This study was carried out to present rural functional resources through classification and preparation of checklist for ecological and cultural resources which considered various aspect of agriculture and rural area. In this study the function of ecological and cultural resources classified 6 functions such as natural environment, free environmentally agricultural products, experience of agricultural products, recreational places, rural life experience, and Interchanges of human resources. Prepared evaluation list through this study can explain a local characteristics based on 6 functions of agricultural and mountain village. This evaluation list was focused on the magnitude of the resources which motivate the visiting of city-dweller as a consumer, for an actual regional plan, investigation of the inhabitant consciousness survey should be needed, simultaneously.

The Korean construction market and housing policy have been increasingly focusing on supplier. As opposed to houses in private areas, Apartment House using the common infrastructure such as elevators, electrical facilities, heating system and hot water supply system need joint management. Their management usually depends on the resident cooperation or outsourcing. On this study, I investigated the level of satisfaction of Apartment House residents and its managing personnel, the conditions of its management, and analysed the important factors which influence the degree of residence satisfaction with respect to its maintenance and management.

Bifidobacteria have been known as beneficial inhabitant of human intestine. Therefore, bifidobacteria began to be noticed as a starter in the manufacture of fermented dairy products. Perhaps the key for effective use of bifidobacteria in commercial dairy products is the maintenance of viability of bifidobacteria during large scale preparation of starter culture and distribution of products. So we tried to obtain the bifidobacteria having suitable characteristics for using as a starter in the manufacture of fermented dairy products. Among bifidobacteria isolated from Korean, E-4 strain showed the highest resistance to oxygen. To know whether the selected strain will be fit for manufacture of fermented dairy products, we also investigated resistance of the selected strain to HCI. The selected strain, E-4, was more resistant to environmental stresses such as oxygen, H2O2 and HCI than Bifidobacterium longum known as resistant strain to environmental stresses. According to carbohydrate fermentation patterns and morphological characteristics, E-4 strain was identified as B. bifidum. In conclusion, the selected strain, E-4, was thought to be fit for manufacture of fermented dairy products.

A rural area of Korea is inferior compare to urban areas in physical settlements, and an elderly people of the inhabitant increased and it is not easy to see young people in a rural villages. It comes from income difference between industrial type and area and leaving rural area are the accelerated and repeated, and resident who live in rural area after twenty to thirty years can be an elderly society A settlement of rural area is needed settlement rehabilitation for elderly society as follows first, a model development and public support of settlement rehabilitation for rural areas. Second, village remodeling of farming village for elderly are discussed. The rehabilitate rural villages is expected an immigration from urban area which over crowding, and eco tour as new industry.

In the suburbs near the capital area in Korea, many apartment house complexes are dotted that encircled by field. These apartment house complexes encircled by field, have not park and are abutting on the field, unlike large scale new town. This study is aimed to clear the characteristic of field around these apartment house complexes, consists in development the suburbs near the capital area. As a method of study we conducted greenery evaluation from view of Inhabitant by questionnaire survey. We concluded as follows: inhabitants attach importance to the nature around apartment house complex when move into that; inhabitants are satisfied and feel nature about the field; inhabitants tend to take field as a sight; inhabitants need low-rise development for harmony with field.

Permanent rental housing complex is subjected to both an increase in the crime rate due to its residential population structure and social, economic isolation for insecurd income of the residents. It should be considered that the densely populated area with low-income group of the city causing many problems related with the community. This study focused on the Man-soo 7 housing estate in Incheon with the area's average scale and ratio is made as an effort to include the residents who live in the permanent rental housing area among the members of the healthy community. The result of the research suggests the method of housing improvement to establish the successful support institution for self-sufficiency of the low income inhabitants analazying the demand of the residents through a survey categorized into resident support system, public workplace and inhabitant participation.

In this work, an individual trespassing detector using a PIR sensor to detect infrared rays only between the range of $9.4{\sim}10.4{\mu}m$ radiated from the body is proposed. This detector using FIR sensor detects not insect or object but human body, It doesn't restrict the inhabitant's behavior because the filter of pm sensor is designed to have face angle and the detector only detects the window area. The existing wide angle filter, RIR sensor, detects $30^{\circ}$ angle while the face angle filter sensor on this paper detects $11^{\circ}$ angle with 3cm of face angle filter from 2m of detecting distance. In case of interruption of electric power, 250mAh of lithium-ion battery has worked for 10 hours consuming 22mA in normal state. Meanwhile, in case of interruption of electric power, 250mAh of battery has worked for 4 hours consuming 60mA in trespassing detecting state. Projector, receptor, controller and alarm are put on one PCB in order to make it convenient to install without any special installation skill.

Indoor climate control equipments is used to make the indoor environment more comfortable when indoor condition is not satisfactory to inhabitants. In this study, which instrument is preferred to control indoor climate and which is not preferred were surveyed with questionnaire. With this result, the needs of dwellers and wanting performance of housing could be revealed. Results are followings 1) The satisfaction ratio and equipment possession ratio of apartment houses' is higher than that of detached dwelling's 2) It is recognized for inhabitants that air cleaner is the mostly used equipment and best equipment for indoor comfort. 3) Electronic fomentation mat is recognized as the most problematic equipment for securing inhabitant's comfort. And air conditioner is considered negative for 60% of responser's. As grow older, this trend is increasing.

최근의 치수계획은 과거 제방일변도의 획일화된 치수계획에서 탈피하여 면 개념의 다양한 치수대안을 고려하고 있다. 본 연구는 과거 홍수피해 예방을 위해 일차적으로 고려된 제방사업과 이의 대안으로서 계획빈도의 홍수발생 시 잠재적 피해예상지역에 대한 주민이주사업을 비교하여 제방사업이 갖는 정책적 효용을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 제방이 없다고 가정한 CASE I과 현 상태를 기준으로 한 CASE II로 구분하여 제방보축사업과 제방신축사업을 비교대안인 주민이주사업과 비교 평가 하였으며, 사례연구는 낙동강 본류의 황강 합류후부터 남강 합류전까지 구간을 대상으로 하였다. 제방신축사업과 보축사업에 대한 각각의 주민이주사업의 비용 대비 효과를 사례지역에 한정적으로 분석한 결과, 경제성 측면에서 주민이주사업이 전반적으로 제방사업보다 유리한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 지역적 특수성을 전제한 결론이나, 향후 치수관리를 위한 정책수립의 대상이 '하천' 보다는 '지역'에 맞추어 져야 한다는 것을 시사한다.

Psycho-acoustic experiments were carried out to know the inhabitant's response on floor impact noises due to floor structure types. The response values for tapping machine, bang machine and impact ball were 4.4~6.06. And children walking and adult walking were 1.67~2.97. Using 11 scale response tests, children and adult walking was not irritate to dwellers and children running was disturbing.
