백화점의 점포 개성과 서비스 품질이 재방문의도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Store Personality and Service Quality on Department Store Revisiting Intention and Recommendation Intention)

  • This research aims to examine the impact of store personality and service quality on the customers' intention of revisiting the department store and their intention of recommendation to others. The participants were women in their 20s to 50s with experiences of purchasing apparel from major department stores. A total of 324 survey responses were used for the final analysis. The data were analyzed using factors analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis with PASW 18.0. The results were as follows. First, the department store personality was composed of 3 factors; prestige, passion, sincerity. Service quality factors were defined as tangibility, responsiveness, and empathy. Second, the three dimensions of brand personality-prestige, passion and sincerity turned out to be influential factors affecting the customers' revisiting intention and recommendation intention. Also, tangibility and responsiveness of service quality factors had a significant influence on their revisiting intention, whereas tangibility, responsiveness and empathy factors had a significant influence on their recommendation intention. Third, the sub-dimensions of store personality and service quality had a different influence on the customers' revisiting intention and recommendation intention according to the department store brand.

업사이클링 패션제품의 지각된 위험 차원과 신뢰, 구매의도 및 추천의도의 영향 관계 (The Influence of Perceived Risk of Up-cycling Fashion Product on Trust, Purchase Intention and Recommendation Intention)

  • This study identifies factors of perceived risk of up-cycling fashion products and investigates perceived risk factors that influence consumers' trust, purchase intention, and recommendation intention towards upcycling fashion products. We also examine the relationship of trust, purchase intention, and recommendation intention for upcycling fashion products. A qualitative research method using a free narrative form and depth interview were used. The perceived risk from up-cycling fashion products generated 5 factor solutions: aesthetic risk, sanitary risk, social risk, performance risk, and economic risk. Next, 201 effective data were collected from a questionnaire survey and analyzed with SPSS 22.0. The results are summarized as follows. First, aesthetic risk and performance risk had a negative effect on products. Second, aesthetic risk and performance risk had negative influence on purchase intention for upcycling fashion products. Third, performance risk had a negative impact on recommendation intention for upcycling fashion products. Fourth, trust had positive effect on purchase intention and recommendation intention for upcycling fashion products. The results of the current study provides various theoretical and practical implications for marketers and retailers interested in up-cycling fashion products.

레스토랑의 지각된 혼잡성이 소비자의 만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Perceived Restaurant Crowding on Satisfaction, Dine-Out Intention, and Dine-In Intention)

  • Purpose: In the post-COVID-19, many consumers still feel uncomfortable with crowding in closed spaces. This study investigates how non-crowding affects consumer satisfaction and restaurant visit intention. Research design, data, and methodology: The data were collected from 350 people aged 20 and above. A total of 347 respondents, excluding 3 unfaithful respondents, were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0 program. Result: Both spatial and human crowding have significant effects on satisfaction. On the other hand, neither spatial nor human crowding directly affected dine-out intention significantly. In addition, spatial crowding was found to have a direct and significant effect on in-store dining intention, but human crowding did not have a direct and significant effect on in-store dining intention. It was found that satisfaction had a significant effect on both dine-out intention and in-store dining intension. Conclusions: This study has expanded the range of consumer behavioral intentions by applying a non-crowded environment (S) to the SOR theory. Also, Consumer behavioral intention was expanded by dividing visit intention into a dine-out and in-store dining intention. Therefore, we propose measures to minimize human crowding by introducing a system such as adjustment of store operating hours, reservation system, store opening time alarm system, and reduction of cooking time.

챗GPT의 서비스 품질과 정보 품질이 패션 제품의 구매의도와 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Service Quality and Information Quality of ChatGPT on Purchase Intention and Word of Mouth Intention for Fashion Products)

  • This study investigates the effects of ChatGPT's quality characteristics (service and information) on purchase intention and word of mouth intention. We distributed questionnaires among domestic men and women aged in their 20s and 30s who had experience of using ChatGPT. A total of 222 responses were subjected to frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS statistical program version 26. The major findings were as follows: (1) The factors of service quality were categorized as Tangibility, Reliability, Empathy, and Assurance, while the factors of information quality were categorized as Recency, Accuracy, and Usefulness. (2) Among the service quality factors of ChatGPT, two factors (Reliability and Empathy) significantly impacted purchase intention, and three factors (Tangibility, Reliability, and Empathy) significantly affected word of mouth intention. (3) Among ChatGPT's information quality factors, two factors (Usefulness and Recency) had a significant effect on purchase intention, and two factors (Usefulness and Accuracy) exerted a significant influence on word of mouth intention. (4) Purchase intention had a significant effect on word of mouth intention.

