This paper considers a recent environment in the manufacturing process in which data in large amounts can be obtained on-line in real-time. Under this environment an on-line real-time Statistical Process Control (SPC) scheme equipped with detection of a process change, change-point estimation, and recognition of the change pattern is proposed. The proposed SPC scheme is composed of a Cusum chart, filtering methods and Akaike Information Criterion (AIC). We examine the performance of this scheme by Monte Carlo simulation and show its usefulness.

This study is to suggest the government's support direction for the small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) by examining the relations among technology level, innovation factors, entrepreneur's characteristics, and start-up reasons. The management bottlenecks and the necessary fields of government's support are also investigated across the company's growth stages. Empirical analysis was conducted based on the 318 Korean SMEs' data receiving the Venture and/or Inno-biz certification. Results show that managing difficulties of the company have typical pattern according to the stage of growth. The characteristics of an entrepreneur such as age, education background and past experience affect the early stage of starting business. We also found that the technology level is closely connected with operational innovation activities and circumstances, entrepreneur's characteristics, start-up motives, and technological innovation activities.

This paper investigates the relationships between export and firm characteristics, focusing on technology factors. It is based on a longitudinal data covering listed firms in the Korean manufacturing industry. A regression model for the determinant of export/sales ratio including dynamic adjustment process is tested on a cross-section sample of the year 2001. Empirical findings suggest that there is no significant relationship between export/sales ratio and firm's technological level. The hypotheses concerning human capital intensity and physical capital intensity are also rejected. But we found a positive and inversely U-shaped relationship between firm size and export/sales for basic material and capital good industry. As a dynamic aspect, we found that the pattern of export/sales ratio changed unstably over the last decade. Finally, some policy implications are presented.

전자상거래는 유통업의 형태를 바꿀 정도로 엄청난 기술혁신이지만, 적어도 앞으로 상당기간, 산업적인 성과는 기대이상으로 그렇게 커 보이지 않는다. 기술혁신이 분명 존재하였건만 이 효과를 가로막는 다른 한계들이 있기 때문이다. 바로 이러한 한계가 무엇인가를 보다 집중적으로 분석하고자 한 것이 본고의 목적이다. 이는 전자상거래가 어떻게 하면 성공할 것인가를 살펴보는 것과도 일맥 상통한 것이다. 본고는 종전의 전자상거래 분석 관점과는 달리 유통 전문가적인 시각을 견지한다. 유통 전문가적인 시각이란 유통업적인 관점이고 유통업체를 바탕으로 한 관점이다. 유통업적인 입장을 강조하기 위해 본고는 먼저 점포도 불필요하고 인건비나 관리비를 절감할 수 있다는 전자상거래가 오히려 전통상거래보다 비싸다는 점에서 출발한다. 그리고 매입의 문제, 택배비용의 문제, 거래의 신뢰성 문제, 시장기반의 문제 등이 있다는 점을 지적한다.

In the knowledge-based economy, technological knowledge (TK) is reckoned key subject of knowledge management. Despite growing recognition, it has long been considered an intractable task to develop precise measures of TK and, as a remedy, a number of R&D-related proxy indicators have been employed. Although voluminous previous research has examined the structure and process of technological innovation by using proxy indicators, the inquiry into the relationship among respective indicators has remained unexplored. In this research, we take three most frequent proxy indicators of TK, R&D human resources, R&D stock, and patents, and investigate the correlation among respective measures. In addition, the dynamic pattern of time lag between technological input and output is also analyzed.

