This paper presents a review on the operations research modeis for environmental management including water, land, and air poliution in the environmental chain and including waste treatment, reverse logistics, and product recovery in the supply chain for last 30 years. The integrated and globalized environmental issues have given OR professionals a lot of natural opportunities for an effective environmental management with mathematical programming and computer simulation tool.

This paper discusses decommissioning procedure requirements management using requirement engineering to systematically manage the technical requirements and criteria that are required in decontamination and decommissioning activities, and the regulatory requirements that should be complied with in a decommissioning strategy for research reactors and nuclear power plants. A schema was designed to establish the traceability and change management related to the linkage between the regulatory requirements and technical criteria after classifying the procedures into four groups during the full life-cycle of the decommissioning. The results confirmed that the designed schema was successfully traced in accordance with the regulatory requirements and technical criteria required by various fields in terms of decontamination and decommissioning activities. In addition, the changes before and after the revision of the Nuclear Safety Act were also determined. The dismantling procedure requirement management system secured through this study is expected to be a useful tool in the integrated management of radioactive waste, as well as in the dismantling of research reactor and nuclear facilities.

Korean agriculture experienced rapid changes in its production structure to respond fluctuations on external conditions, and these changes have increased the dependence between agricultural resources and negative environmental externalities from agricultural production. As a tool for managing agricultural resources and reducing negative environmental effects from agricultural production, this study employs water-energy-food nexus for integrated resource management. To show the necessity of an integrated approach, this study evaluated three policy scenarios including changes in capital interest, water capacity, and energy cost. The results show that three scenarios have unintended consequences for farmers' incomes and their use of resources. Also the unintended consequences of government policies also affected farms' vulnerability to environmental changes. In particular, the expansion of financing for the establishment of non-circulating water curtain facilities did not have a significant effect on the crop switching of farms. In addition, increasing the amount of available water through the aquifer recharge project leads to the installation of non-circulating water curtain facilities in zucchini farm. It raises dependence on groundwater in agricultural production, thereby increasing farmers' vulnerability to groundwater shortages. These results imply that the agricultural sector needs to consider the interrelationship between agricultural resources when designing or evaluating policies.

베이스보드 매니지먼트 컨트롤러(BMC, Baseboard Management Controller)는 다양한 통신 인터페이스를 사용하여 서버 모니터링, 유지보수, 제어 기능을 지원한다. 그러나, 디바이스 드라이버 초기화 과정에서 예기치 못한 문제가 발생할 경우 BMC가 정상적으로 동작하지 않을 수 있기 때문에 디바이스 드라이버 초기화 과정을 정확하게 분석하고, 분석 결과를 확인할 수 있는 기능을 제공하는 부팅 과정 프로파일링 도구는 필수적이다. 기존 부팅 과정 프로파일링 도구들은 BMC 부팅 과정 분석에 필요한 디바이스 드라이버 초기화 과정과 결과를 구체적으로 제공하지 않아 개발자가 필요에 따라 여러 도구를 조합하여 사용해야 하는 불편함이 있다. 본 논문에서는 BMC의 부팅 과정 프로파일링 도구를 제안한다. 제안하는 도구는 디바이스 드라이버 초기화 과정분석, CPU 및 메모리 사용률 분석, 커널 버전 관리 기능을 제공한다. 제안하는 도구를 사용하여 부팅 과정을 쉽게 분석할 수 있으며, 분석 결과는 부팅 시간 단축에 사용될 수 있다. 또한 제안한 도구를 Linux 기반의 BMC에 구현하고, 제안한 도구가 기존 프로파일링 도구에 비해 효율적임을 보인다.

자동차 소프트웨어의 복잡성이 높아짐에 따라 안전문제가 중요해졌다. 그래서 이를 해결하기 위하여 Automotive SPICE 프로세스가 제안되었다. Automotive SPICE 프로세스 수행을 위해서는 통합된 관리 체계와 도구가 필요하다. 하지만 중소기업의 경우에는 인원과 자본이 부족하여 통합된 관리체계와 도구를 도입하기 힘들다. 따라서 Automtovie spice 최소 요구사항을 준수하는 HIS scope 항목을 목표로 해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 Automotive HIS scope 항목을 수행하는데 필요한 오픈 소스 기반 프로세스 관리 도구 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템으로 Automotive SPICE HIS scope 항목을 수행할 수 있으며, 수행 결과를 통하여 Automotive SPICE HIS scope 항목을 만족하는 것을 보였다.

