The purpose of this study was to investigate children's(K-5) conceptions about light in Korea. The two aspect of children's conceptions about light were identified : the sources of light, the nature of vision. Data were collected from 92 children by a mixture of writing, drawing and interview, and were analysed by systematic networks. The major findings of this study were as follows : 1. Children showed an awareness of a wide variety of sources of light. The predominant sources exampled by children were primary sources. 2. Children explained vision as intentional activity of seeing Seeing. means action that move their heal or eyes to the objects. Infants(K-1) did not recognize that light are needed for vision. 3. A notable features in children's conceptions about light were context-dependent.

In this paper, we have mathematically analyzed lumped element type negative group delay circuit (NGDC) and derived general design equation. The applicability of the proposed design equation is validated with mathematical and circuit simulation as well as with experimental results for intentional mobile telecommunication 2000 (IMT-2000) downlink band. As a design example, single branch NGDC with -0.8ns of group delay (GD) for narrow bandwidth of the specific frequency is simulated and fabricated. Finally, $\pi$-network NGDC is proposed and validated to obtain wideband GD response of $-1.7{\pm}0.06$ nsec for 60 MHz.

This study aims to investigate John Fowles's The French Lieutenant's Woman. This important postmodern novel is arguably the most important fiction published in England during the 1960's. John Fowles, along with Muriel Spark, Irish Mudoch and Doris Lessing is one the most influential postmodern writers. This is a study on the narrative technique, multiful endings, parody and author intrusion. The French Lieutenant's Woman is metafiction - a novel about writing a novel. The author says "This story I am telling is all imagination" in chapter 13. That is to say that John Fowles subverts traditional and even modernist poetics. His own intentional attempt to depart from traditional narrative structure is itself one of the novel's central issues. Through The French Lieutenant's Woman John Fowles shows postmodernist writers' narrative strategy.

This study was conducted to contribute to the expansion of activity areas for school nurses in the field of health promotion services whose importance are increasing daily. To achieve such goals the researcher proposed that health promotion programs for obesity management in overweight schoolchildren conducted by literature review to apply to school settings. In this program, the principal components developed a behavior modification program and an exercise program, which could be educated and managed by a nursing staff during for 9 weeks, three times per week, 60 minutes each. The program consisted of exercise, health education. health counseling, and a direct nursing care. This kind of approach may support the need of behavior modification programs and exercise programs on a regular base via the social organization, which may mean an intentional change of life style. A comprehensive approach to health promotion services proposed by this research would contribute greatly to the effectiveness of school health services and to promote health in overweight schoolchildren.

The accidents in a railway level crossing where passengers or vehicles pass on the track went through by the train with a inherent high rate on incidents lead to a vast economic damage on people and material resources. So, many protection equipments are placed on the railway crossing to prevent those kind of accidents. But there is a limit to control driver's rough activity, passenger's careless or an intentional accident. This study is trying to ensure the safety in railway crossing by providing the information on train's speed and expected passing time on the railroad to a road traffic control system or car driver. Additionally, this system has been studying the railway level crossing system concerning ITS to support harmonious traffic flow.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Site layout of Buddhist Architicture by water space of landscape architecture. As a result, the following fact is identified; We knew that land scape of Buddhist Architecture is intentional device. Example from the Tong-do Temple, it leads cleary the intention of water-space. The case of Tong-do Temple, water space is divided into Yeon-ji(lotus pond) and the Yeong-gi(shadow pond) and Gye-ryu(mountain stream). The viewing intention of Gu-Ryong-ji where Yong-ji the construction intention characteristic is positive it was intended there is a possibility of knowing. From the research which it sees it is limited in case of the Tong-do Temple tries to search a concrete instance. but on this outside many multiple architectural space uses water space and It creates the space where it leads the harmony of architecture and intention it was plentifully included.

Transparent and conducting titanium doped indium oxide (TIO) thin films were deposited by RF magnetron sputtering on zinc oxide (ZnO)-coated glass substrates to investigate the effect of the ZnO buffer layer on optical and electrical properties of TIO/ZnO bi-layered films. TIO 90 nm / ZnO 10 nm films having a lower resistivity (3.09×10^-3 Ωcm) and a higher visible transmittance (80.3%) than other TIO/ZnO films were prepared in this study. Figure of merit results indicate that a 10 nm thick ZnO thin film is an effective buffer layer that enhances optical transmittance and electrical conductivity of TIO films without intentional substrate heating or post-deposition annealing.

The recent transition to Performance Based Navigation in aviation enhances the accuracy of aircraft position, safety and efficiency in air traffic operations by using satellite-based navigation system such as GNSS. However, intentional interferences with GNSS signal as well as ones coming from natural phenomena such as solar storm increase. GNSS have very low power and therefore their signals are more susceptible to interferences than ground-based navigation signals. This paper introduces requirements of alternative positioning, navigation and timing(APNT) system and relevant technologies when the GNSS signals are not valid.

This paper investigated the breakdown effect of the CMOS device by impact of high power electromagnetic wave. The experiments employed a waveguide to study the current characteristics of CMOS device broken by high power electromagnetic wave. The CMOS device were composed of a LED drive circuit for visual discernment. Also CMOS device broken by high power electromagnetic wave was observed by power current. The CMOS device were broke by high power electromagnetic wave at about 10 kV/m and when power current is 75 mA. Based on the result, CMOS devices should show plan to protect the CMOS devices by high power electromagnetic wave. And the database from this experiment should provide the basis for future investigation.

In many moving object detection problems of an aerial video, accurate and robust stabilization is of critical importance. In this paper, a novel accurate image alignment algorithm for aerial electronic image stabilization (EIS) is described. The feature points are first selected using optimal derivative filters based Harris detector, which can improve differentiation accuracy and obtain the precise coordinates of feature points. Then we choose the Delaunay Triangulation edges to find the matching pairs between feature points in overlapping images. The most "useful" matching points that belong to the background are used to find the global transformation parameters using the projective invariant. Finally, intentional motion of the camera is accumulated for correction by Sage-Husa adaptive filtering. Experiment results illustrate that the proposed algorithm is applied to the aerial captured video sequences with various dynamic scenes for performance demonstrations.
