Purpose: To investigate the relationships among stress, depression, family function, and activities of daily living in elderly females. Methods: Using a descriptive correlation for the study design, data was collected from 134 elderly females older than 60 years of age. Result: The level of depression among the subjects was 6.04($\pm5.30$) and level of stress was 1.62($\pm.70$). The performance capacity of the activities of daily living was 17.79($\pm0.87$), and the instrumental activities of daily living was 22.33($\pm2.66$). The family function was 2.82($\pm3.47$). Depression and stress showed a positive correlation(p<.001) and had a negative correlation with family function(p=.025), as the correlation with instrumental activities of daily living was negatively related(p=.008). Stress had a positive relationship with family function(p<.001). and was negatively related to instrumental activities of daily living (p=.041). Conclusion: For health promotion of elderly females, it is critical to make an effort to establish and constantly develop a program, as well as policy for the health of the elderly considering and understanding gender differences.

The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between instrumental tenderness parameters and histochemical characteristics in the porcine longissimus dorsi muscle, and to investigate a comparison between tenderness parameters such as the Warner-Bratzler shear-force (WBS) and texture profile analysis (TPA). A negative relationship between WBS and fiber area was observed. However, there was no significant relationship between hardness and muscle fiber area. The percentage of fiber type IIb exhibited a positive correlation with hardness. There was a negative relationship between the type IIa composition percentage and hardness. This study showed that some muscle fiber characteristics were related to WBS and TPA parameters, especially hardness.

Considerate design enhances the familiarity, consideration and design accessibility of various customers. The aim of this study lies on analyzing the aesthetic characteristics and instrumental characteristics of fashion design and applying the considerate design principles. The fashion photograph collection that applies the considerate design principle, was collected from 2006 S/S to 2011 F/W through the following internet site: www. style. com. First, the considerate design key words used in the preceding studies and literatures were classified semantically into these words: "Supportiveness", "Variability", "Ease", "Protection". The result shows that considerate fashion design has used simple, comfortable and achromatic, squared silhouettes that are not affected by the changing trend, simple color coordination and hard materials to prolong the product and the plain pattern. By analyzing the instrumental characteristics of considerate fashion design according to the principles, designs of "Supportiveness" purposely used many changes and showed reversible ways the most. Designs of "Variability" used design changes in length, volume, detail, and other changing forms. Designs of "Ease" used easy-wear apparel, ties and pleats. Designs of "Protection" partially used coverings and different combinations.

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of oligosaccharide addition on Jeung-Pyun fermentation. Fructooligosaccharide (FOS), isomaltooligosaccharide (IMOS), galactooligosaccharide (GOS) were used at the concentration of 15%, 25% or 35% of the rice in Jeung-Pyun ingredients. The physicochemical properties, sensory evaluation and instrumental characteristics were examined. The internal structure of Jeung-Pyun samples was observed by SEM. The pH of Jeung-Pyun batters was decreased as the fermentation progressed. Compared with the control using sucrose, the specific volume of Jeung-Pyun was higher in the 15% and 25% of oligosaccharide-added samples. The degree of gelatinization decreased more slowly than control as the storage time increased both at 20$\^{C}$ and 4$\^{C}$. In sensory evaluation, Jeung-Pyun with FOS and IMOS at the levels of 25∼35% and GOS at the levels of 25% showed the best scores. In instrumental characteristics, springiness, gumminess, hardness and cohesiveness were similar among all samples during storage at 20$\^{C}$ and 4$\^{C}$. In the internal structure of Jeung-Pyun observed by SEM, Jeung-Pyun substituted with oligosaccharide at the levels of 25% for sucrose showed large and regularly distributed air pores. In conclusion, the replacement of sucrose with oligosaccharide in Jeung-Pyun ingredients appeared acceptable in terms of fermentative aspects.

