This study intends to provide strategic positioning of brand image analysed from the view point of perceptual dimensions of clothing consumers. Consumers are segmented on the basis of the attributes of brand image, and in each segment, perceptual map is composed according to multidimensional scaling. The results are as follows; 1. According to the Benefit Segmentation, it is statistically significant that the consumers are divided into 'product-factor oriented group 'and' image-factor oriented group'. 2. From the analysis of perceptual map upon the 'similarity of brand image,'image-factor oriented group 'perceives more differently than 'product-factor oriented group' 3. From the analysis of perceptual map with the evaluation of attributes of brand image, price, promotion and design are significant determinants in 'total consumer group'. In addition, store image is significant determinant in' image-factor oriented group' and quality is significant determinant in' product-factor oriented group'. According to the evaluation of consumers on 8 brands with determining attribute-vector, ranks of brands in each segment are similar in the vector of price and promotion but different in the vector of design between segment groups. 4. From the analysis of perceptual map upon the preference of brand image, the distribution of preference and position of ideal point are different between segment groups. 5. With evaluation of purchase habit, statistically significant differences are found between groups segmented in the degree of importance of attributes, purchasing motive, purchasing time, sources of information and expenses for clothes.

Software reengineering involves improving the software maintenance process and improving existing systems by applying new technologies and software tools. Software reengineering can help us understand existing systems and discover software components that are common across systems. In the paper, we discuss the program analysis and environment to assist reengineering. Program analysis takesan existing program as input and generates information about structured part and object-oriented part. It is used to restructure the information by extracting code through reengineering methodology. These restructuring informations with object-oriented archilccture are mapping prolog form to query by using direct reation and summary relation.

Data warehouse is an intelligent store of data. A metadata is critical for implementing data warehouse. Integrating data warehouse with its metadata helps create a more adaptive information system. This paper proposes a metadata-oriented data warehouse architecture that consists of seven components: legacy, extracting, operational data store, data warehouse, data mart, application, and metadata. A taxonomy for dataflow and metaflow is proposed for better understanding of the architecture. In addition, a metadata schema is built within the framework of the seven components. Lastly, the architecture with its metadata component is applied to a real-life data warehouse project for a large medical center in order to illustrate its practical usefulness.

This paper deals with a reference model for a process-oriented parts supply company From the view point of SCM(Supply Chain Management), the model focuses on the integration of order management and manufacturing information. The model, considering the characteristics of manufacturing processes, separates the execution level from the planning level, and then introduces a virtual process to efficiently link the two levels. The model is operated to maximize its flexibility by the separation of planning and execution. A case study shows that our model significantly increases the productivity of the company.

The fundamental reason why most SQL injection detection methods are difficult to use in practice is the low reusability of the implementation code. This paper presents a reusable SQL injection detection method for Java Web applications based on AOP (Aspect-Oriented Programming) and dynamic taint analysis, which encapsulates the dynamic taint analysis processes into different aspects and establishes aspect library to realize the large-grained reuse of the code for detecting SQL injection attacks. A metamodel of aspect library is proposed, and a management tool for the aspect library is implemented. Experiments show that this method can effectively detect 7 known types of SQL injection attack such as tautologies, logically incorrect queries, union query, piggy-backed queries, stored procedures, inference query, alternate encodings and so on, and support the large-grained reuse of the code for detecting SQL injection attacks.

With the exponentially increasing Internet traffic and emergence of more versatile and heterogeneous applications, the design of datacenter networks (DCNs) is subject to unprecedented requirements for larger capacity and more flexible switching granularities. Envisioning Optical-Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (O-OFDM) as a promising candidate for such a scenario, we motivate the use of O-OFDM as the underlying switching technology in order to provide sufficient switching capacity and elastic bandwidth allocation. For this purpose, this article reviews the recent progresses of DCN deployment and assesses the scenario where the O-OFDM transmission and switching technology is employed in the underlying transport plane. We discuss the key issues of the datacenter-oriented O-OFDM optical networks, and in particular, elaborate on a number of open issues and solutions including system interconnection architecture, routing and resource assignment, survivability, and energy-efficiency.

문헌의 구조화를 통한 전문의 이용은 검색에 있어 많은 효율을 가져올 것으로 기대된다. 여기에서 구조화된 문헌을 저장하고 관리하기 위한 데이터베이스는 그 특성을 반영하여 구축되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위한 데이터베이스로서 객체지향 데이터베이스를 선정하고 객체지향 모델링 기법을 이용하여 구조화된 문헌을 위한 데이터베이스를 설계하고 구현하였다.

To provide information service with time constraints, it is required to support real-time information system for retrieval and update of distributed information. In this paper, we propose an information retrieval system model for internet. We design and implement a Domain Administration-Oriented search engine for the regional information network. Accordingly, an intelligent robot gathering and updating distributed information is implemented. And, in order to improves the performance of the system, a realtime robot control policy based on the loads of network and web server is proposed.

Joint collection and sharing of specialized academic resources among academic libraries will not only promote academic research at universities in general but also further diversification and concentration process of academic libraries. For that both the government and universities should make concerted policy efforts to fortify individual characteristics of each academic library. This study proposes two concrete plans to build a national information management system comprising the specialized resources of academic libraries. One is to utilize the existing cooperative network of Korea Education & Research Information Service(KERIS) as a national hub for information exchange, and the other is to activate various regional or subject-based committees to encourage subject-oriented specialization of university libraries.
