The article analyzes the features of innovation and investment activities of enterprises in the context of digitalization to increase their competitiveness in the international market. Ukraine's position on the Global Innovation Index is assessed. The interrelation of management functions in the context of innovation and investment activities of enterprises is substantiated. The structure of sources of financing of innovative activity of industrial enterprises is analyzed. Trends in changes in the volume of foreign direct investment and capital investment in Ukraine are assessed. It is determined that the level of innovative development of enterprises is determined by the level of their investment support, which is determined by the level of their investment attractiveness. The components of the strategy of investment attractiveness of enterprises are outlined. Determining factors in the implementation of innovation and investment policy of enterprises are identified and the main stages that should include the processes of managing innovation and investment activities of enterprises in the context of digitalization.

For the implementation of innovative products or services companies use different innovation strategies, in particular, outsourcing is quite widespread, given the high level of specialization and professionalism of companies that provide such services. The aim of this article was to evaluate the link between outsourcing of innovative activities and indicators of companies' efficiency. The methodology of the research includes the methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis to reveal the correlation between the use of outsourcing of innovative products and services and the turnover of the EU enterprises. The results show a high level of innovative activity of EU enterprises (50.3% innovatively active). Innovative business processes are the most widespread form of innovation activity (41% of enterprises implement business processes, and the indicator is higher than 41% in the most developed EU countries). The turnover of enterprises with new or substantially improved products was found to grow by 10.92% for the period 2016-2018. The correlation analysis shows weak direct links between the indicator of turnover growth and the number of enterprises that have independently implemented innovations, or have implemented innovations jointly with third-party companies, or using outsourcing services. The highest level of direct connection was found between the growth of turnover of enterprises that launched a new product for the market and the growth of the number of enterprises that implemented innovations with the involvement of organizations (correlation 0.273). Based on the regression analysis it was found that with a 1% change in the growth rate of the number of innovation-active enterprises, the growth rate of turnover from new or improved products increased by 5.67%. At the same time, with a 1% change in the growth rate of the number of enterprises that implement innovation through outsourcing, the growth rate of turnover from new or improved products will increase by 7.15%.

The authors of the study highlight the conceptual foundations of the investment mechanism of innovation of enterprises in the context of strategic development. Such indicators of investment attraction for the enterprise as investment attractiveness, investment activity of the enterprise, critical mass of investments, minimum sufficiency of investments and others are singled out. It is proved that the balance of investment resources is facilitated by the action of the investment mechanism of innovation activity at the enterprise in the context of achievements of strategic development tasks. Investment processes and their intensification have an impact on the expansion of production capacity of economic entities in strategic development and on improving the efficiency of existing capacities. The investment mechanism of innovative activity at the enterprise in the context of achievement of tasks of strategic development contains system of complex actions which provides: definition of the clear purpose and tasks for the mechanism and achievement of the purposes of the enterprise; assessment of the investment potential of the enterprise; definition of tasks of innovative development of enterprises and investment resources necessary for this purpose, etc. The tasks of the investment mechanism of innovative activity at the enterprise in the context of achievements of tasks of strategic development and its economic, organizational and information components are singled out, as well as levers of influence and regulators of the investment mechanism of innovation in the enterprise.

The article examines the economic essence and approaches to determining the efficiency of the enterprise. The author in the study considers the effectiveness and from the standpoint of qualitative analysis of the effectiveness of change and implementation of enterprise development goals. It is established that the tool for ensuring qualitative impacts on the efficiency of the enterprise is the innovative development of the economic space of the enterprise. The article considers the dominant innovations that have influenced the means and methods of production. An organizational and economic mechanism has been recommended to coordinate the costs of innovation activities in order to ensure the efficiency of enterprises. The object of management in the organizational and economic mechanism is the innovation process in the enterprise: from the design of strategic goals of innovation, search and commercialization of innovations, to building and implementing innovation potential. The efficiency of the enterprise under the condition of realization of innovative potential will be characterized by steady competitive advantages and strategically-oriented behavior in the market.

This study empirically examines the correlation between the data, system, service quality, collective intelligence, innovation activity, and work performance of the KMS for employees of state-run enterprises. This study also confirmed that collective intelligence and innovation activity have a mediating effect on the relationship between KMS system quality and work performance. For this study, employees of state-run enterprises completed a 5-point Likert scale survey, and the data obtained were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The reliability and validity of variables were also verified through a measurement model analysis. Structural equation modeling of IBM SPSS 26 and AMOS 26 were used to prove the hypothesis. Through this study, For the improvement of sustainable work performance of state-run enterprises, which is a difficult issue to solve, not only should the quality of the KMS utilized in the enterprises be improved and managed, but also the design for various incentive schemes tailored to the enterprises' job characteristics, such as rewards, HR bonus, work incentives, job allowance, and encouragement from the head of the enterprise, should be reviewed and continuously developed in reflection of the active collective intelligence of the employees and the effect of innovation activities. Then, the work performance of public institutions will increase.

