병원관리에서 의료보험 입원진료비의 병원자체심사 결과의 분석 연구 - 일 대학병원의 퇴원전 심사를 중심으로 (Analytic Study of the Hospital Self Inspection Results with the Medical Insurance Inpatient Fee on the View-point of the Hospital Management. -based on the University hospital Pre-discharge inspection-)

  • The purposes of this study were to evaluate the results of the hospital self inspection with the medical insurance and to offer basic materials to the medical insurance inspection and the education of medical insurance. The study was undertaken with 4,730 cases among the total 13,810 medical insurance in patients from Jan. 1990 to Dec. 1990 at one university hospital in Pusan. The major contents of the inspection were the omission of diagnosis and medical fee, curtailment, application mistake, the rates of inclusion, subtraction and total accumulation. The data were collected using patients charts and bills. The results of the paper analysis were as follows. 1. From the pre-discharge hospital self inspection, major omission were treatment and material fee but medication fee were moderately high and high curtailment was operation fee. 2. Decreasing order of operation fee adjustment were digestive(22.4%) muscular(22%) and neuro system operation(21.4%). Majority of the medication fee adjustments were injection form of medication(95.7%). 50% of the treatment fee adjustments were composed of injection fee(27.9%) and dressing or post-operative dressing fee(22.3%). 74.7% of material costs were composed of oxygen(30.6%), blood and the blood composed materials(44.1%). 3. Pre-discharge inspection showed 6% adjustment rate, 4.3% addition and 2.1% curtailment rate. Most of the adjustment were omission(66.1%). 4. Omission were divided by event omission(92.6%)and application mistake(7.4%). The decreasing order of omission fee were operation(21.84%), treatment(18.71 %) diagnosis(18.68%), medication (14.53%) and material costs(10.84%). So operation and treatment part were the major part of the total omission fee(40.55%). 5. The average omission of diagnosis were 1,800 per month.

The Effect of Design Thinking Based Artificial Intelligence Education Programs on Middle School Students' Creative Problem Solving Ability

  • 본 논문에서는 중학생으로 대상으로 디자인 씽킹 기반 인공지능 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 적용하여 창의적 문제해결력에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 검사도구는 이화선, 표정민, 최인수(2014)의 CPS 이론을 토대로 창의적 사고유형 능력을 측정하기 위한 검사도구인 창의적 문제해결 프로파일 검사(CPSPI: Creative Problem Solving Profile Inventory)를 사용하였다. CPSPI는 기존 검사들의 한계를 보완하여 인지적 선호도와 인지적 능력을 평가하고, 자신의 아이디어를 타인과 공유하고 설득하는 단계를 포함하였다. 디자인 씽킹 기반 인공지능 교육 프로그램 적용 전 후, 창의적 문제해결력을 분석한 결과, 모든 영역에서 유의미하게 상승하였다. 중학생의 창의적 문제해결력을 분석한 결과 문제발견 및 분석, 아이디어 생성, 실행계획, 실행, 설득 및 소통 영역에서 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 인공지능교육에서 창의적 문제해결력을 향상시키기 위한 교수학습 방법으로 디자인 씽킹의 효과를 확인하였다.

PCB 검사를 위한 개선된 통계적 그레이레벨 모델 (Improved Statistical Grey-Level Models for PCB Inspection)

  • Grey-level statistical models have been widely used in many applications for object location and identification. However, conventional models yield some problems in model refinement when training images are not properly aligned, and have difficulties for real-time recognition of arbitrarily rotated models. This paper presents improved grey-level statistical models that align training images using image or feature matching to overcome problems in model refinement of conventional models, and that enable real-time recognition of arbitrarily rotated objects using efficient hierarchical search methods. Edges or features extracted from a mean training image are used for accurate alignment of models in the search image. On the aligned position and orientation, fitness measure based on grey-level statistical models is computed for object recognition. It is demonstrated in various experiments in PCB inspection that proposed methods are superior to conventional methods in recognition accuracy and speed.

태양광발전시설 무인 유지보수 로봇 개발 (Development of Unmanned Cleaning Robot for Photovoltaic Panels)

  • This paper describes the results of a study on the unmanned maintenance robot that simultaneously performs the cleaning and inspection of the photovoltaic panels. The robot has a special adsorptive device, an infrared sensor, a vacuum level sensor and a camera. The robot uses two SSC (Sliding Suction Cup) adsorptive devices to move up and down the slope. First, the forces generated when the robot moves up the slope are mechanically analyzed, and the required design and control of the adsorption system are suggested. The robot was designed and manufactured to operate stably by using the presented results. Next, the normal force between the panel and the wheel was measured to confirm that the robot was manufactured and operated as intended, and the robot motion was tested on the inclined panel. It has been proven that robots are well designed and built to clean and inspect sloped panels.

지역적 이진 특징과 적응 뉴로-퍼지 기반의 솔라 웨이퍼 표면 불량 검출 (Local Binary Feature and Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy based Defect Detection in Solar Wafer Surface)

  • This paper presents adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference based defect detection method for various defect types, such as micro-crack, fingerprint and contamination, in heterogeneously textured surface of polycrystalline solar wafers. Polycrystalline solar wafer consists of various crystals so the surface of solar wafer shows heterogeneously textures. Because of this property the visual inspection of defects is very difficult. In the proposed method, we use local binary feature and fuzzy reasoning for defect detection. Experimental results show that our proposed method achieves a detection rate of 80%~100%, a missing rate of 0%~20% and an over detection (overkill) rate of 9%~21%.

