An integrated display software platform for small UAV is developed based on parallel processing technique in this paper. When the small UAV with high-performance camera and avionic modules is employed to various surveillance-related missions, it is important to reduce the operator's workload and increase the monitoring efficiency. For this purpose, it is needed to develop an efficient monitoring software enable to manipulate the image and flight data obtained during flight within the given processing time and display them simultaneously. In this paper, we set up requirements and suggest the architecture for the software platform. The integrated software platform is implemented with parallel processing scheme. Based on AR drone, we verified that the various data are concurrently displayed by the suggest software platform.

We propose the AI Smart Factory Model for integrated management of production processes in this paper .It is an integrated platform system for the production of food packaging containers, consisting of a platform system for the main producer, one or more production partner platform systems, and one or more raw material partner platform systems while each subsystem of the three systems consists of an integrated storage server platform that can be expanded infinitely with flexible systems that can extend client PCs and main servers according to size and integrated management of overall raw materials and production-related information. The hardware collects production site information in real time by using various equipment such as PLCs, on-site PCs, barcode printers, and wireless APs at the production site. MES and e-SCM data are stored in the cloud database server to ensure security and high availability of data, and accumulated as big data. It was built based on the project focused on dissemination and diffusion of the smart factory construction, advancement, and easy maintenance system promoted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) manufacturing sites while we plan to propose this model in the paper to state funding projects for SMEs.

본 연구에서는 도시하천관리를 위한 다양한 분석 및 평가 모델들과 데이터 수집 모듈을 적용한 연계플랫폼을 개발하였다. 연계플랫폼에 적용된 모듈은 데이터 수집 및 제공 모듈, 홍수분석 모듈, 하천 평가 모듈 그리고 제방 붕괴 시뮬레이션 모듈로 효과적인 도시하천 관리를 위하여 선별하여 적용하였다. 연계플랫폼은 분석과 평가 모듈에 적용하기 위한 데이터를 다양한 기관으로부터 수집하여 전처리 과정을 통해 정제하여 저장한다. 저장된 데이터는 각 모듈의 입력자료로 가공하여 사용되며, 플랫폼을 통해 Open API로도 제공된다. 홍수분석 모듈은 도시 내부 및 하천에서 발생하는 홍수를 분석하여 대비할 수 있도록 제공되며, 하천 평가 모듈은 다방면으로 하천을 평가하여 하천 계획수립 및 관리에 이용된다. 제방 붕괴 시뮬레이션 모듈은 가상의 붕괴 상황에 대한 분석을 통해 제방 붕괴로 인해 발생 가능한 피해영역을 도출하여 대비책을 세우는 데 이용될 수 있다.

u-City 운영의 중심 역할을 담당하는 통합운영플랫폼은 유무선 통신망, 센서망을 연결하여 각종 센서 및 장치들을 수용하고, 다양한 정보를 통합적으로 수집 및 분석하며, 각종 인프라 요소들을 지능적으로 관제 운영한다. 본 연구에서는 u-City에서 통합운영플랫폼이 제공해야 할 서비스들을 공통응용 서비스, 운용관리 서비스 및 플랫폼 게이트웨이 서비스로 구분하고 각 서비스에 대한 세부 기능을 구성하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 구성된 세부 기능들은 상호간 정보 흐름 및 역할 정립을 통해 통합운영플랫폼의 서비스 기능을 명확히 할 것이며, 향후 서비스 기능 추가 및 수정에 따른 통합운영플랫폼의 기능 구성 참조 모델로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The existing DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) scheme has a limitation in providing various services through short-range wireless communication. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an intelligent WAVE/DSRC hybrid wireless platform that can improve data transmission speed and extend the effective communication range. This paper introduces WAVE/DSRC integrated platform technology using WAVE(Wireless Access in Vehicle Environments) to overcome the disadvantages of DSRC. First, the desinged software configuration of the WAVE/DSRC integrated platform is described. Then each task operation scheme and WAVE software design are described. By applying the WAVE/DSRC integrated platform, we can compensate the shortcomings of DSRC. It can provide more accurate and reliable services.

