High rise office buildings represent one of the most energy-intensive architectural typologies. The growth of urban population necessitates sustainable high rise towers that lessen environmental impacts and energy consumption. Among various sustainable strategies, the integrated design is long known to be an important process that has great impact on building's sustainability. The framework for this paper is based on the case study of integrated towers that are located in different climate zones. The paper specifically addresses to what extent climate conditions influence the design of a high rise building and what kinds of the climate integrated design has been implemented. Qualitative case studies were carried out using published data and architectural drawing set. The technical work presented in the paper is based on computer simulation that examines the insolation analysis using hourly recorded weather data. The analysis results revealed that the site and building envelope integration and the site and building service systems have shown the most frequently employed in the integrated towers through the implementation of renewable resource integration, high performance envelopes and sustainable building service systems. Internal comfort and further energy saving in the integrated towers are offered through an automatic building management system. Due to the dynamic climate conditions, integration of building systems requires a sophisticated approach to building sustainability.

This paper proposes a flow-based admission control algorithm through an Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) based Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) network for multiple service class environments of Integrated Service (IntServ) and Differentiated Service (DiffServ). We propose the Integrated Packet Scheduler to accommodate IntServ and Best Effort traffic through the DiffServ-aware MPLS core network. The numerical results of the proposed algorithm achieve reliable delay-bounded Quality of Service (QoS) performance and reduce the blocking probability of high priority service in the DiffServ model. We show the performance behaviors of IntServ traffic negotiated by end users when their packets are delivered through the DiffServ-aware MPLS core network. We also show that ATM shortcut connections are well tuned with guaranteed QoS service. We validate the proposed method by numerical analysis of its performance in such areas as throughput, end-to-end delay and path utilization.

This paper deals with the network interface of research and observation instruments in the oceanographic research vessel with an establishment of related database for measured information. The system is implemented to integrated communication network system which allows to effective survey by using real time observation and GUI(Graphic User Interface). The system also consists of the LAN systems and serial interface to link chemical, physical, biological and environmental relations. And, other network service and vessel data service for data communication between vessel and earth station such as INMARSAT-B, WWW service, BBS, E-Mail etc., are needed for integrated communication network system.

경쟁이 치열한 정보통신 시장에서의 우위 확보를 위한 필수 도구인 연구개발을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 사내외에 산재한 최신 연구정보를 신속히 수집 및 가공하여 이를 필요로 하는 이용자들에게 적시에 제공해야 한다. 본 고에서는 한국통신 통합연구정보서비스시스템의 특징과 그 유형을 살펴본 후, 시스템 구축과 컨텐트 구축의 두 부분으로 나누어 소개하고자 한다. 그리고 향후 추진방향에 대해 언급할 것이다.

본 연구는 간호 간병 통합서비스 품질이 의료서비스 성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 가설 검정을 실시했다. 연구 결과는 간호 간병 통합서비스 품질의 반응성, 확신성, 공감성, 계산적 몰입, 신뢰성, 감정적 몰입은 의료서비스 성과의 지각된 성과, 충성도, 지각된 성과, 성과의 충성도와 의료서비스 성과의 지각된 성과는 충성도에 긍정적인 영향은 채택으로 나타났다. 즉, 통합서비스 품질은 의료서비스 역량에 매우 중요함을 검증하였다. 이를 위해서는 간호팀원의 인력확충을 위한 제도적 노력이 우선되어야 하며, 우수한 간호팀원 양성을 위해서 전문적 간호능력 외에도 환자와의 공감을 통해 긍정적 관계 형성을 위한 인성 교육에도 중점을 두어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서 통합서비스 품질이 의료서비스 성과에 미치는 영향을 검중 하였다는데 연구의 의미를 찾을 수 있다.

Objectives : The purpose of this research is to develop the clinical pathway for optimizing the integrative medical service (oriental-western integrated medical service) and to analyze the clinical pattern of the integrative patients who received the oriental-western integrated medical service. Methods : This research developed the clinical pathway by interviewing with doctors, nursing and experts at K Medical Center. To analyze the clinical patterns, this research used 860 integrative patients and 6345 non-integrative patients at K Medical Center since 2007. Results and Conclusions : 1. We developed the clinical pathway for optimizing the integrative medical service. 2. Comparing the clinical pattern of the integrative patients with the non-integrative patients, the results indicated that the interval and frequency of the integrative patients is shorter than that of the non-integrative patients. 3. Comparing the medical treatment type, the integrated patients take much more medical care and more frequently participate in medical treatment. 4. In conclusion, it is different that the clinical pathway of the integrative medical service from the non-integrative medical service and the integrative medical treatment is more effective than the non-integrative medical treatment.

