The explosive growth in wireless networks and Internet services has created considerable demand for mobile Internet services based on the mobile phone. Mobile Internet has become the new business model in telecommunication market, therefore the open network policy for mobile Internet has been formulated and implemented by the government in Korea. In spite of the open network policy for mobile Internet, there has been no systematic analysis of the various interconnection issues, including pricing, in mobile Internet network. This paper aims to suggest the interconnection pricing methods for mobile Internet network by reviewing the current pricing models for various communications services, and adapting them to mobile Internet communications circumstances. Results of this paper can be used as a guideline for government policy directions and management decision making after the introduction of the open network policy for mobile Internet.

As migrants develop businesses abroad, entrepreneurship needs specific strategies due to some barriers when establishing and doing businesses. This paper examines the kinds of problems that have been faced in Indonesian migrant entrepreneurships in Taiwan and how the entrepreneurs cope with the difficulties. They use structural and cultural strategies for survival, seize the opportunities for self-development, and develop future careers. Research result shows that the limitations of Indonesian entrepreneurships in Taiwan are related to institutional issues, migrant status, business regulations, resource-providing institutions, language barriers, competition among migrants and locals, and capital. Hence, migrant entrepreneurs must conduct strategic actions to continue their businesses by developing innovations to grow and survive. Some measures include changing from offline to online marketing especially when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, product diversification using migrants and local people's assistance and networks, and setting competitive prices. This paper is based on qualitative research. The data were obtained through interviews in East Java-Indonesia and in Taiwan in 2022. The data were analysed using the descriptive analysis with sociological perspectives.

Although Companies are forming cooperation and networks with various companies such as technology and R&D, but it is urgently necessary to secure multiple competencies of companies that can effectively adapt. This study investigated the effects of corporate strategic orientation, technological innovation capability, and organizational capability on corporate performance targeting SMEs located in the Daegu area. The survey was conducted from September 1 to November 30, 2021 for employees of Daegu companies, and a total of 183 cases were used for the final analysis. Looking at the results of the analysis, as a result of multiple regression analysis on Daegu companies, it was found that the strategic orientation, technological innovation capability, and organizational capability of managers, all independent variables, had a significant positive (+) effect on corporate performance. It can be seen that efforts should be made to improve education and R&D according to various competency bases and innovations because of the large impact on the manager's mind, the company's core technical competency, and the company's organizational performance. This study aimed to understand the importance of corporate strategic orientation, technological innovation capability, and organizational capability on corporate performance targeting relevant SMEs that can have a significant impact on national and regional economies.

In this thesis, a buffer alloction and management algorithm is proposed in order to satisfy the QoS of CBR/VBR traffics incomming to ATM networks. Proposed traffic menagement algorithm is based on the route seperation mechanism that allocates buffers acoording to traffic characterics, and sets threshold to allocated buffers. We developed a cell scheduling algorithm and evaluated cell delay and loss probability characteristics according to incomming traffic classes. The cell scheduling algorithm uses buffer size thresholds to control overload traffic flow.

This cross-level study of 77 samples from Korean 1st-tier suppliers participating in knowledge-sharing networks examined the impact of partnering(joint establishment of goal and joint problem solving system) on supplier relationship outcomes(competativeness improvement and innovative idea suggestion). The findings showed that joint establishment of goal and joint problem solving system were positively related to both supplier's competativeness improvement and its innovative idea suggestion. Whereas, joint problem solving system did account for a significant variance only in innovative idea suggestion. The findings, further, demonstrated that mutual trust moderated the relationship between joint problem solving system and supplier relationship outcomes. Implications for theory and practice are suggested.

In this paper, we implemented sigmoid active function which make it difficult to design of the digital neuron networks. Therefore, we designed of the high speed processing of the sigmoid function in order to digital neural networks. we designed of the MAC(Multiplier and Accumulator) operation unit used residue number system without carry propagation for the high speed operation. we designed of MAC operation unit and sigmoid processing unit are proved that it could run of the high speed. On the simulation, the faster than 4.6ns on the each order, we expected that it adapted to the implementation of the high speed digital neural network.

This paper has focused on the development of an educational sensor network (ESN) based on wireless sensor networks(WSN) and pervasive monitoring systems for students' activity during scientific experiments. A number of WSN systems have been proposed with integrated wireless transmission, mounted sensor boards and local processing. However, there is no trail to employ WSN on the educational field. In this paper, to facilitate research and development using wireless sensor network and multi-sensor data fusion, the educational sensor network (ESN) hardware development platform is presented. The ESN project is conducted over one semester time period (Spring Semesters). It involves approximately twenty middle school students who enrolled a gifted program in Kongju National University. Though under prepared, these students are in general highly motivated to learning specially when presented with the ESN project. An ESN project such as this is expected to provide an excellent means for teaching and learning scientific and mathematical principles.

This article describes how attributes of social network contribute to enhance innovativeness of corporation which is considered to be one of the competitive factors in this global market. The study especially focused on employees' formal and informal communication that is expected to play a mediating role between the factors. 211 employees were randomly selected to participate in an online survey. The result has shown that the static correlation exists between social network, communication, and innovativeness. Closeness of social network was the only influencing factor on communication and innovativeness, and had a partial mediated effect between social network and innovativeness. Based on the suggested contribution for HRD intervention, various communication channels should be developed and supported in order to enhance innovation among social networks in organizations.

The research on optimization of cellular network's energy efficiency (EE) towards environmental and economic sustainability has attracted increasing attention recently. In this survey, we discuss the opportunities, trends and challenges of this challenging topic. Two major contributions are presented namely 1) survey of proposed energy efficiency metrics; 2) survey of proposed energy efficient solutions. We provide a broad overview of the state of-the-art energy efficient methods covering base station (BS) hardware design, network planning and deployment, and network management and operation stages. In order to further understand how EE is assessed and improved through the heterogeneous network (HetNet), BS's energy-awareness and several typical HetNet deployment scenarios such as macrocell-microcell and macrocell-picocell are presented. The analysis of different HetNet deployment scenarios gives insights towards a successful deployment of energy efficient cellular networks.

Many researches are going on with regard to issues and problems related to mobile database systems, which are caused by the weak connectivity of wireless networks, the mobility and the portability of mobile clients. Mobile computing satisfies user's demands for convenience and performance to use information at any time and in any place, but it has many problems to be solved in the aspect of data management. The purpose of our study is to Implement Real-Time Mobile Query Processing System(MQPS) to solve problems related to database hoarding, the maintenance of shared dataconsistency and the optimization of logging, which are caused by the weak connectivity and disconnection of wireless networks inherent in mobile database systems under mobile client server environments. In addition, we proved the superiority of the proposed MQPS by comparing its performance to the C I S(Client-Intercept-Srever) model.
