사출성형 공정 중 물결 무늬에 대한 유한요소 해석 (Finite Element Analysis for Wave-like Flow Marks in Injection Molding)

  • The wavelike flow mark phenomenon is one of the surface defects that can arise during the injection stage of the injection molding process. We have performed a numerical analysis using a finite element method for the injection molding to verify the validity of “Go-over” hypothesis. Also, we have compared the results of numerical analysis with available experimental data. Numerical analysis results of the flow marks are qualitatively in good agreement with experimental data of reference, but are quantitatively deviated from experimental data in a consistent manner. A parametric study has been performed to examine the correlative effects of various injection molding processing parameters and material properties on the flow mark size.

  • Cell phone injection is characterized by its small size and thinness. In addition, the product has a short cycle time, requiring a very short production schedule. To produce more accurate products faster, data from experience in producing similar products is required. In this study, two mobile phone models are presented. In this study, the quality problems caused by molding analysis and actual injection molding were analyzed and made into a database. As a result, it was considered that all the defects in the molding analysis do not affect the product in some cases, rather than appear as defects in the actual product. All defects shown in the molding analysis can be made into a database, and based on this data, it will be possible to obtain an effect that can predict more accurately whether it will cause problems after injection.

  • 최근 들어 급증하고 있는 보안 관련 사고들로 인하여 개인정보 및 기업정보의 관리에 대한 대책 마련이 시급한 가운데 있다. 보안 관련 사고 가운데 SQL Injection 공격은 가장 널리 악용되고, 오래된 전통적인 해킹 기법 중 하나이다. 최근까지도 웹 해킹을 시도하는 유형 중에서 높은 비중을 차지하고 있으며 그 공격 형태 또한 복잡해지고 있다. 많은 site에서 SQL Injection 공격에 대한 보완을 하여 이전보다 피해가 많이 줄어들기는 했으나 SQL Injection 공격에 의한 악의적인 관리자 권한 획득 및 비정상적인 로그인 등으로 인하여 여전히 많은 피해가 발생하고 있다. 더욱이 향후 사물인터넷 및 센서 빅데이터 환경이 널리 보급되면 수많은 디바이스들과 센서들이 연결되고 데이터의 양이 폭발적으로 증가하게 될 것이다. 그렇게 되면 현재보다 SQL Injection 공격에 의한 피해 규모는 더욱 커질 것이다. SQL Injection 공격에 대응하기 위해서는 많은 시간과 비용이 발생하게 되므로 시스템의 성능을 떨어뜨리지 않으면서도 신속정확하게 SQL Injection 공격을 판별하여 방어해야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 SQL Injection 공격에 대응하기 위하여 데이터 분석 및 기계학습을 통하여 웹로그 데이터를 검사하여 비정상적인 패턴의 입력값인 경우 SQL 명령어의 실행 계획을 분석하여 정상적인 SQL 명령어와 비정상적인 SQL 명령어를 판별하는 방안을 제시한다. 실험 및 성능 평가를 위해 사용자의 입력 또는 SQL Injection 공격툴에 의하여 입력되는 값을 실시간으로 실행계획을 분석하여 효과적으로 차단할 수 있음을 보여주었다.

고압 인젝터의 분사율 예측을 위한 경량 모델 개발 (Development of a Lightweight Prediction Model of Fuel Injection Rates from High Pressure Fuel Injectors)

  • To meet stringent emission regulations of automotive engines, fuel injection control techniques have advanced based on reliable and fast computing prediction models. This study aims to develop a reliable lightweight prediction model of fuel injection rates using a small number of input parameters and based on simple fluid dynamic theories. The prediction model uses the geometry of the injector nozzle, needle motion data, injection conditions and the fuel properties. A commercial diesel injector and US No. 2 diesel were used as the test injector and fuel, respectively. The needle motion data were measured using X-ray phase-contrast imaging technique under various fuel injection pressures and injection pulse durations. The actual injector rate profiles were measured using an injection rate meter for the validation of the model prediction results. In the case of long injection durations with the steady-state operation, the model prediction results showed over 99 % consistency with the measurement results. However, in the case of short injection cases with the transient operation, the prediction model overestimated the injection rate that needs to be further improved.