Modeling study on repeat purchase intention on silk products based on the electronic commercial platform

  • Based on the literature on customer's repeat purchase intention, customer's repeat purchase intention was explored, customer's repeat purchase intention has been a crucial factor influencing consumer behaviors, In this research, the development of models on repeat purchase intention repurchase was indicated. Based on the electronic commerce platform, we focus on the customer's repeat purchase intention on silk products, This paper mainly explores the e-commerce purchase frequency (EPF), customer perceived value (CPV), perceived risk of e-commerce (EPR), and customer satisfaction (CS). The influence of the four factors on repeat purchase intention (RPI) is investigated. In the results, we found that CPV and CS have positive correlations with repeat purchase intention, The EPR has a negative correlation with RPI and has no significant influence on RPI. The result can provide meaningful suggestions for silk product retailers.

  • This paper aims to offer a solution based on intelligent document classification to create a user-centric information retrieval system allowing user-centric linguistic expression. So, structures expressing user intention and fine document classifying process using EBL, similarity, knowledge base, user intention, are proposed. To overcome the problem requiring huge and exact semantic information, a hybrid process is designed integrating keyword, thesaurus, probability and user intention information. User intention tree hierarchy is build and a method of extracting group intention between key words and user intentions is proposed. These structures and processes are implemented in HDCI(Hybrid Document Classification with Intention) system. HDCI consists of analyzing user intention and classifying web documents stages. Classifying stage is composed of knowledge base process, similarity process and hybrid coordinating process. With the help of user intention related structures and hybrid coordinating process, HDCI can efficiently categorize web documents in according to user's complex linguistic expression with small priori information.

위험이 구매의도에 미치는 영향의 재조명 : 전자상거래 이용자 집단의 혁신성을 중심으로 (Reexamination of Effect of Perceived Risk on Purchasing Intention)

  • There are so many studies on perceived risk and purchasing intention. But the results of those studies were inconsistent; some studies showed the positive effect of perceived risk on purchasing intention; others showed the negative effect. This research supposed that the inconsistence of studies resulted from the difference of group innovativeness and set up research hypotheses : among users from the lower innovativeness group, perceived risk has a negative effect on purchasing intention, but from the higher group, perceived risk has a positive effect on purchasing intention. We compared Internet shopping mall users of South Korea representing low innovativeness with those of China representing high innovativeness. The results provided that among South Korean users, perceived risk had the statistically insignificant negative effect on purchasing intention, but among Chinese users, it had the statistically significant positive effect on purchasing intention. Additionally, this study found that perceived risk influenced users' fun which in turn influenced purchasing intention.

유아의 의도조망과 인지적 단서활용 (The Intention Perspective Taking and Cognitive Cuing of Korea Infants)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate (1) intention perspective taking, (2) cognitive cuing according to infant age, cue type, and emotional-situation fit, and (3) the relationship between a child's intention perspective taking and cognitive cuing. The subjects were 2 groups of 41 infants each aged 3- and S-years-old from two different day-care centers in Seoul and Kyonggi province. Each child was individually interviewed with pictorial tasks. There were significant differences in the children's intention perspective taking according to their age, type of intention, and intention-outcome fit. There were also significant differences in the children's cognitive cuing according to their age, cue type, and emotional-situation fit. A relationship between the intention perspective taking and cognitive cuing was also revealed that is, the thinking and application responses of cognitive cuing were positively related to the children's intention perspective taking.

여대생들의 유명브랜드 의류에 대한 태도 및 구입 의도 연구 (A Study on College Women′s Attitude Toward and Buying Intention of Well-Known Brand Apparel)

  • The purposed of this was (1) to investigate the beliefs, attitudes and buying intention of well-known brand apparel among female college students, and (2) to identify the factors that might distinguish those who have high intention to purchase well-known brand apparel and those who have low intention in terms of individual characteristics and social influence. The data were collected trough questionnaire from random samples of 291 female college students. Statical analysis of factor analysis, χ²-test, t-test and multiple discriminant were performed in analyzing the data. 1. 63% of 291 respondents investigated were identified as having high intention to buy well-known brand apparel. 2. Those who have high intention to buy well-known brand apparel have significantly higher beliefs on well-known brand apparel. 3. Those who have high intention to buy well-known brand apparel have significantly more favorable attitude toward buying well-known brand apparel. 4. Two groups of high intention and low intention to buy well-known brand apparel have significantly different profiles in terms of social influences, values, personality and demographic variables.

Determinants of Tourists' Revisit Intention in Domestic Tourism

  • This study is to examine the determinants of tourists' revisit intention focusing on behavioral and psychological factors. Many studies have found physical conditions affecting tourists' intention to revisit. The study examines the determinants of tourist's revisit intention in terms of tourists' psychological and behavioral elements such as satisfaction and motivation. The data used for the statistical analyses were from a survey targeting people living in Daegu and Pusan metropolitan cities and some cities of Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do provinces in Korea. The study employs regression analysis to investigate the effect of satisfaction and motivations on tourists' revisit intention. As the results of OLS regression analysis, satisfaction, push and pull motivation are predictors of tourists' revisit intention. It shows that tourists' psychological and behavioral factors have a significant impact on tourists' revisit intention. The study suggests the implications for enhancing tourists' revisit intention by motivating tourists' psychological and behavioral needs.