Purpose : The home-visiting exercise guidance service is a component of the community-based integrated care policy in District J of Busan Metropolitan City. This study aims to investigate the effects of the service provided by physical therapists on depression, pain, and balance among the elderly. Methods : Three elderly individuals were selected as study participants. Depression was assessed using the beck depression inventory (BDI) and the short geriatric depression scale-Korea (SGDS-K). Pain was evaluated using the visual analog scale (VAS). Balance was assessed using the berg balance scale (BBS), functional reach test (FRT), and timed up and go test (TUGT). The evaluation data were compared by averaging the values from the first and eighth sessions. Additionally, the overall satisfaction with the home-visiting exercise guidance service was surveyed. Results : In the depression assessment, the beck depression inventory score decreased (by 16.67±5.69 points), and the short geriatric depression scale score decreased (by 4.67±2.52 points). The visual analog scale score for pain decreased (by 2.67±0.58 points). In the balance assessment, the berg balance scale score increased (by 7.67±2.52 points), the functional reach test distance extended (by 4.67±0.58 cm), and the timed up and go test time decreased (by 5.33±0.58 s). Overall satisfaction with the home-visiting exercise guidance service was high (4.26±0.14 points). Conclusion : The home-visiting exercise guidance service received high satisfaction ratings from the participants. It was effective in reducing depression and pain while improving balance, potentially reducing fall risk factors among the elderly. These findings suggest that the home-visiting exercise guidance service, delivered by physical therapists, could significantly enhance the quality of life for elderly individuals by addressing issues related to depression, pain, and fall prevention within the community. Consequently, it is recommended that this service be continued and expanded as part of government policy.

Purpose: Marine transportation companies must improve service quality to secure competitive advantage and continuous relationships with customers. This study explores the value and necessity of service quality in the industry by empirically identifying the factor that would have the largest effect on the improvement of service quality, also examining whether such improvement may actually influence continuous relationships. Research design, data and methodology: Based on an online survey with those in the Korean marine transportation industry, this study conducted statistical analyses using structural equation modeling. Based on relevant previous studies, the current study constructed a total of 55 survey questions. Finally, 281 questionnaires were collected, but 68 were excluded owing to invalid responses. Results: Information service attribute had the largest effect on service quality, whereas communication did not demonstrate a significant influence. In addition, distribution and information services exerted a positive effect on service satisfaction through service quality, and finally influenced relationship continuity. Conclusions: The results shows that marine logistics service quality strategies which were centered on time or local factors, should be considered in terms of the development of innovative services. In particular the improvement of information service systems and strategies in changed business environment.

최근 분산 컴퓨팅 환경은 급진적으로 광역화되고, 이질적이며, 연합형태의 광역 시스템 구조로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 환경은 네트워크상에 광범위한 서비스를 제공하는 통신 네트워크 기반에서 구현된 수많은 객체로 구성된다. 더욱, 지구상에 존재하는 모든 객체들은 이름이나 속성에 의해 중복된 특성을 갖는다. 그러나 기존의 네이밍이나 트레이딩 메커니즘은 독립적인 위치 투명성 결여로 중복된 객체들의 바인딩 서비스 지원이 불가능하다. 서로 다른 시스템 상에 존재하는 중복된 객체들이 동일한 서비스를 제공한다면, 각 시스템의 부하를 고려하여 클라이언트의 요청을 분산시킬 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 본 논문에서는 광역 컴퓨팅 환경에서 중복된 객체들의 위치 관리뿐만 아니라 시스템들간의 부하 균형화를 유지하기 위해 서 최소부하를 갖는 시스템에 위치한 객체의 선정하여 동적 바인딩 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 모델을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이 모델은 네이밍 및 트레이딩 기능을 통합한 서비스에 의해 중복된 객체들에 대한 단일 객체 핸들을 얻는 부분과, 얻어진 객체 핸들을 사용하여 위치 서비스에 의해 하나 이상의 컨택 주소를 얻는 부분으로 구성하였다. 주어진 모델로부터, 우리는 네이밍/트레이딩 서비스와 위치 서비스에 의한 전체 바인딩 메커니즘의 처리과정을 나타내고, 통합 바인딩 서비스의 구성요소들에 대한 구조를 상세하게 기술하였다. 끝으로 구현 환경과 구성요소에 대한 수행 화면을 보였다.
