우리나라 대학도서관 공동보존서고의 구축 및 운영에 관한 연구 (The Development and Management of a Cooperative Storage Facility for Academic Libraries in Korea)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 대학도서관 공동보존서고의 구축과 운영에 필요한 주요한 기능적 특성을 검토 및 제안하는 것이다. 따라서 다른 나라 대학도서관 공동보존서고의 다양한 사례와 특성을 분석하고, 우리나라 환경에 적합한 공동보존서고의 물리적 시설, 부지의 확보와 건축, 운영 방안, 소장자료의 성격과 규모 자료의 소유권, 자료의 이용과 서비스 자료관리와 접근 시스템의 모형 등을 제시하였다. 우리나라 대학도서관 공동보존서고는 교내 공간의 최적의 활용성을 보장하고, "마지막 한 부"를 보존하며, 보존자료의 이용 효율을 보장하는 시설로 구축되어야 하며, 지역별, 권역별 단위 구축, 목적용 고밀도 저장시설의 신축, 인쇄자료 중심의 장서구성, 공동소유권의 인정 및 최신 정보기술을 활용한 도서관리 및 접근 시스템의 채택 등이 필요함을 강조하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a campus facility management system, construct 3D graphic data and attribute data of facilities on the Kumoh National Institute of Technology and then verificate the developed system's practicability. Utilized the existing campus facility data from the existing drawings, images, cadastre records and so forth, 3D position data of underground facilities surveyed with a total station and high-resolution aerial photos, 3D realistic models were produced by means of a XD2D software and a XDWORLD Builder Professional software of GIS engines. We intend to embody not only campus guide service in virtual reality space but visualization of 3D virtual campus by providing 2D and 3D data to web space using XDWORLD server soon after. It is expected that the campus facility management system is able to contribute to the integrated management of 3D facility data service, the support of prompt decision-making related to spatial affairs, the work simplification through data holding in common between the members of the staff and so forth.

공공기관 연구시설장비 효율성 향상을 위한 온라인 일정계획 시스템 개발 (Developing an On-line Scheduling System for Increasing Effectiveness of Public Research Facility)

  • The systematic management of technology infrastructure increasingly becomes critical as it represents the driving power for creating competitive advantage of nations and enterprises. In this sense, public facility and equipment, which is one major asset of technology infrastructure, should be managed effectively, systematically and efficiently to increase its overall equipment effectiveness. However, the manual and off-line communication was the unique way to communicate between the suppliers who provide facilities in the public sector and the customers who utilize the facilities in the industrial sector. This communication way caused invisibility of available usage time and increase of idle time, thereby decreasing the equipment effectiveness. This paper presents an web-based scheduling system that enables real-time collaboration and information sharing for increasing the equipment effectiveness. The designed system performs scheduling, facility management, order management and customer relationship management in an on-line platform, and carries out the processing and storing of relevant information in an integrated database. The paper includes a development approach to identify business process models and standardized system models by using object-modeling technique. The deliverable of the present work will contribute to increasing the equipment effectiveness by enhancing visibility, transparency and predictability by means of the integration with a legacy Enterprise Resource Planning.

실태조사를 통한 장기요양시설과 요양병원의 효율적 연계방안 (Study on the Efficient Integration of Long-term Care Facilities and Geriatric Hospitals by Using NHIC Survey Data)

  • 본 연구는 노인장기요양보험 도입이후 장기요양시설과 요양병원의 효율적 연계방안을 모색하기 위한 기초조사 연구이다. 본 연구는 문헌고찰을 기반으로 국민건강보험공단 노인장기요양운영센터를 이용 장기요양시설 192곳과 요양병원 168곳 시설관계자(시설장, 병원장 및 이용자 등)에게 운영현황과 효율적 연계방안에 대해 면접조사를 실시 분석하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, χ2검증 등을 SPSS 13.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 운영현황에서는 요양시설과 요양병원 모두 본인부담의 차이가 미미하나 식대에 대한 편차가 크게 나타났다. 경영수지적자에 대해서는 양 기관 모두 수가보전에 문제점을 지적하고 있으며, 교통과 환경요인이 입지조건을 좌우하는 것으로 파악되었다. 둘째 이용행태면에서는 양 기관 모두 비용할인 경험이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 면회를 오지 않는 경우가 많은 것으로 파악되었다. 반면, 요양시설이 사망 시까지 있는 경우가 요양병원에 비해 더 높게 나타나고 있다. 셋째, 기관의 서비스제공문제점으로는 일률적인 서비스제공, 가족의 지지나 방문 부족 등을 들 수 있다. 끝으로 양 기관의 효율적 연계방안으로는 수가현실화, 간병비 지급, 복합시설 허용, 판정기준 강화, 주치의, 요양병원의 장기요양보험 관리 방안 등을 제시하였다.

철도종합안전심사 결과 분석을 통한 효율적 심사방안 연구 (A Study on the Method Improvement of the Integrated Railway Safety Audit System through the Analysis of Results)

  • According to Railway Safety Act, Korea Transportation Safety Authority (KOTSA) has been entrusted with 'Integrated Railroad Safety Audit (IRSA) and has implemented the safety audit to the railroad operation agencies such as Korea Railroad (KORAIL) and the railroad facility management organization such as the Korea Rail Network Authority (KR Network). The target of IRSA is to establish the effective rail safety management system and to raise the safety level of the railroad operation and facility agencies by checking synthetically their performance of safety duties with sincerity according to the Railway Safety Act. Even though newly introduced IRSA is conducted smoothly, it is necessary to study the methodology and criteria of the state's safety audit system. The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of IRSA by the comparative research between IRSA and other similar safety audit system and to establish the consecutive improvement concept of IRSA. Second purpose is to confirm the effectiveness of IRSA by the analysis of the relationship between audit results and the safety level of the rail operation agencies.

