본 연구는 토목공사의 설계, 시공업무에 자재정보 이용 방안 연구를 목적으로 한다. 본 연구 내용 및 결과는 교량공사에 대한 객체지향 DB 적용, 및 토목자재정보의 객체지향 DB 이용방안으로 구분할 수 있다. 첫째, 교량공사에 대한 객체지향 DB 적용은 1) 도로사업 작업분류의 작업 단위를 객체로 구성하고, 각 객체는 수량산출 내역의 자재정보를 데이터로 구성. 2) PSC BEAM 교량의 상부 및 하부 구조에 대한 객체지향 DB를 구성, 3) REVIT Structure 로 3D 교량 Prototype를 개발하여 자재이용 방안을 연구함. 둘째 토목자재정보의 객체지향 DB 이용방안은 설계업무 2D 도면 제작, 재료 표 작성, 구조해석 등, 시공업무, 자재선정, 자재구매, 공정관리, 및 유지관리에 이용가능성을 확인하였다, 본 연구의 결과를 교량공사 전체에 시험적용 및 추가 연구를 수행하여 결과의 신뢰성을 확보를 제안한다.

Analysis of construction tender documents in overseas projects is a very important issue from a risk management point of view. Unfortunately, majority of construction firms are biased by winning contracts without in-depth analysis of tender documents. As a result, many contractors have incurred loss in overseas projects. Although a lot of risk analysis techniques have been introduced, most of them focus project's external unexpected risks such as country conditions and owner's financial standing. However, because those external risks are difficult to control and take preemptive action, we need to concentrate on project inherent risks. Based on this premise, this paper proposes a project-oriented risk mining approach which could detect and extract project risk factors automatically before they are materialized and assess them. This study presents a methodology regarding how to extract potential risks which exist in owner's project requirements and project tender documents using state of the art data analysis method such as text mining, data mining, and information visualization. The project-oriented risk mining approach is expected to effectively reflect project characteristics to the project risk management and could provide construction firms with valuable business intelligence.

건설 사업관리를 위해 많은 소프트웨어들이 사용되어감에 따라 데이터 또는 정보 통합이 중요해지게 되었다 이번 연구에서는 건설 정보의 통합에서 설계와 일정 정보의 통합에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 정보 모델에 관련된 기존의 연구 결과를 분석하여 일정 정보에 대한 일반 모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 이러한 일반 모델은 설계-공정 정보의 연계를 기반으로 설계되었으며, 이를 직접 구현할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 현재 많은 관심을 보이고 있는 개체지향 CAD의 기술을 활용하여 모델에 대한 프로토타입을 구현하였고 이러한 모델이 완성되기 위한 추후 연구 과제도 함께 제시하였다.

The importance of efficient construction site management has been growing as the amount of construction information increases which is used in the growing construction site. Accordingly in this study, we are trying to find out the application situation and possibility of BIM through theoretical examination and domestic & overseas case study of BIM and we are trying to suggest the way of efficient construction site management formulation through implementation phase-oriented and cooperation entity-oriented analysis in the construction site. We found out that it was possible to minimize time loss and financial loss by visualizing 2D drawings through 3D modeling of target building by applying BIM and that it was possible to improve accuracy of budget planning with quantitative information of 3D model, to plan construction process with more confidence due to accurate architectural information of drawings and quantitative information, and to manage cost and quality through process management based on construction information acquired by BIM including object information by part. It is concluded that we can improve efficiency of construction management between field and each cooperating entity by integrating and linking BIM information through this process.

It is attempted that the standardization of the construction, globalization of the engineering construction and an information oriented construction spread by setting a goal of the advanced construction industry and productivity increase of human resources within the country. Hence, it has been brought in the information oriented construction of BIM based technology for the field of construction and equipment of Korea. The current study that examines the possibility of application of 3D ; that is BIM based programs of building equipment, and make better the problems of 3D building equipment system through the Pilot Test, indicates the way of growth development about the construction of building equipment process system.

