반도체 부품 마크 미세 결함 검사를 위한 패턴 영역 분할 및 인식 방법 (Pattern Partitioning and Decision Method in the Semiconductor Chip Marking Inspection)

  • To inspect the defects of printed markings on the surface of IC package, the OCV (Optical Character Verification) method based on NCC (Normalized Correlation Coefficient) pattern matching is widely used. In order to detect the micro pattern defects appearing on the small portion of the markings, a Partitioned NCC pattern matching method was proposed to overcome the limitation of the NCC pattern matching. In this method, the reference pattern is first partitioned into several blocks and the NCC values are computed and are combined in these small partitioned blocks, rather than just using the NCC value for the whole reference pattern. In this paper, we proposed a method to decide the proper number of partition blocks and a method to inspect and combine the NCC values of each partitioned block to identify the defective markings.

  • A tape feeder of a SMD(Surface Mount Device) mounter is a device that sequentially feeds electronic components on a tape reel to the pick-up system of the mounter. As components are getting much smaller, feeding accuracy of a feeder becomes one of the most important factors for successful component pick-up. Therefore, it is critical to keep the feeding accuracy to a specified level in the assembly and production of tape feeders. This paper describes a tape feeder inspection system that was developed to automatically measure and inspect feeding accuracy using machine vision. It consists of a feeder base, an image acquisition system, and a personal computer. The image acquisition system is composed of CCD cameras with lens, LED illumination systems, and a frame grabber inside the PC. This system loads up to six feeders at a time and inspects them automatically and sequentially. The inspection software was implemented using Visual C++on Windows NT with easily usable GUI. Using this system, we can automatically measure and inspect the quality of all feeders in production process by analyzing the measurement results statistically.

There are many business conditions of change of business or reduce operations, if unemployment populations of 5%, 100,000 peoples doing the commencement of an enterprises, enormous number of dining out companies will be increased and the competition will be fierce, especially those who have short knowledge and experience doing the commencement of an enterprises have high failure than success which will give a problems to society. Our study is to make the commencement of an enterprise to reducing the faiure and to be successful for main point to successful commencement of an enterprise, the established can self capability and mental condition, the main important factor is types of industry selection, successful and those established who takes this conditions will very carefully inspect various matters by scientifically and rationally mind industrys propulsion graphs and open official fixture graphs will framing detail factors. One by inspect the reduction of failure, and successful commencement of an enterproses mind industry have been studied.

  • 국내의 배관시설은 약 30년이 지난 지금 배관의 노후화에 따른 부식 및 결함 등이 나타나기 시작하고 있다. 저비용 고효율의 노후관 갱생을 위한 배관 로봇시스템 개발에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 배관의 탐사, 표면처리와 도장기술 및 열악한 작업환경에서의 고장에 강인한 로봇시스템 구성은 배관 로봇의 중요한 요인으로 알려져 있다. 지하매설 배관의 관리는 경제적 부담과 고도의 기술이 요구되는 실정에 업체에서 쉽게 대응하기 어려운 실정이다. 이러한 이유로 인하여 본 논문에서는 로봇의 노후관 탐사, 표면처리 및 도장이 가능한 로봇 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 로봇은 벽면 압착방식을 이용하여 구동력 및 작업을 위한 견인력을 확보하였다.

  • A pressurizer is one of the major safety related equipment of nuclear power plants. In order to inspect and maintain the internal structures of a pressurizer, jumpers have to enter the pressurizer, in spite of the high dose exposure. Therefore, a tele-operated robotic manipulator has been developed, which consists of four parts with 2DOFs arms, a gripper, base frame, and control console. The task of this robotic manipulator is to extract the damaged electric heaters and inspect the internal structure of the pressurizer. The gripper hanging from the manipulator approaches the heaters and extracts the damaged heater by using a self-locking mechanism. In order to investigate the structural stability of the robotic manipulator, a stress analysis has been performed by using the ANSYS code. The results of this paper include the position control and vibration control of robotic gripper and the development of processing visual information for a vision sensor.

  • 본 논문에서는 라인스캔 기술을 이용하여 자동차 사출성형 부품의 결함을 검사하는 방법을 제안한다. 검사대상의 결함을 검사하기 위한 검사 알고리즘은 라인 검출 알고리즘, 결함 분석 알고리즘으로 구성된다. 라인 검출 알고리즘은 레이저 선의 중심점에 해당하는 픽셀의 좌표를 결정한다. 검사 알고리즘은 해당 검사대상 모델에 대한 패턴 데이터와 라인 검출 알고리즘으로부터 얻은 데이터를 이용하여 제품의 불량 유무를 결정한다. 검사 정확도, 처리 시간 등의 평가를 통해 제안하는 검사 방법이 유효함을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 곡면 복합재 구조물의 모서리에 위치한 결함을 검사하고 가시화하기 위해 제안된 레이저 초음파 기반 회전식 검사 기법을 소개한다. 모서리 부위에 결함이 위치한 L 형 복합재 구조물을 레이저 초음파 기반 회전식 검사 기법을 이용하여 검사하였다. L 형 시편은 층간분리 손상을 모사하기 위해 각기 다른 세 가지 깊이에 위치한 인공 결함을 포함하고 있다. 모든 인공 결함이 각각의 위치한 깊이에 따라 다른 시간대에 선명하게 탐지되었다. 검사결과는 제안된 방법이 어떠한 특별한 도구 없이도 곡면 복합재 구조물의 모서리 부위의 검사에 적합하다는 것을 보여준다.

  • This paper proposed an efficient manufacturing system using the OMM (on-machine measurement) system. The OMM system is software-based 3D modeler for inspection on machine, and it is interfaced with machine tools via RS232C. The software is composed of two inspection modules; one is touch probe operating module, and the other is laser displacement sensor operating module. The module for touch probe needs the inspection feature extracted from CAD data. The touch probe moves to workpiece by three operating modes as follows: manual, general and automatic mode. The operating module of the laser displacement sensor is used to inspect profiles and very small holes. An advantage of this inspection method is the ability to execute on-line inspection during machining or afterward. The efficiency of proposed system which can predict and define the machining errors of each process was verified, so the developed system was applied to inspect a mold-base (cavity, core).
