L-THIA모형을 이용한 수질오염총량관리제 토지계 T-P 발생부하량 산정방식의 개선 (Enhancement of Estimation Method on the Land T-P Pollutant Load in TMDLs Using L-THIA)

  • 본 연구에서는 수질오염총량제의 토지계 발생부하량 산정 방식에서의 지목 단순화로 인한 불확실성을 분석하고, 23 개 중분류 토지피복도를 기존 산정방식에 적용하여 지목 확장을 할 수 있도록 개선하였으며 이를 L-THIA 모형을 이용하여 검증하였다. 진위천 유역에 대하여 지목이 단순화된 기존 방식(시나리오 1)과 23개 중분류 토지피복도를 이용한 방식(시나리 오 2)으로 산정된 TP 부하량을 비교한 결과 기존 방식의 불확실성이 높다는 것이 나타났으며, 시나리오 2에 의한 분석 결과 같은 대지 분류에 속하는 토지피복들에서 T-P 발생부하량의 편차가 3.45 kg/day~56.69 kg/day로 약 16배의 차이를 보였다. 시 나리오 2를 수질오염총량제에 적용할 수 있도록 23개 중분류 토지피복을 지적도 기반 지목으로 매칭하여 TP 발생부하량을 산정하였다(시나리오 3). 개선된 방식(시나리오 3)의 토지계 T-P 발생부하량 산정의 정확도를 검증하기 위해 L-THIA 모형의 결과와 비교하였으며 모형 예측 대비 약 10% 정도로 차이가 매우 적게 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 향후 수질오염총량제의 토 지계 발생부하량 산정의 정확도를 높이는데 있어 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

Performance of CSK Scheme for V2I Visible Light Communication

  • These days, research related to Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) technology is being widely considered. ITS is inevitable for future transportation systems to reduce accidents, congestion, and offer a smooth flow of traffic. The use of Visible Light Communication (VLC) in ITS systems has been considered widely because of its EMC/EMI free and LED infrastructure reusable properties. Among the VLC schemes, this study analyzed the performance of the Color Shift Keying (CSK) scheme under a Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I) downlink scenario to verify the capability of CSK as a communication tool for ITS. By modeling daylight noise using the modified Blackbody radiation model, this study examined the performance of V2I VLC under daytime conditions. The relationship between BER, the communication distance, and the amount of ambient-light noises under the pre-described V2I scenario were determined by simulations.

기후변화시나리오와 비정상성 빈도분석을 이용한 도시유형별 목표연도 설계강우량 제시 및 치수안전도 변화 전망 (Predicting the Design Rainfall for Target Years and Flood Safety Changes by City Type using Non-Stationary Frequency Analysis and Climate Change Scenario)

  • Due to recent heavy rain events, there are increasing demands for adapting infrastructure design, including drainage facilities in urban basins. Therefore, a clear definition of urban rainfall must be provided; however, currently, such a definition is unavailable. In this study, urban rainfall is defined as a rainfall event that has the potential to cause water-related disasters such as floods and landslides in urban areas. Moreover, based on design rainfall, these disasters are defined as those that causes excess design flooding due to certain rainfall events. These heavy rain scenarios require that the design of various urban rainfall facilities consider design rainfall in the target years of their life cycle, for disaster prevention. The average frequency of heavy rain in each region, inland and coastal areas, was analyzed through a frequency analysis of the highest annual rainfall in the past year. The potential change in future rainfall intensity changes the service level of the infrastructure related to hand-to-hand construction; therefore, the target year and design rainfall considering the climate change premium were presented. Finally, the change in dimensional safety according to the RCP8.5 climate change scenario was predicted.

스마트시티 사용자 체험 시나리오 도출 연구 지역공간정보 및 페르소나 모델을 활용하여 (A Study on the Development of User Centered Smart City Experience Scenario - Using Local Spatial Information and the Persona Model)

  • 최근 사용자 중심의 스마트시티 서비스에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 공간기반의 커뮤니케이션을 통한 스마트시티 서비스 시나리오 도출을 위해 공간정보유형을 검토하고, 사용자 중심의 체험요소 시나리오 도출을 위한 방향성을 마련하고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 향후 스마트시티 테스트베드에 적용 가능한 보행지도, 워킹맵으로서 시민이 스마트시티를 체험할 수 있는 공간시나리오를 제시하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하는 데 의의를 둔다. 특히 보행지도인 워킹맵을 통해 스마트시티 테스트베드 내 보행시나리오를 시뮬레이션 함으로서 사용자 요구사항을 기반으로 하는 서비스 방향을 실험하였다. 본 연구를 통해 기존 인프라를 통한 스마트시티 서비스가 다목적으로 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 공간정보 및 체험요소 연계모델과 페르소나 모델을 통한 워킹맵은 추후 스마트시티 테스트베드에 적용 가능한 예비시나리오로서 활용될 수 있다.

  • The local public organizations, to secure the Confidentiality, Integrity, Authentication and Non-Repudiation of cyber administrative environment is giving it a try to consolidate the official documents among them by standardizing all the documents into XML formats together with the establishment of the GPKI(Government Public Key Infrastructure). The Authentication System based on the PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) used by the GPKI, however, provides only the simple User Authentication and thus it results in the difficulty in managing the position, task, role information of various users required under the applied task environment of public organizations. It also has a limitation of not supporting the detailed access control with respect to the XML-based public documents.In order to solve these issues, this study has analyzed the security problems of Authentication and access control system used by the public organizations and has drawn the means of troubleshoot based on the analysis results through the scenario and most importantly it suggests the access control model applied with PMI and SAML and XACML to solve the located problem.

