압밀기반에서 안전한 상태의 제방건축 산출 (Calculation of the safe mode of embankment erection on the consolidated basis)

  • 본 연구에서는 K.Terzaghi의 유효응력이론을 인용하여 압밀기반의 안전하중 산출 과정과 결과를 제시하였다. 일반적인 강도를 평가하기 위하여 이용된 J.I.Solovyov의 순간강도 이론에 기초를 두어, 제시한 방법은 포화된 연약점토지반에서 도로의 유지보수 뿐 아니라 축조 과정에 안전하중의 계산 적용이 가능하다. 실제로 편리한 표준 압밀 drain test에서 정의된 점착력, 내부 마찰각과 같은 강도정수를 가진 유효응력은 실제적 적용을 고려하기 위하여 산출된다.

  • Reinforced concrete have defect in durability due to carbonation, freezing and thawing, and penetration of chloride ions with time in spite of superb structure. Especially steel corrosion in concrete due to penetration of chloride ions have result in a marked decline in service life. The principal purpose in this study is to see effect of sacrificial anode cathodic system, one of the electrochemical methods in order to the control of steel corrosion in concrete. There are chloride content in concrete in cracked and no cracked specimen with cathodic protection. To recognize the effect of sacrificial anode cathodic protection, Instant-off potential are measured. We have the excellent effect for control steel corrosion adaption sacrificial anode cathodic system.

  • Recent construction activities and maintenance of marine facilities have been accelerating to keep up with rapid economic growth in Korea. Marine concrete structures are exposed to salts an chloride from ocean environments. The corrosion of reinforcement steel caused by chloride-penetration into concrete may severely effect the durability of concrete structures. The objective of this research is to develop a durable concrete by investigating the corrosion resistance of various corrosion protection systems utilizing different water/cement ratio, silica fumes, corrosion inhibitors and etc. A tow-year verification test on various corrosion protection systems has been doing in the laboratory and at the seaside. Corrosion investigations on reinforcement steel are now under progress for more than 180 concrete specimen. Corrosion-related measurements include macrocell corrosion current, instant-off voltage between corroding and noncorroding reinforcement, chloride contents, the corroded surface areas on the reinforcement steel, and etc. A low level of corrosion is investigated on reinforcement steels in concrete specimen made with corrosion inhibitors or applied aqueous impregnating corrosion inhibitors into their surface, even though high chloride contents of concrete specimen.

콘크리트 누수균열의 유지관리를 위한 누수보수용 주입형 실링재 시공방법 연구 (A Study on the Construction Methods of Sealer of Injection Type for Leakage Maintenance for Water Leakage and Cracks in Concrete)

  • Since water leakage and cracks are not the source of serious problems such as long-term lowering of performance and durability of a stricture, including damages to operating facilities of a structure, damages to internal finishing materials, exhibition, and goods, and pollution of residential environment, they might have led to development of positive coping skills; however, an instant loss of lives or property due to earthquake, explosion, typhoon, or a fire was indeed neglected. In these days, repair materials for leakage cannot help but being taken in temporary way without any noticeable countermeasure. This kind of repair is socially criticized many times that is defective construction even if this costs a lot. It was not arrange the standard for construction methods of sealer of injection type for leakage maintenance, even it has been used various type of construction methods for leakage part. In conclusion, we suggest that the construction methods of sealer of injection type for leakage maintenance for leakage to establish the leakage repairing technology as increase of structure demand. Therefore, it would be possible to provide a stage-by-stage solution by developing systematic research activities among the industry, schools, and research institutes to spread maintenance management techniques globally through technical solution to water leakage and cracks, acquisition of structural safety with prolonged durability for life cycle, reduction of water leakage repair expense s, and so on.

자동차 실내 인화성물질과 전기과부하에 의한 화재관련 사례 연구 (A Study for Examples of Fire including with Combustible Substance and electrical overload in Automotive Inside Room)

  • 이 논문은 자동차 실내의 인화성 물질과 전기적인 접촉 불량에 의한 화재사례를 분석하고 연구하는 것이다. 첫 번째 사례는 운전자가 에어컨 냄새 탈취제인 방향제를 사용 후 실내의 크래쉬 패드에 두고 내린 것이 외부의 복사열에 의해 폭발하면서 화재가 발생된 것으로 확인되었다. 두 번째 사례는 운전자가 자동차 실내에 전자기기 등을 사용하면서 전기적인 과부하가 걸려 단락현상에 의해 화재가 발생된 것으로 확인되었다. 세 번째 사례는 자동차 내부의 시트를 따뜻하게 하기 위해 열선을 설치하였다. 초기에 설치하였을 때는 화재의 위험성이 약했으나 5,000km를 운행하면서 이 열선의 내구성이 떨어지면서 순간적으로 전기적인 과부하가 발생되었고, 이 열이 시트에 옮겨 붙으면서 자동차 화재가 발생된 것으로 확인되었다. 네 번째 사례는 뒷좌석에 있던 승객이 담배를 피우던 중 완전히 소화하지 않은 상태로 둔 것이 가연성 종이에 옮겨 붙어 자동차가 전소된 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서, 실내의 인화성 물질이나 전기적인 시스템을 추가로 사용할 때는 화재가능성을 최대한 고려하고 이에 대한 세심한 대책을 강구하여야 한다.