공간 인프라 구축과 국토 정보화를 통해 국민들의 삶의 질을 향상시키고 국가 경쟁력을 높이기 위하여 단계적으로 추진중인 NGIS 구축 사업에 대한 내용과 제2차 NCIS 기본계획에 대해 알아보고자 한다. NGIS 구축은 21세기 국가 정보화의 핵심사업이며, 국민의 실생활에도 많은 영향을 미칠 중요한 정보화 사업으로 측량 및 지형공간정보산업 분야 관계자는 물론이고 관련된 모든 분야에서 끊임없는 기술개발과 관련 제도의 정비를 통하여 시너지 효과를 창출하고 우리나라의 국토정보화를 위하여 노력해야 한다.

The objective of this study is to identify the impacts of communication reinforcement on performance of learning in Web-PBL. Communication reinforcement is defined as the combination of information sharing and co-construction. As factors facilitating communication reinforcement, we propose learner's characteristics, task characteristics, and group characteristics. Learner's characteristics are collaboration-orientation, openness, holistic approach, and online community-orientation which reflects e-learning environment. Collaboration-oriented tasks as group projects were developed and given to groups with 5-6 members. The group characteristics are categorized into 'horizontal' and 'vertical', according to the patterns of communication between a group leader and members. To verify empirically the proposed research model, an experimental design was performed to learners who took on-line and off-line courses with group projects. We found important results as follows; First, field dependence has positive impacts on information sharing, and online community-orientation has positive impacts on co-construction. These results correspond with prior studies on relationship between field dependence and collaborative learning. Second, collaboration-oriented task directly impacts on information sharing, and indirectly affects co-construction, This result implicates that information sharing is pre-requisite of co-construction. Third, 'horizontal' was identified as a factor giving positive effects on information sharing and co-construction. This result implies that horizontal communication is very important to facilitate communication reinforcement.

This paper introduces the public-oriented e-Hub construction for strategic alliances in the community. The public-oriented e-Hub can link with all Participating internet firms on the ba business models, and consequently help them share their core competence, management resource Based upon this perspective, this paper presents the procedures corresponding with social network strategic alliances of small and medium internet firms. In addition, this paper tries to analyze th among degree of competition, potential of strategic alliance, and financial performance. The resu the firms with more easily accepting various strategic alliances make higher financial performance competitive environment. This suggests that strategic alliances through the public-oriented e-Hub virtual community provide the internet firms with various opportunities

Automation tools for program analysis are needed in order to program understand and maintain, extract the characteristics of object-oriented program such as class name, member function and data member. In this paper, we carried out design and implementation of the automation tool for effective maintenance of object-oriented software. Being based on Reverse Engineering, this approach extracts class relationship information from C++ source code and generates object-oriented model of class diagram using UML as the standard object-oriented methodology. Therefore, this paper provides developers visualized including class information, definitions of classes, inheritance relationships, set relationships, and simple reference relationships. Finally in this paper, we propose a method that construct class relationship information to table in analysis state and make form of table construction to link form so tat developers can perform understanding and maintaining program efficiently. And this method enable to restructure and reuse in object-oriented model.

최근 서비스 지향 사물인터넷 네트워킹 기술에 관한 다양한 연구가 진행 중이다. 이는 사물인터넷 환경이 특정 통일 지역 내에 자신의 서비스를 제공하기 위한 다양한 서비스 디바이스들이 공존하기 때문이다. 따라서 이런 네트워크 환경은 네트워크 구성에 있어 효율적인 데이터 전달 서비스를 제공하지 못한다. 또한 이런 사물인터넷 네트워크 환경에서 효율적 서비스 제공 위해 스스로 서비스를 인지하고 서비스 별 네트워크 구성 기법이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 서비스 디바이스로 구성된 사물인터넷 환경에서 서비스 중심 네트워크 구성이 가능한 서비스 중심 자율-구성 네트워크 (Service Oriented Self-Construction Network (SO-SCN) 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 서비스 제공 시 필요한 네트워크 오버헤드의 최소화와 함께 네트워크 수명을 연장 할 수 있는 방법이다. 특히, 실험을 통해서 제안한 기법이 단대단 데이터 발생률과 단대단 지연 측면에서 제안하는 기법의 성능이 우수함을 증명하였다.