국내.외 PV 통합 프로젝트의 사례분석 (Case Studies of Domestic and Foreign Photovoltaic Integrated Projects)

  • 본 논문은 국내 외 PV 통합 프로젝트를 구조 디자인의 시각에서 평가한 논문이다. 국내 외 대표사례를 공공시설과 전시시설로 구분하여 국내 사례 3가지, 해외사례 3가지의 대표 사례를 들었다. 평가항목은 건축물과의 자연스러운 통합, 엔지니어링디테일, 혁신적인 새로운 설계의 항목으로 평가하고 그 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 국내의 공공시설 및 전시시설은 주로 옥상층에 독립지지방식을 사용한 사례가 많았으며 아직 디자인적 통합부분에서는 미흡함을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 전시시설은 건축물 설계단계에서부터 PV 패널을 염두에 둔 사례들이 증가하고 있었다. 그에 비해 해외 공공시설 및 전시시설의 경우는 주로 모듈 접합방식을 사용하면서 구조적인 통합과 디자인적 통합을 동시에 이루었으며 사용하는 PV패널의 종류도 좀 더 다양함을 알 수 있었다.

철도종합안전심사제도 개선을 위한 해외 심사제도 분석 (The Investigation of the Overseas Audit Systems for the Improvement of the Integrated Railroad Safety Audit System)

  • Recently the assurance of railroad safety is very important issue in KOREA because there are lots of changes in the railroad industries. The Railway Safety Act was established in order to cope with these changes effectively and prevent the railroad transportation accidents. According to this law, Korea Transportation Safety Authority (KOTSA) has been entrusted with 'Integrated Railroad Safety Audit (IRSA)' and has implemented the safety audit to the railroad operation agencies such as Korea Railroad (KORAIL) and the railroad facility management organization such as the Korea Rail Network Authority (KR Network). The target of IRSA is to establish the effective rail safety management system and to raise the safety level of the railroad operation and facility agencies by checking synthetically their performance of safety duties with sincerity according to the Railway Safety Act. The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of IRSA by the comparative research between IRSA and other similar safety audit system. To study the efficiency of IRSA, we investigated the rail safety audit systems of EU system specially France, England where the big changes have happened for the rail operation concepts and Japan where government entity control the railroad safety. The international standards of Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS 18001), Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems Auditing (ISO 19011) are investigated.

지자체단위의 도로기반시설물 정보공유체계 구축을 위한 연구 (A Study for Construction of Road and Underground Facilities Information Sharing Systems in Local Government)

  • 도로와 지하시설물에 대한 정보공유체계구축은 정보공유미흡으로 인한 각종 안전사고방지 및 중복투자방지를 위해서 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지자체단위의 정보공유체계 구축방안으로 기본도 일원화(l/l,000수치지형도), 공유항목의 선정, 메타데이터 표준안 설정, 정보공유체계구축안을 제시하였다. 정보공유체계 구축안은 전용망을 이용한 분산형과 인터넷망을 이용한 웹기반형을 제시하였다. 또한 지자체에서 도로기반시설물에 대한 정보공유체계를 구축할 경우 적용할 수 있는 추진방안을 제안하였다.

  • This paper is a technical review of the research and development results of the Korea Nuclear Instrumentation and Control System (KNICS) project and Nu-Tech 2012 program. In these projects man-machine interface system architecture, two digital platforms, and several control and protection systems were developed. One platform is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for a digital safety system and another platform is a Distributed Control System (DCS) for a non-safety control system. With the safety-grade platform PLC, a reactor protection system, an engineered safety feature-component control system, and reactor core protection system were developed. A power control system was developed based on the DCS. A logic alarm cause tracking system was developed as a man-machine interface for APR1400. Also, Integrated Performance Validation Facility (IPVF) was developed for the evaluation of the function and performance of developed I&C systems. The safety-grade platform PLC and the digital safety system obtained approval for the topical report from the Korean regulatory body in February of 2009. A utility and vendor company will determine the suitability of the KNICS and Nu- Tech 2012 products to apply them to the planned nuclear power plants.

  • It is necessary to evaluate HMI inaspects of human factors in the design stage of MMIS(man machine interface system) and feedback the result of evaluation because operators performance is mainly influenced by the HMI. Therefore, the MMIS design should be reflected the operators psychological, behavioral and physiological characteristics in the interaction with human machine interface(HMI) in order to improve the safety and availability of the MMIS of a nuclear power plant(NPP) by reduction of human error. The development of human factors experimental evaluation techniques and integrated test facility(ITF) for the human factors evaluation become an important research field to resolve hi,am factors issues on the design of an advanced control room(ACR). We developed am ITF, which is aimed to experiment with the design of the ACR and the human machine interaction as it relates to the control of NPP. This paper presents the development of an ITF that consists of three rooms such as main test room(MTR), supporting test room(STR) and experiment control room(ECR). And, the ITF has a various facilities such as a human machine simulator(HMS), experimental measurement systems and data analysis and experiment evaluation supporting system(DAEXESS). The HMS consists of full-scope simulation model of Korean standard NPP and advanced HMI based on visual display nits (VDUS) such as touch color CRT, large scale display panel(LSDP), flat panel display unit and so on.
