본 연구에서는 21세기 Information Professional(정보전문직)의 변화된 역할과 관련하여 경쟁정보 교육의 필요성과 문헌정보학과 커리큘럼의 확장으로서의 경쟁정보 교육모듈이 제안된다. 이를 위해서 국내의 Information Professional을 대상으로 설문조사가 실시되었으며, 설문 분석 결과를 토대로 2개의 핵심모듈로 구성된 경쟁정보 커리큘럼 모듈이 개발되었다. 모듈 1은 Information Professional을 위한 기본적인 툴킷, 모듈 2는 경쟁정보의 전반적인 프로세스와 매니지먼트를 다룬다. 이 커리큘럼은 Information Professional의 개인적/직업적 능력 개발에 기여할 것이다.

Information semantics is a well-known issue in areas of information systems researches. It describes what data mean, how they are created, where they can be applied to ; thus, it provides indispensable information for management of data. This article proposes to formalize information semantics by the processes that data are created or transformed. A scheme is proposed to describe an information production structure, which is called an information structure graph. An information structure graph is a directed graph, whose leaves are primary input data objects and whose root and internal nodes are output objects. Information semantics is derived from an information structure graph that has data as its root. For this, rules are proposed to manipulate and compare graphs. The structural relationships among information structure graphs are mapped into semantic relationships among data.

사회의 전반적인 정보화와 정보환경의 디지털화에 따라 전문정보센터의 역할도 변화되어야 한다. 효율적인 정보서비스를 수행하기 위해서는 기존의 정보서비스 체제나 시스템으로부터 발전적인 변화가 필요하다. 본고에서는 다양한 디지털매체와 국내외 통신망의 결합을 통해 부가가치가 높은 서비스를 창출할 수 있는 디지털정보서비스에 대한 이론적인 근거와 구체적인 실천사례를 통해 전문정보센터에서의 이용자중심 정보서비스의 효율적 구현방안을 제시하고자 한다.

In some situations, you need information in order to solve a problem that has occurred. In information science, user needs are often described through very specific examples rather than through a classification of situation types in which information needs occur. Furthermore, information science often describes general human needs, typically with a reference to Maslow's classification of needs (1954), instead of actual information needs. Lexicography has also focused on information needs, but has developed a more abstract classification of types of information needs, though (until more recent research into lexicographical functions) with a particular interest in linguistic uncertainties and the lack of knowledge and skills in relation to one or several languages. In this article, we suggest a classification of information needs in which a tripartition has been made according to the different types of situations: communicative needs, cognitive needs, and operative needs. This is a classification that is relevant and useful in general in our modern information society and therefore also relevant for information science, including lexicography.

This paper presents the interior space information using 6D-360 degree immersive media video information. And we implement the augmented reality, which includes a variety of information such as position information, movement information of the specific location in the interior space GPS signal does not reach the position information. Augmented reality containing the 6D-360 degree immersive media video information provides the position information and the three dimensional space image information to identify the exact location of a user in an interior space of a moving object as well as a fixed interior space. This paper constitutes a three dimensional image database based on the 6D-360 degree immersive media video information and provides augmented reality service. Therefore, to map the various information to 6D-360 degree immersive media video information, the user can check the plant in the same environment as the actual. It suggests the augmented reality service for the emergency escape and repair to the passengers and employees.

This study intends to present an effective and efficient development plan about the information protection of medical institutions, by establishing the improvement plan about Personal Information Management System(PIMS) appropriate to the characteristics of medical information focusing on medical institutions generating and using domestic medical information, and doing an empirical study on medical information protection plan. For this, in view of the medical characteristics of the existing Information Security Management System(ISMS), the study presented a study model appropriated to medical institutions based on Personal Information Management Systems index specialized for personal information, and through this, presented the vulnerability diagnosis and vulnerability improvement plan. Based on ISMS index, it designed an improvement index of personal information protection management about each index. The study conducted a survey for executives and employees about PIMS. Accordingly, it presented vulnerability diagnosis items of the current management system indexes from the viewpoint of the people who establish and mange the personal information protection about patients' medical information targeting executives and employees who serve at hospitals and can access medical information.

The primary purpose of this study is to examine consumers'probing actions to see what information sources consumers search for medical information when there are diverse medical service information channels, and classify consumers by information source. Its secondary purpose is to understand trust of information and attitude toward information by consumer type, value of medical service, satisfaction with medical service, and word-of-mouth intention. This study will concretely identify information utilization patterns of medical consumers, and explain the unique characteristics and behavior of segmented types of medical consumers. The significance of this study lies in the search for ways to establish information channels trusted by consumers for building an efficient medical service market in the future. The results of this study show that consumers were classified by the latent class analysis(LCA) into 5 types: low-level information seekers, word-of-mouth information seekers, mass media information seekers, digital information seekers and diverse information seekers. The reliability of information sources by type of medical consumer was statistically significant, and in the analysis of differences in consumer attitude, there was a statistically significant difference in cognitive responses. The value of medical service was statistically significant in health recovery and medical service word-of-mouth intention.

Accounting information system is the most important and formal subsystem of the total information system of an organization which produces and delivers financial information. An organization has its own contigent characteristics. It is the key to a successful development of accounting information system to select the development mode and information characteristics appropriate for the contigent characteristics. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the contigent factors and the development mode of accounting information system. In addition, this study will examine the relationship between the contigent variables and the information characteristics of accounting information system. The research method adopted in this study is the survey. The results show that the environmental uncertainty, organization size, task diversity, task interrelatedness, and management commitment are positively related with the involvement and role of user in the system development process. The aggregate information regarding various departments tends to be produced by an organization under the uncertain environment. The information is reported periodically by a centralized organization. The aggregate information is preferred when tha task for implementation is diversified. The output information is more aggregate and provided more frequently when there exists a high interrelatioship between tasks. The output information is more external and reported more frequently in an organization with the high management commitment.

이 연구는 최근 우리사회에 급격히 유입되고 있는 북한이탈주민이 겪고 있는 정보빈곤 문제와 그를 해소하는데 도움이 될 수 있는 정보서비스 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 북한이탈주민들과의 심층면담과 설문조사를 분석 한 결과, 그들은 정보 리터러시의 결핍과 열악한 정보환경 등으로 인해 남한사회 정착과 적응에 필요한 정보를 제대로 입수하여 활용하지 못하는 정보빈곤을 경험하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 북한이탈주민들의 정보빈곤을 해소하고 그들의 정보복지를 향상시키기 위해서는 현재의 정보지원체계를 수요자인 북한이탈주민 중심의 정보 서비스 체계로 전환하는 한편, 북한이탈주민들의 정보마인드와 정보활용능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효율적 방안을 강구하도록 노력해야 할 것이다. 더불어 북한이탈주민들도 정보의 중요성에 대한 인식과 적극적인 정보추구를 통해 남한사회에 성공적으로 적응할 수 있도록 부단히 노력해야 할 것이다.