OPS 프로세스를 활용한 지하공간 도시물류시스템의 시나리오 도출을 통한 개념설계 수행에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Underground Urban Logistics system Design through the scenario derivation using OPS process)

  • Despite various economic crises, the domestic parcel delivery market handled 3.37 billion parcels in 2020 while maintaining annual growth due to the activation of e-commerce. In particular, in the case of the metropolitan area, which accounts for about 70% of the nation's parcel throughput, the increase in parcel delivery volume is directly related to the increase in freight vehicles in central area of Seoul,. And it leads to an increase of unnecessary social and environmental costs such as traffic congestion, road damage, and environmental pollution in the city. Therefore, in this paper we proposed the underground urban logistics system utilizing the existing urban rail infrastructure, and establish a conceptual design by operational scenario. In order to establish conceptual design of underground urban logistics system, we use order picking system process, which is use in warehouse, produce result combined ISO/IEC 26702. The results of this study can be usefully used before the underground urban logistics system is introduced.

챗봇 활용 철근콘크리트 건축물 구조안전 자가점검 시나리오 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of Chatbot Self-Inspection Scenario for Structural Safety of Existing Reinforced Concrete Buildings)

  • Due to the aging of a building, 38.8% (about 2.82 million buildings) of the total buildings are old for more than 30 years after completion and are located in a blind spot for an inspection, except for buildings subject to regular legal inspection (about 3%). Such existing buildings require users to self-inspect themselves and make efforts to take preemptive risks. The scope of this study was defined as the general public's visual self-inspection of buildings and was limited to structural members that affect the structural stability of old buildings. This study categorized possible damage to reinforced concrete to check the structural safety of buildings and proposed a checklist to prevent the damage. A damage assessment methodology was presented during the inspection, and a self-inspection scenario was tested through a chatbot connection. It is believed that it can increase the accessibility and convenience of non-experts and induce equalized results when performing inspections, according to the chatbot guide.

복합토지유역에서의 LID적용에 따른 유출량 저감효과 분석을 위한 SWAT-SWMM 연계모델 개발 (Development of Coupled SWAT-SWMM to Evaluate Effects of LID on Flow Reduction in Complex Landuse)

  • In recent years, urbanization has been a hot issues in watershed management due to increased pollutant loads from impervious urban areas. The Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) model has been widely used in hydrology and water quality studies at watershed scale. However, the SWAT has limitations in simulating water flows between HRUs and hydrological effects of LID practices. The Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) has LID capabilities, but it does not simulate non-urban areas, especially agricultural areas. In this study, a SWAT-SWMM coupled model was developed to evaluate effects of LID practices on hydrology and water quality at mixed-landuse watersheds. This coupled SWAT-SWMM was evaluated by comparing calibrated flow with and without coupled SWAT-SWMM. As a result of this study, the $R^2$ and NSE values with SWAT are 0.951 and 0.937 for calibration period, and 0.882 and 0.875 for validation period, respectively. the $R^2$ and NSE values with SWAT-SWMM are 0.877 and 0.880 for validation period. Out of four LID scenarios simulated by SWAT-SWMM model, the green roof scenario was found to be most effective which reduces about 25% of rainfall-runoff flows.

토지이용 및 기후 예측자료를 활용한 미래 기저유출 분석 (Analysis of Baseflow using Future Land Use and Climate Change Scenario)

  • Since the baseflow, which constitutes most of the river flow in the dry season, plays an important role in the solution of river runoff and drought, it is important to accurately evaluate the characteristics of the baseflow for river management. In this study, land use change was evaluated through time series data of land use, and then baseflow characteristics were analyzed by considering climate change and land use change using climate change scenarios. The results showed that the contribution of baseflow of scenarios considering both climate change and land use change was lower than that of scenarios considering only climate change for yearly and seasonal analysis. This implies that land use changes as well as climate changes affect base runoff. Thus, if we study the watershed in which the land use is occurring rapidly in the future, it is considered that the study should be carried out considering both land use change and climate change. The results of this study can be used as basic data for studying the baseflow characteristics in the Gapcheon watershed considering various land use changes and climate change in the future.

  • 사이버 침해사고 대응 능력을 갖춘 전문가의 양성을 위해 여러 기관에서 사이버 훈련장을 구축하여 사이버 방호 전략을 갖춘 보안 전문가를 양성하고 있지만, 기존 시스템에서는 가상훈련 시스템 내 자원의 한계, 시나리오기반의 실습 콘텐츠 개발 및 운영, 비용적인 문제 등에 있어서 어려움을 겪는다. 이를 보완하기 위해 본 논문에서는 각 조직에 맞는 IT 인프라 환경에 대한 유사한 변이 환경을 제공하여 사이버 공방 훈련자가 다양한 경험을 축적할 수 있도록 하는 가상 인프라 변이 생성 프레임워크를 제안한다. 실험 및 평가를 위해 기존의 컨테이너를 IaC(Infrastructure-as-Code) 환경의 컨테이너로 전환하고 코드 내 변이할 수 있는 요소들을 데이터로 추출하여 자연어 처리 모델인 Word2Vec에 학습시켜 구성 데이터를 변이하여 새로운 코드를 생성하고 새로운 컨테이너환경을 제시한다.
