본고(本稿)는 최근 혁신적으로 진전되고 있는 금융환경변화(金融環境變化)에 대응(對應)하기 위한 금융산업(金融産業)의 정보화전략(情報化戰略)을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내 은행산업(銀行産業)의 정보화(情報化) 현황(現況)과 금융정보화(金融情報化)의 효과(效果)를 고찰(考察)하고, 외국(外國) 금융기관(金融機關)의 정보화(情報化) 현황(現況)과 사례(事例)를 살펴 본 후, 개방경제체제하(開放經濟體制下)에서 경쟁우위(競爭優位)를 획득(獲得) 유지(維持)하기 위한 국내(國內) 금융기관(金融機關)의 정보화(情報化) 방향(方向)과 금융산업(金融産業)의 정보화전략(情報化戰略)을 모색(摸索)한다.

To support speech information technology industry it is vital to create and distribute standardized speech corpora to be used for the development of products and technologies. In this article we introduce speech corpora created by Speech Information Technology & Industry Promotion Center(SiTEC) during its 1st and 2nd fiscal years (2001/5/1-2003/4/30) and plans for those corpora which is being created currently or will be created in near future. We introduce the corpus for car application to expand speech information technology to the field of traditional industry, the corpora for foreign languages to support exportation, the corpus for basic research for the sake of application in the industry, the corpora for common use, and others.

본 논문은 영상 장치를 이용한 자동화 시스템으로 용접 시 발생하는 용접 비드 정보 검출 방법에 대한 연구이다. 조명시스템과 결합된 2D 비전 카메라를 이용하여 용접된 시료 영상을 획득하고 영상처리과정을 거처 비드 부분만 획득한다. 획득된 비드 폭의 길이와 기공과 같이 용접 불량 상태 등의 정보 얻는다. 이 정보들과 산업체에서 요구되는 기준과 비교하여 정상적인 용접이 이루어 졌는지를 판별한다.

With the advent of knowledge-based economy and information society, information and telecommunications(IT) industry is reckoned as the crucial sector for the creation and diffusion of technological knowledge. In this study, we analyze the process of 'industrialization of IT'and 'informatization of industries' based on the technology linkage structure, or technological knowledge network. The former is defined as the process whereby IT industry absorbs technological knowledge from other industries to grow as an independent industrial sector. The latter is defined as the process whereby other industries adopt IT technology to enhance productivity and upgrade industrial structure, We employ the R&D stock as a proxy for technological knowledge of respective industries and measure the flow of technological knowledge between industries in terms of I/O relationship. By applying the network analysis, we examine the changing pattern of technology linkage structure of the Korean industry throughout the years from 1983 to 1997. Some policy implications are presented based on the findings from the analysis.

The remarkable development of information technology today is significantly increasing the desire for related services as it allows one to process and transmit information fast and accurately as well as in an efficient way. Particularly, the spread of the Internet even changes our life pattern, not to mention allowing us to provide or share information. One of the most typical example is electronic commerce. The e-commerce industry, which is build upon informations super high way, is growing rapidly, backed on the development of communications technology and the combination of various media. Companies are active In embracing and utilizing the cutting-edge information technology, whereas the tourism industry in general is still at a rudimentary stage. Therefore, it is expected that the industry will harness e-commerce in many aspects. Tourism, in its characteristic, has a variety of sectors, and cross-sector cooperation is essential. Therefore, the industry can provide better services by connecting or integrating network systems and taking advantage of e-commerce, while it is of no less importance to have informal ion system for promoting products. This thesis will look into and the basic concept and role of e-commerce as well as the existing tourism information system. It will also study ways to make good use of e-commerce by adopting it into the tourism information system.

As IT industries importance for economic growth, export and the promotion of employment increases, forecasting and analysing development direction in the IT industry & the meaning of the national economy is more important than ever. This study will contribute to policy making in IT industry through improving comprehension of IT and understanding development trend of the new fields of IT industry. Moreover, It will be helpful to formulating the various support programs for the IT industry. In this situation, this study has importance in the side of taking a triangular position in policy direction based on the future of IT industry.

정보보호 산업은 기술집약적, 고부가 가치 산업이다. 한국은 우수한 ICT 기술과 다양한 사이버공격에 대응 경험과 기술을 보유하고 있어, 전 세계의 벤치마킹 대상이 되고 있다. 하지만 국내 정보보호기업의 영세성과 함께 지원인프라는 부족하다. 국내 정보보호 산업을 활성화하는데 일차적인 조건은, 해외진출이다. 부가가치가 높은 제품과 서비스의 해외 수출을 위해서는, 국내 IT 정보보호 산업의 해외진출 거점 인프라의 설립 추진이 필요하다. 국내 정보보호 산업을 분석해보니, 자본의 영세성과 해외 현지 진출의 판로개척, 관련 정보, 인력 부족이 문제점으로 나타났다. 무료 AS기간의 비용까지 합치면, 사실상 손실이 발생한다. 따라서 정보보호 산업 해외 거점의 인프라 구축에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 해외 거점의 인프라의 선정 방법과 선정 원인을 분석한다. 해외 거점의 인프라를 활용하여 부가가치를 올릴 수 있고, 정보보호 산업 중소기업들이 수출을 활성화하기 위한 해외 거점의 인프라를 연구를 한다.

This study were conducted to reveal the awareness and competitiveness of Korean packaging industry in information technology(IT) and e-commerce. For the survey, 114 sample companies were selected representing all packaging materials, equipment and systems, institutes, consulting and trading companies. The trained interviewers spoke to the respondents who were at the position of packaging research and development and were considered knowledgeable about the level of IT in the company. The collected data were analyze in three major categories: IT fundamentals, usages, and company policy. From the results, packaging suppliers were at the very low level of IT fundamentals and uses compared to those of packaging users. The gap between packaging suppliers and users that access the Internet was seriously wide, and this trend was generally due to different size of company. Packaging suppliers were still at the basic level of information-oriented working environment.
