The measurements were performed to verify experimentally that the voltage arising on a telecommunication line by a power line is due to the induction phenomena because there has been an opinion that the arising voltage on a telecommunication line is not by induction, but by other causality. The voltage appeared on the telecommunication line by way of an electric field or magnetic field generated by the source apparatus that had been artificially made to provide intentional constant high-voltage or current in ELF, that is, 60 Hz as an emulated commercial power.

The ability of microspores or young pollen grains (male gametophytes) to undergo developmetal switch to embryogenic (sporophytic) pathway exemplifies the concept of totipotency as applied to haploid posmeiotic cells. As a first step pollen is devoid of positional information provided in situ by the intact anther - by isolation and cultivation in vitro in artificial media. This is inevitably accompanied by some degree of stress response in microspore/pollen. It has been shown in both monocots and dicots that intentional stress treatment (mostly starvation or heat shock) greatly stimulates embryo induction rate. Using transgenic sHSP antisense Nicotiana tabacum we show that expression of small heat shock proteins is an integral part of successful embryo and later haploid plant production from pollen grains. Our recently published data show that sHSP chaperone function is optimal in the absence of ATP.

Bioterrorism events have worldwide impacts, not only in terms of security and public health policy, but also in other related sectors. Many countries, including Korea, have set up new administrative and operational structures and adapted their preparedness and response plans in order to deal with new kinds of threats. Korea has dual surveillance systems for the early detection of bioterrorism. The first is syndromic surveillance that typically monitors non-specific clinical information that may indicate possible bioterrorism-associated diseases before specific diagnoses are made. The other is infectious disease specialist network that diagnoses and responds to specific illnesses caused by intentional release of biologic agents. Infectious disease physicians, clinical microbiologists, and infection control professionals play critical and complementary roles in these networks. Infectious disease specialists should develop practical and realistic response plans for their institutions in partnership with local and state health departments, in preparation for a real or suspected bioterrorism attack.

The premise of the intentional model of split-ticket voting is that some voters split their tickets simply because they prefer divided government and believe in constant "checks and balances." This article examines whether this premise stands firm in an emerging democracy like Taiwan. That is, by using survey data in Taiwan, we explore whether one's attitude toward divided or unified government is "real." We hypothesize that a citizen's attitude toward "checks and balances" is subject to change, and conditional on whether her preferred party is in power. Specifically, we speculate that a citizen would tend to hold the balancing perspective or favor divided government, if her preferred party is in opposition. However, if her preferred party becomes the ruling party, she would be more likely to oppose (hold) the balancing (non-balancing) perspective or favor unified government. We then utilize panel survey data embedded in Taiwan's Election and Democratization Studies (TEDS) to verify our hypothesis.

마이크로그리드는 소규모, 모듈화 된 분산전원이 배전망에 다수 보급되어 충분한 발전량을 가지고 부하에 전력을 공급하게 되며 계통사고나 정전 등에 의해 배전계통에서 분리될 때는 고립운전 혹은 독립운전(islanding operation)이 가능한 분산발전과 부하가 혼재된 하나의 독립적인 전력망으로 정의된다.[1] 본 논문은 마이크로 그리드 시스템의 의도적 독립운전 시 발전량과 부하량의 관계에 따른 계통 영향에 대해 연구하였다.

Disruption and upset of computer system from intentional unintentional electromagnetic wave is not tenable, if the equipment is used in a security or safety critical application. This paper examines susceptibility of computer network to the HPM. The susceptibility level for PC-systems has been assessed using anechoic chamber. The some failure mode were observed in PC-system. Based on the results, susceptibility of computer network can be applied to database to elucidate the effects of microwaves on electronic equipment.

본 논문에서는 웨이브릿 변환 영역에 제안한 알고리즘으로 여러 공격에 강인한 워터마크를 삽입하고 성능을 분석하였다. 영상의 저작권 보호를 위해 웨이브릿 변환 영역의 LH와 HL의 부대역에 이진의 워터마크를 삽입하였다. 제안한 방법의 강인성을 실험하기 위해 명도 변화, 크기 변화, 필터링, 잘라내기, 히스토그램 평활화, 손실압축과 같은 영상처리를 하였다. 실험 결과 제안한 방법은 화질의 열화를 최소로 하여 워터마크를 삽입할 수 있고 여러 공격에 대해서 추출된 워터마크는 높은 상관계수로 인지되었다.

자연화 과제는 기계적 유물론을 가정한다는 점을 지적하고 지향성의 문제가 무엇인지 설명한다. 이 문제에 대한 대한 이론들로서 춰칠랜드의 제거주의, 행도주의적 제거주의, 데넷의 도구주의를 설명하고 비판한다. 다음으로 지향성 실재론을 포더와 드레츠미를 중심으로 설명한 후, 드레츠키의 자연화 프로그램이 오표상이 발생하는 적어도 하나의 메커니즘을 드러내준다는 점에서 포더보다 더 설득력 있는 접근이라고 논증한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among fashion retail-entertainment, store image and store loyalty. Two hundred eleven who female college students living near Seoul area participated in this study. Two hundred sample used for data analysis. For data analysis, frequency, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. The results were as follows: First, fashion retail-entertainment had 4 factors such as shopping environment, sales service, dining facilities, and others. Store image composed of psychological image, merchandise mix, customer service, and advertising exposure. Store loyalty had 3 factors; cognitive loyalty, intentional loyalty, emotional loyalty. Second, retail-entertainment factors had positive influences on store image and store loyalty. Third, store image had positively affected on store loyalty. Based on these results, successful strategies for fashion retail-entertainment business would provide.

This paper introduces a representation style of variable binding using dependent types when formalizing meta-theoretic properties. The style we present is a variation of the Coquand-McKinna-Pollack's locally-named representation. The main characteristic is the use of dependent families in defining expressions such as terms and formulas. In this manner, we can handle many syntactic elements, among which wellformedness, provability, soundness, and completeness are critical, in a compact manner. Another point of our paper is to investigate the roles of free variables and constants. Our idea is that fresh constants can entirely play the role of free variables in formalizing meta-theories of first-order predicate logic. In order to show the feasibility of our idea, we formalized the soundness and completeness of LJT with respect to Kripke semantics using the proof assistant Coq, where LJT is the intuitionistic first-order predicate calculus. The proof assistant Coq supports all the functionalities we need: intentional type theory, dependent types, inductive families, and simultaneous substitution.
