본 연구는 수계별 한정된 수자원의 효율적 관리를 위한 기존 댐의 연계운영과 병행하여 댐 상 하류 유출을 고려한 종합적인 수자원관리방안 수립의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라, 저수기 댐 상 하류의 수계주요지점에 대한 하천 유출상황을 모의할 수 있는 수문모형을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 강우유출 모형을 모의하기 위해서는 강우량, 유출량, 용수수요자료, 취수량 등을 입력자료로 한다. 여기에 활용되는 입력자료는 실시간 물관리 정보 시스템에 있는 DB의 자료를 사용한다. RRFS의 기반 모형은 미 공병단에서 개발한 SSARR 모형으로 하였으며 일단위 유출량을 산정하여 하천의 장단기 유출 예측을 실시한다.

A small, highly-trained crew working on the ship's automation has contributed to the improvement of operation efficiency and the labor environment on board ship. However, at the same time, having a small crew adds more responsibility to the ship's officers to safely operate and manage the ship. Recently, development on the system to concentrate important information being scattered at the various pieces of navigational equipment has been actively studied, using information and computer technology. The purpose of this study is to set up and implement an integrated marine data networking and communication system on the training-research ship. Information relating to navigation, engine and office automation were investigated and analyzed, and implementation methods associated with navigation, engine and the management information system were designed and presented. In addition, the networking system and navigational signal interface unit for the integrated communication system, and the data communication method between the ship and land are also discussed.

This research includes the prototype development of the master plan title. "National Research and Development Program Integrated Management System". The system collects the information of projects, supports the survey analysis evaluation, and pre budget coordination of national research and development programs, and provide the information service for people about the situation of the national research and development. The results of the research may be used as the base technologies in information service(information retrieval directory service) to manage all programs of national research and development in their life cycle and to allocate resources efficiently to the national research and development in the increasing tendency. tendency.

본 연구는 국립공원 관리에 활용될 수 있는 유비쿼터스 정보기술을 탐색하고, 국립공원의 관리부문인 탐방객, 자원, 시설, 교통과 정보, 서비스 부문별로 유비쿼터스 정보기술의 활용방안을 제시하는 것으로 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구결과, 국립공원 정보화의 핵심은 탐방객, 자원, 시설 등 관리부문에 대한 위치자료 및 속성자료의 수집과 그 관계성 분석 그리고 탐방 정보화 서비스에 있음을 규명하였다. 또한 국립공원 정보화를 위한 단계를 현재까지 축척된 자료와 위치정보를 일치시키는 단계, 유비쿼터스 정보기술을 활용한 자료 수집 단계, 현장관리와 실시간 의사결정 단계, 국립공원 관리 시스템 및 정보화 서비스의 통합 및 융합단계로 구분할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 국립공원 관리정책 수립 전반에 걸쳐 과학적이고 객관적인 정책 대안을 제시하기 위한 의사결정 지원체계로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

직업능력개발기관은 기관의 성격, 교육훈련과정 및 교육훈련방법 등이 다양해서 그 동안 효율적인 원가관리모형을 사용한 원가계산을 수행하지 못하였다. 본 논문은 이러한 필요성을 해소하기 위하여 새로운 원가관리기법인 개별원가계산, 활동원가계산 및 표준원가계산을 사용하여 직업능력개발기관의 통합된 원가관리모형을 구성하고, 이를 적용가능모형과 이상적인 모형의 두 단계로 구분하여 단계적으로 확장할 수 있도록 하였다. 통합모형에는 원가 계산방법뿐만 아니라 원가항목과 간접원가 배부기준 그리고 공헌이익에 의한 원가분석방법이 포함되어 있어서, 직업능력개발기관이 현장에서 원가정보를 쉽게 산출하고 분석할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 제시된 원가관리 통합모형이 성과관리와 연계되어 있지 않다는 한계점이 있지만, 현재 보유하고 있는 자료를 조금 더 세분화하고 일관되게 모형을 적용하면 보다 분석가치가 있는 원가정보를 산출할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 또한 향후 표준원가를 활용한 원가계산방법으로 발전해 나감으로써 성과평가와 연계되는 고리를 마련할 수 있을 것이다.