  • SQL Injection 공격은 오래된 공격기법 중 하나로 웹 서비스에 대한 해킹 시도 유형 중에서도 높은 비중을 차지하고 있다. SQL Injection 공격은 데이터 노출 및 권한획득 등의 방법으로 현재까지도 해킹 시도가 많이 발생하고 있으며, 본 논문에서는 오픈소스인 ELK Stack을 활용하여 실시간으로 SQL Injection 공격 대응할 수 있는 로그 분석시스템을 구현하였다. 구현한 시스템을 통해 SQL Injection 공격에 대한 로그 데이터를 시각화하여 제공함으로써, 사용자는 공격의 위험도를 쉽게 파악할 수 있으며 신속하게 공격에 대비할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • In his study the simulation was carried out by simplifing and modeling dividing into fuel injectioin pump high pressure pipe and fuel injection valve in the fuel injection system of a low speed marine diesel engine. A computer simulation model was developed using the method of characteristics to analyze the unsteady flow in the fuel injection system considering cavitation and variation of fuel density and bulk modulus. Comparison was commenced between the calculated data and experimental data of pressure and injection quantity at the high pressure distributor in fuel injection system for the training ship "M/V hanara" the effects of the high pressure pipe length diameter plunger diameter nozzle openning pressure were also investigated by simulating results.g results.

폴리머 수용액 주입에 의한 난류마찰저항 감소에 대한 실험 연구 (Experimental Study on Frictional Drag Reduction of Turbulent Flow by Polymer Solution Injection)

  • An experimental study has been carried out as a basic research for development of the friction drag reduction technology for ships by polymer injection. Experimental apparatus and procedures have been devised and prepared to measure the changes of the wall friction with injection of a polymer solution and basic experimental data on the friction drag reduction are obtained for a turbulent fiat-plate boundary layer and fully-developed channel flows. Variations of the friction drag reduction with some important parameters of polymer injection, such as the concentration of polymer solution, its injection flow rate and the measuring position downstream from the injection slot, are also investigated. Important experimental data and results obtained in the present study are presented. The amount of friction drag reduction up to 50% is observed.

  • Common rail injection system is flexible in injection timing, injection duration and pressure in engine. Many researches have reported on the merits in the application of common rail systems. This research investigated on characteristics and performance for single cylinder diesel engine with a common .ail injection system by varying major parameters such as injection timing, injection duration and common rail pressure. The injection timing and injection duration were controlled by electronic pulse generated. and common rail pressure were controlled by PCV driver. The 498cc single cylinder diesel engine was used in this experiment. All data for combustion pressure, injection timing and injection duration were recorded by Labview. Furthermore, this test was focused on how to optimize injection conditions.

Protection Strategies Against False Data Injection Attacks with Uncertain Information on Electric Power Grids

  • False data injection attacks have recently been introduced as one of important issues related to cyber-attacks on electric power grids. These attacks aim to compromise the readings of multiple power meters in order to mislead the operation and control centers. Recent studies have shown that if a malicious attacker has complete knowledge of the power grid topology and branch admittances, s/he can adjust the false data injection attack such that the attack remains undetected and successfully passes the bad data detection tests that are used in power system state estimation. In this paper, we investigate that a practical false data injection attack is essentially a cyber-attack with uncertain information due to the attackers lack of knowledge with respect to the power grid parameters because the attacker has limited physical access to electric facilities and limited resources to compromise meters. We mathematically formulated a method of identifying the most vulnerable locations to false data injection attack. Furthermore, we suggest minimum topology changes or phasor measurement units (PMUs) installation in the given power grids for mitigating such attacks and indicate a new security metrics that can compare different power grid topologies. The proposed metrics for performance is verified in standard IEEE 30-bus system. We show that the robustness of grids can be improved dramatically with minimum topology changes and low cost.

친환경 고생산성을 위한 단일 쿠션 팩트 내 화장품 용기의 사출 시뮬레이션 분석 (An analysis on the injection mold simulation of single cushion pact cosmetic container for the friendly-environment and high productivity)

  • Generally, The women was used in the cosmetic cushion fact. It has developed with the consideration of manufacturing. In this study, we designed green-friendly and element parts lower and single cushion fact containers using a single material. Injection mold simulation were performed using on 3D design data. The injection mold simulation used the data (Injection time / Cooling time / Temperature / Pressure) in the injection mold parameters. In addition, the sink mark phenomenon in the simulation results is analyzed as a problem due to the thickness and further research is needed in the future.