기업들에 있어서 고용은 혁신활동의 결과를 바탕으로 하는 연속된 의사결정과정이다. 따라서 기술혁신을 통한 고용성과를 살펴봄에 있어서 이 같은 관계성을 명시적으로 분석에 고려할 필요가 있다. 이러한 문제의식을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 기술혁신과 고용효과의 관계를 선행 연구와 같이 단일방정식을 추정하는 순위로짓(ordered logit) 모형으로 분석할 뿐 아니라, 연립방정식을 추정하는 외견무관회귀(SUR) 모형을 활용하여 실제 동시적으로 수행되어지는 기술경영 과정의 상관성을 반영하여 기업의 혁신활동과 기술혁신 성과, 보상제도 그리고 고용 창출의 구조적 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 보상제도의 시행은 기술개발 및 기술사업화 성과를 높이고, 이것은 다시 기업의 고용을 촉진하는 구조적 관계를 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 고용성과에 있어 기술개발 뿐 아니라 사업화 성과가 일종의 허들로 작용한다는 점에서 기술혁신을 프로세스 관점에서 관리할 때 기업의 고용성과는 높아진다고 볼 수 있겠다.

4차산업혁명은 산업 및 기술간의 융합을 통해 기업 환경을 급격히 변화시키고 있으며, 조직은 생존을 위해 다각적인 혁신을 요구받고 있다. 특히, 글로벌 경쟁환경에 신속하게 대처하기 위하여 사내 기업가정신을 통한 사내벤처 활성화가 국내 기업에 전반적으로 확산되고 있다. 하지만, 많은 기업이 사내기업가정신에 대한 준비와 역량이 부족함에 따라 조직내 혁신을 통한 혁신활동 성과 및 기업의 재무적 성과에 크게 기여하지 못하는 사례가 많은 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 사내 기업가정신이 기업의 성과에 미치는 긍정적 영향을 파악함은 물론 혁신활동과 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석함으로써, 사내 기업가정신 활성화를 통한 기업의 혁신활동과 기업성과를 제고 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 표본은 2017년 한국청년기업가정신 재단에서 수행한 2017년 기업가정신 실태조사: 기업편 데이터 중 10인 이상 기업 데이터를 활용하였다. 가설검정은 유효표본 1,326개를 활용하였으며, 구조방정식 모델링을 통해 연구 모델의 경로간의 영향 관계를 파악하였다. 분석 결과, 사내 기업가정신이 혁신적 아이디어 활동성과와 기업 성과를 높이는 것으로 나타났으며, 혁신적 비전 및 전략, 혁신적 조직 문화 수립이 사내 기업가정신을 높이는 것을 확인하였다. 더불어, 혁신적 운영체계가 사내 기업가정신과 아이디어 활동 성과간의 긍정적 영향관계를 강화하는 조절효과를 가지는 것을 확인하였다. 연구 결과는 사내 기업가정신과 성과간의 관계 및 혁신 조직 구조와 사내 기업가정신과의 다각적 관계를 제시함으로써 국내 사내 기업가정신 관련 선행 연구의 학술적 시사점을 가지며, 사내 기업가정신 확산 및 성과로 연계시키기 위한 전략적 방향을 제시하였다는 측면에서 실무적 시사점을 가진다.

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has significantly improved labor productivity, upholding the role of people as the creator of core values and the focus of sustainable development. Vietnam is facing an important turning point when GDP growth has gradually slowed down in the context that natural resources are beginning to dry up. This requires Vietnamese businesses to innovate to promote economic growth and improve competitiveness. This paper focuses on clarifying the activity and policy Vietnam's innovation. Thereby to propose the solution for supporting and promoting of innovative startup enterprise in accordance with the conditions and circumstances of Vietnam in the context of Industry 4.0

The study aims to analyze the theoretical background of the economic growth and sustainable development; systematization of scientists view on monitoring and economic and innovative evaluation, analysis and diagnosis of factors affecting these processes. Rating characteristics of the level of innovative resources development obtained based on the comparative analysis of Kazakhstan regions. Calculations were done based on official statistics during 2010 and 2015-2017. Based on obtained data there has been grading of the country regions and their ratings were determined by the level of development of innovative resources. This research identifies areas and mechanisms to ensure balanced sustainable development of the national economy. The findings suggest that sustainable development of the state is affected by the innovative activity of the regions, the sustainable development of which is ensured by innovative enterprises. Transition to the model of sustainable territorial development involves the formation of such conditions and the use of mechanisms under which the natural base of this development is not destroyed, the environment suitable for human existence is preserved and reproduced. The findings of this research support for pursuing a national policy of reducing regional imbalances, and promoting a more balanced and sustainable development of the whole country.

In the manufacturing industry, fostering talented workers has become a core activity as well as an important resource leading to manufacturing enterprises' innovative activities, which has come to the fore as one of the biggest success factors for innovative activities indeed. In other countries, there are many researches actively conducted on talent-fostering programs related to manufacture innovation. In Korea, however, manufacturers or several different education agencies don't actively carry out manufacture innovation instructions and have failed to faster special competent workers since their instructions focus on theories most of the time. Therefore, this study was conducted to understand the present conditions of manufacture-innovative instructions in Korea by classifying them in a method of educational technology and to investigate various teaching methods through oversea cases and cases from non-manufacture fields so that it might make a proposal for a better manufacture-innovative instruction method.