Objectives: Chemicals derived from various environment media contaminates food across the food supply chain. In Korea, levels of contaminants in food have been sporadically measured by monitoring programs of different government agencies. There is difficulty with data compilation and integrated analysis across media. Therefore, the aim of this study was to propose an overall integrated database and analytical platform design for the 'ECO-FOOD NET (Environmental COntaminant reduction platform for FOOD through an interagency collaboration NETwork)', a tool to support the reduction of environmental contaminants in food. Methods: We developed a new data structure and standardized protocols for the compilation of integrated data. In addition, we conducted subject-oriented logical and physical relational database modeling and created the architecture design of the platform. Results: We established a standardized code system related to exposure media and route, analysis method and food matrix. In addition, we designed the seven software modules of 'About the System', 'Introduction to Interagency Work', 'Media-Chemicals Profiles', 'Method Bank', 'Monitoring Data Base', 'Integrated Media Analysis', and 'Risk-Benefit Analysis'. Conclusions: This study will contribute to decision-making as a tool for executing risk management, such as sustainable reduction policies of contaminants in food.

선박의 자동화 수준이 높아지고 자율운항선박의 개발에 따라 선박의 IPMS (integrated platform management system)는 다양한 운영체제로 통제되는 개별 장비들을 통합하고 다량의 데이터를 실시간으로 처리해야 한다. 이러한 상황에서 데이터 처리를 위해 DDS (data distribution service) 미들웨어 기반 선박 IPMS 시뮬레이터를 개발하고 성능을 평가하였다. 이종 운영체제로 동작하고 있는 신호입출력장치와 IPMS 서버에서 초당 1,000개의 토픽을 비동기로 발간하고 구독한 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며, 초기 4초 동안 일부 토픽의 누락을 제외하고는 오류 없이 데이터를 수신하였다. 개발된 시뮬레이터는 실제 선박에서 DDS를 이용하여 다른 제어체계를 통합할 수 있음을 보여준다.

본 연구 논문에서는 건물 설비 관리자의 임무로 부여되어 수동적으로 관리되고 있는 주거환경 및 건물환경 관리 시스템에 대한 감시와 점검, 성능 및 고장 진단, 에너지 사용량 관리 시스템을 안드로이드 기반 통합제어 플랫폼을 통하여 관리함으로서 사용자의 접근이 쉽고 개발성 및 확장성에 대한 편의를 제공하도록 구현한다. 그리고 센서기반 스마트 홈 관련 제품은 데이터 교환 방식이 서로 다르기 때문에 이를 통합 할 수 있는 플랫폼을 개발하여 이기종간 네트워크 제품을 쉽고 연결하고 외부 데이터 전송 시 보안처리된 데이터 통신의 통합 작업이 가능하도록 지원하였다.

ICT의 발달과 사물인터넷(IoT), 센서 네트워킹 기술 등이 차세대 산업경쟁력으로 자리잡아감에 따라 각 지자체의 스마트시티 도입이 가속화 되고 있다. 스마트시티를 운영하기 위해서는 도시통합운영센터가 요구되어 지고 그 기반에 통합 플랫폼이 존재한다. 기존 스마트시티 플랫폼은 주로 2차원 지도 기반으로 CCTV정보, ITS 교통카메라 정보 등을 이용하여 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 보다 고도화된 스마트시티 서비스 제공을 위해 3차원 지도 정보, 건물과 시설물 단위정보, 대민 서비스를 위한 공공데이터포탈과의 연계 등이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트시티 통합 플랫폼과 관련된 국내외 관련 개발 현황을 살펴보고, 현재 개발 중에 있는 BIM/GIS 상호운용 플랫폼과 외부데이터 연계방안을 제시하였다. BIM/GIS 플랫폼은 지도기반 위치정보와 건물정보를 연계하여 실내외의 끊임없는 공간정보서비스를 가능하게 한다. 본 플랫폼에 적용된 외부데이터는 V-World, 서울시 열린 데이터, 건축데이터개방이며, BIM/GIS 플랫폼과 연계하여 국토계획 구역정보, 서울시 대기오염정보, 건축물대장정보 등을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 고도화된 신개념 스마트시티 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 BIM/GIS 통합플랫폼의 개발 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

A newly developed flexible active-matrix (AM-) electrophoretic display (EPD) is reported. The AM-EPD features: (1) low-temperature polycrystalline silicon (LTPS) thin film transistor (TFT) technology, (2) fully integrated scan- and data-drivers, (3) flexibility and light-weight realized by transferring the whole circuits onto a plastic substrate using $SUFTLA^{TM}$ (Surface Free Technology by Laser Annealing/Ablation) process. A large storage capacitor is formed in each pixel so that driving electric field can be kept sufficiently strong during a writing period Two-phase driving scheme, a reset-phase which erases a previous image and a writing-phase for writing a new image, was chosen to cope with EPD's high driving voltage. The flexible AM-EPD has been successfully operated with a driving voltage of 8.5 V.