Improving productivity of knowledge workers is an important issue in the 21st century referred as knowledge-based society. The core key word is knowledge sharing among constituents of an organization. The purpose of this study is to combine the social network position factors with attitude and behavior factors, and develop an integrated research model for the knowledge sharing among members of an organization. This study adopted the integrated theoretical framework based on social capital, self-efficacy, transactive memory, and knowledge sharing. Surveys were conducted to 42 organizational members from a department in a leading IT outsourcing company to empirically test the proposed research model. In order to validate the proposed research model, social network analysis tool, UCINET, a structural equation modeling tool, SmartPLS, were utilized. The empirical result showed that, first of all, organizational members' familiarity network position had significant influence on knowledge self-efficacy and transactive memory capability. Second, knowledge self-efficacy and transactive memory capability affected knowledge sharing intention. Third, knowledge sharing intention also had an impact on the job performance. However, organizational members' expertise network position had no significant influence on knowledge self-efficacy and transactive memory capability. This finding reveals the importance of the emotional approach rather than the rational approach in knowledge management. The theoretical and practical implications on the research findings were discussed along with limitations.

스마트폰의 활성화에 따라 SNS(Social Network Service)의 이용이 급증하고 있으며, 기업들은 이를 마케팅의 전략적 도구로 활용하고 있다. 대부분 기업에서의 SNS의 활용은 SNS가 갖는 기술적 문제로 SNS 채널별로 별도로 운영하고 있다. 본 논문은 다양한 운영체제(OS), 스크린(Screen), 채널(Channel), 그리고 브라우저(Browser)에 따라 별도의 APP을 구성하는 방식에서 벗어나 SNS 사용의 효율성과 효과성을 극대화하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 HTML5 웹 표준화 기술을 적용, 페이스북을 기반으로 SNS에 대한 통합 채널을 구현(implement)하고 그 결과를 보였다.

Modern naval ships are large complex systems with the number of requirements ranges from thousands to tens of thousands. To build a quality ship, the satisfaction of the requirements should be traced. In most shipbuilding projects it is almost impossible to manage all the requirements without a proper CASE (computer aided systems engineering) tool. And for effective management of the shipbuilding project, the integrated database for technical data is very important. This paper describes how the requirements are managed, and the integrated database is built in the naval shipbuilding industry in Korea.

Efficient communication of construction information has been critical for successful project performance. Building Information Modeling (BIM) has appeared as a tool for efficient communication. Through 3D CAD objects, it is possible to check interception and collisions of each object in advance. In addition, 4D simulation based on 3D objects integrated with time information makes it realize to go over scheduling and to perceive potential errors in scheduling. However, current scheduling simulation is still at a stage of animation due to manual integration of 3D objects and scheduling data. Accordingly, this study aims to develop an integrated model of 3D CAD objects that automatically creates scheduling information.

Purpose: This study aims to propose Kano-SERVQUAL integrated approach as an effective tool for evaluating auto service quality attributes to enhance the use of SERVQUAL. Methods: The Kano-SERVQUAL survey was conducted to evaluate customer perception for 28 auto service quality attributes which were obtained from auto service expert in 'H' company. The correlation analysis of SI(Satisfaction Index), DI(Dissatisfaction Index) and expectation values are conducted in this study. Results: The 28 auto service quality attributes are classified into attractive attributes and one-dimensional attributes. The results of this study show that the correlations between the customers' expectation values and DI is strongly positive correlation with 1% significance level, expectation values and SI is negative correlation with 10% significance level. Conclusion: The results show that the purposed Kano-SERVQUAL integrated approach provides a deeper understanding of service quality attributes in that it distinguishes the customers' expectation values between highly expected attributes(e.g. must-be attribute) and less expected attributes(e.g. attractive attribute).