A configuration management system was implemented by applying PLM to the defense field. The PLM system has recently been incorporated in a wide range of industries, and it has allowed for improvements in work productivity and expansion of related services by comprehensively managing and securing connection regarding configuration information in the defense field. Implementations include acquisition of configuration related information and reinforcement of BOM-oriented configuration management function, securing compatibility among 3D drawings of different agencies, improvement of drawing and document management functions, comprehensive systematic configuration management focused on product structure, strengthened configuration control functions, a management system according to the work flow and life cycle functions, an integrated configuration management system of 3D model CAD resources and an enhanced management system. This paper covers a case study reviewing the implementation of a PLM-based configuration management information system and its results, so that the information can be made available to other agencies and companies seeking to apply PLM in their organizations.

In this study, users' perceptions and concerns about digital information resources were investigated, focusing on impediments to the use of digital resources, to devise measures for improvement by identifying factors that hinder the use of digital information resources. To achieve the purpose of the study, the research identifies the inconvenien ce factors and establishes the user inconvenience list based on prior research and the current status survey. Based on the derived list, a survey was conducted on users of public libraries. Through this study, it was found that the use of digital information resources can be enhanced by improving the internal library system. Specifically, it refers to improving search performance and accessibility of digital data, providing one-stop services for digital information resources through the operation of an integrated data management system, conducting customized user education, and establishing a digital information resource preservation system, e.g. web archiving. Also, improving the external environment and system, such as contracting with more libraries for digitized data use agreements, strengthening support, unifying the names and classifications of digital information resources, and simplifying the procedure for using digital information resources, is of great importance.

장서 수준에서 자원을 기술하는 것은 분산된 자원에 효과적으로 접근하는 정보 서비스의 중요한 구성요소로 인식되고 있다. 이 연구는 분산 자원을 효율적으로 탐색하고 관리하기 위한 CLD의 개념과 특징, 효과, 관련 표준을 살펴봄으로 장서정보 연구에 대한 기초를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 또한 외국에서 수행된 CLD 관련 프로젝트를 검토함으로서 주제 접근을 강화하기 위한 우리나라 디지털도서관의 새로운 방향을 제시하기 위한 것이다.

최근 전 세계적으로 대형 복합 재난이 빈번하게 발생할 뿐 아니라 매해 반복되고 있다. 이에 따라 과거의 정리된 재난과 관련한 원시자료 및 가공정보에 대한 체계적인 관리와 활용에 대한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 범정부 차원에서 재난안전 기록정보자원을 종합적으로 제공하여 재난안전정보의 허브(Hub)로서 중추적 역할을 수행할 수 있는 자동수집 기반의 재난안전 기록정보자원 아카이브 구축 전략을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내 외 재난아카이브 사례를 분석하여 재난안전 기록정보자원 아카이브 구축 시 고려할 사항들을 도출하였으며, 1) 재난안전 기록정보자원 전수조사, 2) 자동화 가능성 분석, 3) 아카이빙 대상 선별, 4) 메타데이터 자동수집에 이르는 4단계 구축전략을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 아카이브의 구축은 산발적으로 존재하는 정보의 통합관리와 정보의 공유 및 활용을 촉진하게 될 것이다.

정보통신기반시설은 국가 안전보장, 행정, 국방, 치안, 금융, 통신, 운용, 에너지 등의 업무와 관련된 전자적 제어 관리시스템 또는 정보통신망으로, 수자원분야는 국민의 편의와 안전에 중요한 수도 발전 댐관리 등을 전자적으로 수행할 수 있도록 제어시스템이 구축되어있다. 수자원분야는 또한 물관리 패러다임의 변화에 따라 제어시스템은 하나의 네트워크로 통합 관리되어 수계별로 유역통합물 관리가 실현되고 있다. 이러한 제어시스템은 다른 제어망, 업무망, 외부기관과의 연계등의 많은 보안상의 취약점을 노출하고 있고, 이에 대한 사이버테러는 사회 경제적으로 큰 혼란을 야기할 수 있으므로 제어시스템에 대한 보안의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보통신기반시설 - 특히 댐 보 등 수자원분야의 제어시스템 보안대책에 대해 알아보고자 한다.