본 연구는 노인을 대상으로 구강 입체인지 검사를 시행한 후 그 특징을 알아보고 인지, 수단적 일상생활, 삶의 질과의 연관성을 확인하고자 하였다. 경기도에 거주하는 75세 이상의 노인 20명을 대상으로 구강 입체인지를 평가하고, 인지는 MoCA-K, 수단적 일상생활수준은 K-IADL, 삶의 질은 GQOL을 사용하여 평가 하였다. 구강 입체인지는 연령이 높아짐에 따라 정확성이 감소되며, 교육수준에는 영향을 받지 않았다. 여러 가지 도형 중 모서리가 명확하고 면적이 넓은 도형이 인식하기 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 구강 입체인지는 인지, 수단적 일상생활, 삶의 질과 관련성이 있어 본 연구를 통해 노인의 구강 입체인지는 인지를 포함한 노인의 기능 수준과 삶의 질을 예측할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 구강을 통한 노인의 신체적, 정신적 건강 관리의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료되고, 대규모의 대상자를 통한 노인용 구강 입체인지 평가도구의 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 지체장애인의 성별에 따른 정신적 건강상태에 미치는 요인을 파악하여 그들의 건강한 삶을 도모하고자 시도되었다. 제6차 국민노후보장패널을 이용하여 지체장애인 333명을 연구 대상으로 하였다. 도구적 일상생활 수행능력, 물질적 지지, 우울, 삶의 만족도, 정신적 건강상태를 알아보기 위하여 기술통계, t-test를 사용하였고, 정신적 건강상태에 미치는 영향요인을 알아보기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 지체장애인의 정신적 건강상태에 영향을 주는 요인을 성별로 구분하여 알아본 결과 남성의 경우 도구적 일상생활 수행능력, 물질적 지지, 우울, 삶의 만족도가 영향을 주었고 여성의 경우 배우자 여부, 우울, 삶의 만족도가 영향을 주었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 지체장애인들을 이해하고 정신건강 증진 프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

<호선무(胡旋舞)>는 악가무적 장르이다. 당시 <호선무>가 백제에서 널리 알려진 기록은 없으나 수양제(隋煬帝)가 장안(長安)으로 <호선무>를 초청한 것은 당시 백제의 인기상품이었기 때문이다. 이에 따라 백제기악 <호선무> 버전의 콘텐츠를 악가무적 장르로 설정하였고 주요 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, <백제기악>의 공연무대 설정은 중국의 주변국 <기악>의 4방 악의 학설을 분석하여 <백제기악>의 모습을 짐작하였다. 그리고 <백제궁중기악(百濟宮中伎樂)>의 무대를 활용하여 <호선무>의 무대를 설정하였다. 둘째, <호선무>의 춤 동작은 천상과 지상의 두 종류를 통해 동작을 구상하였다. <호선무는> 초당(618~707)에 나타난 제220굴 벽면의 그림과 <동방약사경변>·<서방정토경변>에 그려진 그림으로 설정했다. 셋째, <호선무>는 원안에서 '빠르게 돌아가는 춤'으로 수용하여 백제기악 <호선무>의 춤 동작을 설정하였다. 넷째, 미마지(味摩之) <기악무(伎樂舞)>를 제시하여 <호선무> 춤과 의상을 구체화 하였다. 여기에는 무용수가 여섯 사람이 참여하고 두 차례로 나누어 출연한다. 앞에는 4명, 뒤에는 2명이 배치되며 무용수의 '장속(裝束)'은 사냥꾼의 복장에 도깨비 가면을 쓰고 오른손에 꽃핀 매화나무 가지를 들고 있다. 이를 통하여 <호선무>의 동작과 의상을 좀 더 세부적으로 재현 할 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 백제기악(百濟伎樂) <호선무(胡旋舞)> 버전의 콘텐츠를 교육·연극·무용·관광 등에서 다양하게 설정하여 활용하면 경제 활성화는 물론, 한류화(韓流化)에 기여할 수 있다.

강남콩, 녹두. 옥수수전분을 탈지 및 지질첨가한 다음 8% 겔을 만들어 실온에서 3시간과 24시간 저장한 후 겔의 관능적, 기계적 특성변화를 알아보았다. 관능검사 에서 전분겔의 종합적인 맛에 영향을 주는 요인들은 견고성, 응집성, 탄성, 휘어짐성으로 녹두전분겔이 가장 높은 값을 보여주었고 옥수수전분겔, 강남콩전분겔 순이었다. 전반적으로 탈지전분이 생전분보다 겔을 만들었을 때 유의적으로 높은 값을 보였고 탈지 및 지질첨가 옥수수전분겔의 특성치가 녹두전분겔과 비슷하였다. 기계적 물성검사에서 시료전분겔의 특성을 잘 나타내 주는 특성치는 견고성으로 녹두전분겔이 가장 높았고 옥수수전분겔, 강남콩전분겔 순이었으며 탈지전분이 모든 경우에 가장 높았다. 탈지 및 지질첨가 옥수수전분겔의 견고성과 탄성은 녹두전분겔과 비슷하였으며, 24시간 저장한 전분겔은 3시간 저장한 전분겔보다 견고성은 증 가하였으나 다른 특성치는 비슷하였다.

We examined the characteristics of the SNU uvby, $H_{\beta}$ filter system through the computation of theoretical photometric indices and the transformation of the observed instrumental system to the natural and standard systems.
