 산출물 가격에 미치는 영향에 대해 검토한다. 특히 집단에너지산업을 중심에 놓고 이를 외생화하여 분석하는 접근방법을 취했다. 분석 결과를 요약하자면, 집단에너지산업은 낮은 생산유발효과, 높은 공급지장효과, 낮은 물가파급효과, 낮은 전방연쇄효과, 낮은 후방연쇄효과를 가진다. 이러한 정량적 정보는 집단에너지산업을 위한 정책결정에 있어서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

중국은 캐릭터산업의 중요성과 가치에 대한 국가적인 공감대에 형성이 약하고 국가 전략산업의 가치 인식의 미미로 인하여 캐릭터 산업의 발전에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중국 캐릭터 산업의 경제적 효과를 분석하여 향후 캐릭터 산업의 정책수립에 일조하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 중국 2017년 산업연관표를 활용하였다. 분석결과는 다음가 같다. 중국 캐릭터산업의 생산유발효과는 열 합계 3.45514,행 합계 1.30015로 타 산업보다 낮은 생산유발효과를 보이고 있는 것은 중국 캐릭터 산업이 아직 자기자본비율이 낮은 중소기업에서 생산되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 캐릭터 산업은 전방연쇄효과를 나타내는 감응도 계수가 0.01426, 영향력계수는 0.03790로 모두 1보다 작은 최종수요적 제조업형이라고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 중국 캐릭터 산업의 소득유발는 0.47690, 생산세 유발효과는 -0.04912로 이는 캐릭터 산업이 타 산업보다 전체 산업에서 최종수요가 한 단위 증가될 때마다 발생하는 소득유발과 세부담이 적음을 나타낸다. 중국의 캐릭터 산업은 양적이 성장에도 불구하고 타 산업에 미치는 영향은 낮고 소득창출산업으로서의 역할을 하지 못하고 있다. 중국의 캐릭터 산업의 질적 발전을 위해서는 구조적 개선이 필요하다.
