Purpose: The distribution of goods and the flow of information, determined by consumer behavior toward online shopping, is drastically popular worldwide. This study examines some factors such as brand trust, online sales promotion, consumer personality, delivery service, quality assurance, information search, and online consumer satisfaction influence online shopping behavior. Research design, data, and methodology: A constructed questionnaire in an online survey was conducted with 241 random cluster respondents in the greater Jakarta Area. Structure equation model was utilized to analyze and verify all the data. Results: Research finding indicates online sales promotion, delivery service, quality assurance, and online consumer satisfaction positively influence information search. Meanwhile, brand trust, quality assurance, and information search positively influence online shopping behavior. However, the result illustrates that consumer personality negatively influences both information search and online shopping behavior. Conclusions: To influence online shopping behavior, the most important factors that need to be considered by marketplaces are quality assurance. It positively motivates Indonesia's citizens to collect information and make unplanned purchases. The study finding can be a reference for brands to maintain and build outstanding product quality, an informational website, and an excellent marketing strategy so that customers can meet their expectations. Besides, it also broadens both companies' and individuals' knowledge about the digital revolution on consumer behavior.

With the development of informational machinery and tools in the modern industrial society, the image is expressed diversely as tools of informational transmission and artistic communication. This image is revival equipment and transmissional media in which sound and light are comprehensively formed. The image's intuitive and sensational expressivity can revive subjects and express a fiction, a reality, a nonfiction, and a virtual reality as a communication tool that has synchronicity and the medium of meaning. Because of this, the domain of the image will be gradually extended in the future, and the world of cognizance that can be detected across our living space will absorb the image diversely and react. In this context, the investigator examined what influence image media and equipments have in space as spatial equipments, based on the recognition of cerrelation among the image, space, and mankind, namely, the environmental meaning the mage and the space contain. Therefore, this study was conducted from the aspects of relationship establishment between image equipments that are ever expansive to a variety of domains and the space that accommodates the equipments. As study findings, the influences the image equipments have on space and their expressional features are presented in three aspects: 'the expressional medium of mutual synergy','metaphysical ultra-epithelial space constituent',' and 'object'. This study seems to be meaningful in that we can expect the spatial approach method by purposes and spatial layout of image structures, with this study, through analyzing the meaning of relationship between image equipments and space.

Collected data was analyzed based on the aim of this study using SPSSWIN 16.0, and factor analysis, reliability analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used as statistic techniques to analyze. The conclusions are the followings; First, The higher bodily, environmental, mental, informational, and physical security need the more body and property protection satisfaction and facility customer satisfaction. The higher bodily, environmental, and mental security need the more employee service satisfaction. Second, The higher bodily, environmental, informational, and physical security need are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction and security life satisfaction. Third, The higher personal and property protection, facility, and employee service satisfaction the more security life satisfaction. Also, the higher customer service and personal and property protection satisfaction are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction. Fourth, Security need sufficiency has little influence on life satisfaction directly, but it has high influences on life satisfaction through customer satisfaction of electronic security system.

This study aims to identify the factorial constructs of the relational benefits perceived by consumers of outdoor wear brands and their impacts on the consumers' trust in and satisfaction with outdoor wear brands. An online survey was conducted with females and males between the ages of 20 and 50 who have experienced buying outdoor wear brands. A total of 420 responses were analyzed by factor analysis, a reliability test, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: first, the results of factor analysis and the reliability test on the relational benefits perceived by outdoor wear brand purchasers clearly showed conceptual constructs that included informational benefits, social benefits, and psychological benefits. The sub-dimension of perceived relational benefits had significant effects on brand trust and satisfaction. Specifically, respondents revealed that they had higher brand trust if they felt psychologically comfortable, were offered useful information by outdoor wear brands, and had a favorable relationship with salespeople when they bought outdoor wear merchandise. Secondly, influences of perceived relational benefits on brand trust and satisfaction were not shown to differ depending on the congruity between outdoor wear brands and the purchaser's self-image. On the other hand, factors of perceived relational benefits revealed to differently have effects on brand trust and satisfaction depending on respondents' gender and age. Practical implications to understand outdoor wear target customers' relational benefits, self-image congruity and demographic characteristics and to enhance trust and satisfaction with outdoor wear brands are proposed.
Supporting communications among users, Social Network has encouraged various information flows through relationships among them. This paper studies on mentality or attitude of Social Network Services (SNS for short) users, on the basis of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM for short) and then proposes so-called TAMS, Technology Acceptance Model for Social Network Services. SNS users make full use of SNS as channels in order to create, expand, and obtain some information related to personal concerns. We will research on how the benefits that users get by using SNS exert influence on user-perceived usability. The SNS-using benefits focus on relationship benefits that are formed by interactions among users. Provided that perceived usability affects mental or informational benefits according to involvement of SNS users, we will check how perceived usability or ease of use is connected to brand attitude.
Environmental issues are among the most critical issues nowadays. These issues are no longer confined to individual countries, and international society has been progressing in building global dialogues since the early 1970s. Within these international efforts, Germany and Japan have played essential roles in global environmental governance. However, there are major differences in nation-level environmental policies in both countries. Governance based on network structure is more efficient than that based on hierarchy for solving complex problems. The network structure is formed through horizontal cooperation among various autonomous actors, and the relationship intensity among actors is one of the key concepts in the governance. Using social network analysis as a framework to explain complicated societal structures explains how interaction among actors creates networks, and these networks further affect their interactions. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structure of environmental policy governance as collaborative governance in Germany and Japan. To address this goal, this paper analyzes the relationship between the informational dimension of governance networks and its complement resource-sharing networks in both countries. The results show that the information-sharing networks have lower-level network influence on the resource-sharing networks as higher-level networks even if not all of the information factors have singular influences. The results suggest that the information-sharing networks may be one of the pieces of the puzzle for explaining this phenomenon in environmental governance in Germany and Japan.