본 연구는 혁신목적과 사회적 자본간의 관계를 탐색적으로 고찰하친 있다. 기업의 혁신목적 유형에 따라 사회적 자본의 특성이 다르게 나타나는가를 분석한다. 이를 검증하기 위해 본 연구에서는 2005년 6월에서 7월 사이에 실시된 $\ulcorner$경북 IT기업 기술혁신활동 조사$\lrcorner$ 에서 나타난 176개 기업자료를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석은 IT기업의 기술혁신 유형변수로 '탐색형 기업', '활용형 기업'으로 구분하였고, 사회적 자본은 네트워크의 범위를 나타내는 '구조적 변수'와 강도를 나타내는 '관계적 변수'로 구분하여 구성형태를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 탐색형 기업에서는 네트워크의 범위가 넓고(sparse network) 약한 연계(weak tie) 관계를 가지는 반면, 활용형 기업에서는 네트워크가 범위를 좁고(dense network) 강한 연계(strong tie) 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

The AHP method was used in 30 provinces of China to construct the index system of creative space efficiency evaluation and determine the weight of each index. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was further used to score the indexes at all levels, and then the total efficiency score was sorted. The purpose of this study is to adjust the regional layout of creative space reasonably and implement financial policies accurately through the evaluation of the efficiency of creative space. The results is ranking top in weight of several indicators, which include the number of incubated Startups, the number of innovation and entrepreneurship mentors, the survival rate of incubator, the innovative training activities, etc. It was also found that Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Zhejiang ranked first in the score of creative space efficiency. This study is meaningful in that it was In order to effectively solve the problem of the imbalance of the creative space efficiency in China's province, by coordinating the regional pattern, establishing a sound service system and improving the efficiency evaluation system.

Chinese traditional patterns, which are part of our national precious heritage, have a long history. Tiger culture plays a very important role in folk art. In modern society, it is a symbol of human spirit and morality. The tiger pattern is also a unique traditional pattern in Chinese folklore. From the Spring and Autumn period to modern society, the tiger pattern has evolved in form through thousands of years of development. It is also a representative intangible cultural heritage in contemporary times. It plays a special role in the cultural exchange of different regions, resulting in the generation of the creation of folk art with great local characteristics. Therefore, traditional tiger patterns are an important part of traditional Chinese folk culture and art. In this study, by analyzing the development and evolution history of Chinese traditional tiger patterns, the application methods of Chinese traditional tiger patterns were summarized, the rich cultural connotation, artistic characteristics and application of traditional tiger pattern in modern fashion design were discussed. In contemporary design, the new and improved tiger pattern styles were explored, intangible cultural heritage was interpreted and inherited, and the cultural and artistic values contained therein were extracted. The author combined with modern fashion design, according to people's aesthetic taste and design principles, it is recreated,so that the traditional pattern has certain characteristics of The Times.But at the same time it retains its original character,and the traditional tiger pattern was inherited and the cultural connotation of clothing design was enriched.

This study aimed at providing basis data to understand homemanagement by patterning of the life styles of housewives and by analysing the disposition of homemanagement behavior and characterstics of the behavior pattern to the difference of the life style patterns of housewives. The result can be summarized as follows: 1. By utilizing factor analysis and cluster analysis, the life style types of housewives were classified into 4 types, namely, self-fulness type (28.4%), negative stagnation type (22.7%), fashion-convenience type (23.3%), innovation-urging type (25.6%). 2. The life style types of housewives which were classified, differed significantly according to all of the demographic variables except family size variable. 3. The disposition of homemanagement behavior which were classified into inner-directed type and other-directed type, differed significantly according to the husband's age variable. 4. The patterns of homemanagement behavior which were classified into market pattern and service pattern, differed significantly according to the all of the demographic variables. 5. The disposition and the pattern of homemanagement behavior differed significantly according to the life style types of housewives.

The Pattern Sequence-based Forecasting (PSF) is an approach to forecast the behavior of time series based on similar pattern sequences. The innovation of PSF method is to convert the load time series into a label sequence by clustering technique in order to lighten computational burden. However, it brings about a new problem in determining the number of clusters and it is subject to insufficient similar days occasionally. In this paper we proposed an adaption of the PSF method, which introduces a new clustering index to determine the number of clusters and imposes a threshold to solve the problem caused by insufficient similar days. Our experiments showed that the proposed method reduced the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) about 15%, compared to the PSF method.