초등학생의 계절 변화 개념 검사를 위한 도구 개발 (Development of Tool for Examining Seasonal Change Concepts of Elementary School Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 신뢰도와 타당도가 확보된 계절 변화 개념 검사 도구를 개발하고 계절 변화 개념과 관련된 하위 개념과 오개념에 대하여 객관적으로 관찰하고 분석하여 변인 간의 관계를 설명하고자 하였다. 계절 변화 개념 검사 도구의 개발 과정은 검사 도구 개발 계획 수립, 검사 도구 초안 개발, 예비 검사 및 검사 도구 수정, 최종 검사 도구 개발, 본 검사 실시의 과정으로 이루어졌다. 개발된 검사 도구는 학생의 계절 변화 개념 형성 정도를 검사하고 개념 형성에 어려움이 있다면 그 원인이 무엇인지 분석하여 적절한 학습과 도움을 제공하는데 활용할 수 있다. 개발한 검사 도구를 이용하여 6학년 198명을 대상으로 한 회귀 분석 결과 선수학습개념의 이해정도와 오개념의 교정 정도는 계절 변화 단원에서 학습한 개념에 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 오개념이 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 평균 점수를 기준으로 절단점을 생성하여 구분한 두 구간 중 평균 점수 이상 구간 학생들은 오개념의 교정 정도가 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 평균 점수 이하 구간 학생들은 선수학습개념의 이해정도가 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다.

넙치 양식장 HACCP 적용을 위한 위생관리에 대한 연구 (Research on Sanitation Control for an HACCP Application for a Flatfish (Paralichthys olivaceus) Aquaculture Farm)

  • Many sanitation control problems due to aging facilities and equipment were identified when applying an HACCP system to a flatfish (Paralichthys olivaceus) aquaculture farm. Specifically, the major problems included a lack of awareness about worker hygiene, lack of management of the use of fish medicines, and vulnerability to secondary contamination by cross-contamination owing to a failure to separate breeding tools used for healthy and unhealthy fish. Therefore, the management standards on the farm regarding the surrounding environment, facilities and equipment, breeding tools, feed and medication, and the hygiene of practitioners must be improved. The hygiene management standards were divided into different procedures such as the management of farm hygiene and environmental sanitation, facilities and equipment, fish hygiene, feed, medications, water, and the stocking and shipping of fish. For each procedure, we established the management standards, inspection period, inspection procedures, and how to deal with errors that occur, to enable hygiene management by a small number of managers. Additionally, an inspection system and record form to implement an HACCP system were developed to maintain systematic management. The management and inspection of all aspects of the farm were designed to be easily managed by the supervisor.

유방자가검진 교육을 위한 조사 연구 (A Study for the Health Education of Breast Self-Examination)

  • This study was undertaken to examine the degree of knowledge and compliance of breast self-examination with women. The subjects for this study were 474 women aged 35-65 receiving health examination from Yonsu-ku Public Health Service Center in Inchon. Data collection was conducted through the use of 2 questionnaires. Analysis of the data was done by used of descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of this study were as follows: 1. There were significant differences in the breast self-examination compliance rate according to age(F=5.82, p=.000), marital status(F=2.67, p=.047), educational level (F=5.83, p=.000) and household income (F=3.41, p=.018). 2. The correct answer rate for each items of breast self-examination knowledge scale was between 14.1% of a minimum rate and 65.0% for a maximum rate of 100. The degree of knowledge for relation of breast cancer and menopause, the time of the highest occurance of breast cancer, the best time of breast self-examination and inspection methods of breast self-examination shows relatively low understanding. 3. The average score of breast self-examination was 1.34 from a maximum score of 6. The score of breast self-examination with palpation methods was higher than with inspection methods. 4. A positive correlation was found between breast self-examination knowledge and compliance rate (r=.417, p=.001). According to the results, it is necessary to provide knowledge of the relationship of breast cancer and menopause, the time of the highest occurance of breast cancer, and the best time of breast self-examination and inspection methods of breast self-examination. Also, it is necessary to provide detail guidance for inspection methods and develop a program for promoting the compliance of breast self-examination.

영상기반 자동검사시스템에서 Run Length Coding을 이용한 한도 결함 검출 전처리 기법 (Ultimate Defect Detection Using Run Length Coding in Automatic Vision Inspection System)

  • 자동 결함 검사 시스템 (AVI - Automated Vision Inspection Systems)은 디지털 영상을 통하여 표면의 결함을 자동으로 검출해 주는 시스템이다. 일반적으로 AVI 시스템의 성능은 한도 결함 검출력으로 판별한다. 한도 결함이란 결함 신호가 배경신호와 매우 유사하여 명확히 결함을 검출하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 신호대잡음비 (SNR - Signal to Noise Ratio)를 개선할 수 있는 전처리 기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 기법은 인간 시각 시스템 (HVS - Hunman Visual System) 원리를 기반으로 하였으며 이를 RLC (Run Length Code)로 구현하였다. 실험결과 제안된 전처리 기법은 한도 결함 영상에 대해 SNR이 두 배 이상 개선되는 효과를 보였으며 이를 이용하면 AVI 시스템의 검출성능 향상을 기대할 수 있다.

자동차 점검 추천 시스템 설계 (Design of Vehicle Inspection Recommendation System)

  • 본 논문은 자동차 점검이 이루어질 때 작업현장, 교육현장, 기타 시공간에서 현재 상황에 따라 지능화 및 개인화에 근거해 추천함으로써 생산성 향상, 비용절감, 성과향상 등을 이루고자 한다. 이에 본 연구는 태스크 온톨로지를 이용한 자동차 점검 추천시스템 개발 방법을 설계하였다. 추천 방법은 추상개념을 기반으로 각 추상개념에 연결되는 부품들을 가중치 값 순서로 보여줄 수 있도록 하고, 부품이 다른 추상개념과 연결될 경우 부품들을 확장하여 보여 주도록 하였다.