As the business ecosystem has become more uncertain, the sources of supply chain risk have also been becoming more diverse. In particular, due to the development of informational technology in recent years, firms need to consider the emerging supply chain risk sources as well as traditional supply chain risk sources. A typical example is negative word-of-mouth by social media. Therefore, we investigated the virality of negative word-of-mouth on manufacturing firms by using YouTube as a representative social media. More specifically, we investigated how the social capital of the video creator influences the virality of negative word-of-mouth and how the emotional tone of the video affects the virality of negative word-of-mouth. In conclusion, the social capital of the video creator influenced the scale and speed of negative word-of-mouth. Furthermore, negative emotion words moderated the relation between the social capital of the video creator and the scale of negative word-of-mouth.
The purpose of this study was to examine the influential factors on parenting guilt of mothers who use a day-care center. To achieve these research goals, the present study 1) analysed the differences in the mother's parenting guilt as the socio-demographic variables of the mother and child, and 2) examined the relative effect size of influences on the mother's parenting guilt with their parenting efficacy, satisfaction on the day-care center, emotional and informational support from teachers, and mother's active interaction with day-care teachers. The participants of the study were 350 mothers whose infants and toddlers were attending day-care centers in Gwangju and Jeollanamdo. The results of this study are as follows. First, the mothers with infants who were younger than 3 years old reported more parenting guilt than the mothers with toddlers. Second, the mothers whose children were the first child reported more parenting guilt than the mothers with children who were the second or the third child. Third, the emotional support from the day-care teacher was the most influential factor on the mother's parenting guilt. This study suggests that the mutual cooperation between mother and day-care teacher are very important to reduce the mother's parenting guilt.
Purpose - According to agency theory, managers have incentives to adjust firm revenues to meet earnings expectations or delay bad news disclosure because of performance-based compensation and their reputation in the market. When the bad news accumulates, stock prices fail to reflect all available information. Thus, market prices of stocks are higher than their intrinsic value. After all, bad news crosses the tipping point, it comes out all at once. That results in stock crashes. Auditors can decrease stock crash risk by reducing agency costs through their informational role. Especially, stock price crash risk is expected to be lower for firms adopting high-quality audits. We focus on distribution and service industry to examine the relation between audit quality and stock price crash risk. Industry specialization and auditor size are used as proxies for auditor quality. Research design, data and methodology - Our sample contains distribution and service industry firms listed in KOSPI and KOSDAQ during a period of 2004-2011. We use a logistic regression to test whether auditor quality influences crash risk. Auditor quality was measured by industry specialist auditor and Big4 / non-Big4 dichotomy. Following the approach in prior researches, we use firm-specific weekly returns to measure crash risk. Firms experiencing at least one stock price crash in a specific week during year are classified as the high risk group. Results - The result of analyzing 429 companies in distribution and service industry is summarized as follows: Above all, it is shown that higher audit quality has a significant negative(-) effect on the crash risk. Crash risk is alleviated for firms audited by industry specialist auditors and Big 4 audit firms. Therefore, our results show that hypotheses are supported. Conclusions - This study is very meaningful as the first study which investigated the effects of high audit quality on stock price crash risk. We provide evidence that high-quality auditors reduce stock price crash risk. Our finding implies that the risk of extreme losses can be reduced through screening of high-quality auditors. Therefore investors and regulators may utilize our findings in their investment and rule making decisions.
